Nestled in a quiet little neighborhood right in the middle of town not far from downtown Tempe and only 15 to 20 minutes from downtown Phoenix, our Ranch has over 100 years of History within this area. When you walk through the doors of this place you travel back in time. 8 foot brick walls surround the ranch giving it a quiet and secluded allure. Originally built by the owners Great grandfather and his brother the house is known and recognized as one of the few historical homes in Tempe. Also known as the Risley Redden House, it's architecture is a marvelous display of lasting workmanship and uncanny construction skill. We look forward to many guests coming and getting much needed rest and peace and a breakaway from the stresses of life. Has a nice paved patio area with chairs and umbrella or picnic table. Propane fire pit with 2 chairs. Laundry available. Close to Costco and local restaurants, breweries, and a mall.
