This is a beautiful, peaceful site for your motor home, RV or tent. You will have hiking access to over 100 acres on our property. Trabuco Creek which runs through the property is usually flowing during the winter months. The campsite can accommodate up to 50 people. I have hosted family parties with 500+ people.

We intentionally leave the property unaltered to preserve the raw natural beauty. - Our site is about 2 miles from the nearest paved road (HWY 138) It’s all dirt roads to get here off of HWY 138, through the hills. For years we have found 2WD is more than sufficient to get here, as long as you drive slow, and don't stop on hills you should be fine. However, some campers have found that not to be the case for them and wanted 4WD, so come prepared either way. - If you are unfamiliar navigating using GPS coordinates or with off grid camping, our location may be hard to find and may not be a good fit for you. - It can get very windy sometimes so come prepared to snuggle up in the back of your car or camper and enjoy the stunning stars, sunrises, sunsets and views. - It is considerably easier to navigate with a little daylight. - We are happy to provide you with a map as well upon request, which seems to be the most direct route. Beautiful off grid property i2mins from the river, and 15 mins to town. We are located directly on the San Andre’s fault which splits the property in half. An archeologists dream. We have multiple tent sites, two spaces one for an rv and one for a travel trailer as well asl a cozy shipping container cabin that sleeps 4 and a travel trailer on property available that sleeps 6. It is off grid so no power lines or wifi or utilities. It’s 15 min drive to moumtaon high which makes it a perfect ski retreat in the winter. Cell service works great and a starlink service is available upon request.

Weekend Trip to The Ranch

We’re a group of RV campers - 5 rigs and 1 tent, totaling 13 people and we fit comfortably with room to spare. The camp site is private, clean, and incredibly relaxing. There are plenty of shaded areas to chill during the day, and a beautifully lit dinner space. The Ranch is perfect for unwinding and reconnecting with nature. Every detail feels thoughtfully maintained, making it one of the most enjoyable camping experiences we’ve had. It’s clear this place was designed with comfort and community in mind. And then there’s Steven. He’s a great camp host. Very responsive, kind, and incredibly accommodating. Steven goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel welcome and cared for. We’re already planning our next visit. This place is a keeper!

Weekend Trip to California Poppy & Wildflower Field

The land was beautiful! If you want to be isolated, then this spot is for you. It’s near a farm, which is fun because we saw sheep, cows, and dogs near our tent. We went the first week of May and thought we might see some flowers. No flowers because it hasn’t been raining there. Even the Poppy Reserve had no poppies. Heads up: it was super windy (14 mph & gust 24 mph). We were able to tolerate it during the day. The night was even windier, and we didn’t get a good sleep quality. Besides that, it was fun to meet farm animals (from a distance) and embrace the land.

Kristina and her husband couldn’t have been nicer. We enjoyed the hikes and serenity the property provides. Our 2 dogs chased squirrels and really enjoyed being able to run free. If they are happy, we are happy.
