We have one RV space (campsite only-No RV) with full hook ups next to a shared beautiful pool and gazebo. Your RV space has a pedestal with three optional plugs: 50/30/20 amp plugs. All have breaker switches. This property is located in a quiet Mesa AZ neighborhood, just North of Gilbert, and just North of highway 60. Higley exit is close to shopping and restaurants. It is a quarter acre corner lot. The RV pad is built on the entire right side of the property from the street to back, so it's very private. It's approximately 1/3 of the entire property and made of decomposed gravel, accessed via it's own entrance, and set next to a private brick patio. It's separated via brick wall in back and on the right, along with vinyl fence, and pool fencing on the left. We’ve enjoyed hosting people from all around the country. We’re can accommodate guests for up to three weeks and unable to offer monthly rates. We welcome families with up to two children. Roughin' it land but there is a wonderful RV resort 3 minutes up the road for water and dumping, and 15 minutes to the gas station and town of Maricopa. There is an RV on the land but it is out of order for now

Tammii and Kevin have an amazing set up. They have a large level concrete pad that can accommodate a bus. It's located close to everything you need in Mesa, including Costco. They are amazing hosts with complete RV hook-ups and dump station. If you need to do laundry, there is a washer and dryer available. The morning I left, a couple of neighborhood chickens came to visit. I'll be back! Thank you Tammii and Kevin.

Not only does this site provide a safe, quiet place incredibly close to downtown Phoenix, it has Shimyrre and Boris - two wonderful people. Awesome hosts. My ProMaster 3500 Ext fit very nicely; vehicle length 22', with high roof. Plenty of room on each side, probably about max for length. A concert at the Mortgage Matchup Center brought me to Phoenix, and this Hipcamp was the perfect place to stay for that. It's an easy, low stress walk of about a half an hour to be right downtown. This is a special Hipcamp to which I will certainly return.

This is a great, SAFE spot near downtown Phoenix. Parking area has lots of grass and is surrounded by trees for good shade. Owner was very accommodating. Not many safe spots around downtown, was thankful to find this one. Would definitely stay again. Side note, there are other campers/trailers being stored here, but that takes nothing away from the camping experience. And if you have verizon as your only data access, maybe stay elsewhere. No fault of the owner. I have noticed this problem almost everywhere I travel. (Time for a new carrier!) Again, not the owners fault, just info for any future campers. Thanks again Shawn for the hospitality!

Super convenient location. Far enough outside the city to enjoy all the species of birds on their property (who doesn’t love emu chicks and peacocks!), but close enough to town to run to Walmart for emergency supplies (thanks, leaky waterline). The property manager came by to check in with us on our first day and was incredibly patient with our one year old raptor of a puppy (100 lb German shepherd puppy; iykyk) when she reared up trying to get pets not realizing she’s 100 lbs yet. He was very good with her and gave her tons of attention. The property bathrooms are cleaned daily and there’s a little store on site. The washing machines are in working order. For a stop through AZ on I-10, this camp with full hookups cannot be beat. Going on our list of “will stay again next time we need to stop in AZ”.
