Welcome to Taino Woods Sanctuary & Fairy Magical Land — a peaceful forest sanctuary nestled along the East Mongaup River in the Catskills of New York. Our 10-acre land offers riverside camping, glamping, fire circles, stargazing, and a chance to slow down beneath the trees. Whether you come to rest, reconnect, explore nature, or simply breathe deeply for a few days, this land invites you to unwind and reset. Guests often tell us that the peaceful atmosphere, songs shared around the land, and beautiful river are what make Taino Woods unlike anywhere they've camped before. Guests spend their days cooling off in the river, exploring the forest, listening to birds and flowing water, sharing stories around the fire, cooking outdoors, and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the land. Taíno Woods Sanctuary is rooted in respect for nature, community, and ancestral connection. Guests may encounter music, storytelling, fire circles, seasonal gatherings, and opportunities to connect more deeply with nature and one another.
