An RV must be under 12' to fit under the covered space. I offer 4 dry camping options. You can book the Tent Cabana-The Shady Rest- listing or you can dry camp by booking through my Tent and Vehicle Camping listing. There are no exact designated spaces for tent/vehicle camping. You can choose where you prefer to camp. An extra vehicle is OK as long as it's part of your one campsite. 2 groups with 2 camp vehicles is 2 campsites. I also have the Pool House, an indoor option with a power outlet, and it's close to the pool and restroom area. You can set up your bed or rent a full size bed which I will set up for you. This is my private property, you and your gear are safe and secure. You can leave your campsite and go exploring, no one will bother your stuff. I have WiFi and great cell service here. You MUST arrive by dark unless arrangements are made in advance. I will greet you and show you around. I close my gates at dark. Once you are here you may come and go as you please. I am located just over an hour away from Tucson and 25 minutes off the 10. Dry campers- Off the pool area there is a clean restroom in my back garage and a sink with hot water. Weekend Trip to Karla's Hummingbird Guest Ranch

This was my first time using HipCamp and boy, does Karla set the bar high. The property speaks for itself, attention to detail everywhere, very clean property and very well organized and thought out. Treated us with a community fire pit, got to make some new camp friends along the way. Restroom was super convenient and clean, the tent site allowed us to have a covered gazebo over us for added warmth and comfort. Overall a 5-star experience and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Oh, and Reba the donkey is super friendly and loves ear scritches in the morning 😁

Karla’s place is as good as it gets, very clean and the set up was great, easy access to camp spots with electric and water at a convenient location. The facilities were top notch, next to the bathroom there’s your own private room with everything you need for a great stay, amenities were the best, pool access, pool house with table and chairs and the decoration throughout were great. Karla is the best, she treated us like we were family. When we go her way again we will definitely use her Hipcamp!!
