This was our first time using Hipcamp (& our trailer) & loved our experience. Macy was great with communications, was incredibly welcoming, hospitable & kind. She was generous with her time showing my human circus around & even let them meet her new chicks (so stinking adorable). The property was close enough to town & other “stuff” that we didn’t feel like we were too far into isolation, yet off the main road enough to feel like we could enjoy the great outdoors. The great takeaways were: we felt that we could message her & get a quick response, we felt safe with her & being at her property, we were off the beaten trail just the right amount & we loved how welcoming she was to our tiny human. oooh! For any other first-timers: measure first, set up second. After setting up & leveling the trailer we learned we were 5” short on reaching the electric outlet. Total Back to the Future moment trying to connect cords. Good times! Thank you, Macy for the memories! And thank you for laughing with us (or maybe at us 😁) through it all.

We are a 30 amp full hook up (sewer, water & electrical) for 33’ RV’s and living quarters horse trailers. You will also have access to our community laundry area, with a large garbage can to dump a bag if needed. Some suggestions for town; Grab some quick delicous breakfast and coffee at Janey’s. Or American cuisine lunch at The Horny Toad, a Mexican cuisine dinner while watching the turtles in the pond at El Encanto! Ofrenda, right at the end of the road, also has great authentic Mexican cuisine. Many restaurants to choose from all within a short drive. Bashas, Safeway, Target, and Walmart and Sprouts are all within a 3-6 mile drive too! We have two turnout pens for horses. That are located right behind where you will park your trailer. They both have a cover that provides some shade, as well as running water. We do not provide any feed, so please make sure you bring some! We’ve enjoyed hosting people from all around the country. We’re can accommodate guests for up to three weeks and unable to offer monthly rates. We welcome families with up to two children. Pets are welcome, two or less, and we have a designated pet area for their use. There are two nice sitting areas, a laundry shed with washer, dryer, and drying rack. Internet access is also available. More about the “Field of Dreams”: Our site has a paved level concrete pad with 50 amp service, water, and septic. RVs are required to come with empty holding tanks because of the septic system. We can accommodate up to 43 feet in length RVs. There is a nice landscaped patio area with table, chairs, umbrella, and a privacy screen. There is also a propane fire pit available. Our site is close to Costco, Starbucks, local restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and a mall. There is nearby mountain biking, hiking, and site seeing. We are 30 minutes from downtown Phoenix in a quiet residential area.
