Our beautiful ranch is a Family Farm started by Grandpa Dar. We continue to honor the old ways of caring for free roaming chickens, growing food without chemicals, honey bee shelters, sharing our Hearth and Home with family and friends. Our rose gardens are delightful, and full of birds.. enjoy... We have been planting Hazelnut Trees, Chestnut Trees, Peach Trees, and a grove of old Oak Trees, old apple tree varieties, and of course our Mulberry trees... We have expanded our ranch to a few more acres for our cows to be able to have more room. Our Fire Pit is open to all guests. The wood for all designated fire areas is provided. There are BBQ Grills, Dutch Ovens, etc so you can cook out doors. The Outdoor hot water shower offers a place to cool down in summer heat... Water is always hot with our tankless water heater... We plant and tend vegetable gardens for our guests to share in the harvest. We plant Huggle Mounds in the spring... as well as grapes and assorted fruit trees... You are welcome to walk our Custom Labyrinth. You are free to wander the fields, gardens and orchards. When the garden is in bloom, help yourself... Most sites have air conditions or fans, as well as heaters in season. 110 power is at each site... We have a Grumpy Dragon Cafe outside with a help yourself breakfast bar. Picnic tables are provided at tent sites and at the Grumpy Dragon. WIFI is available at the Grumpy Dragon as well as at your camp site... Help your self to muffins, breakfast bars, beverages and fresh fruit. A refrigerator is outside for cold water and frozen water bottles. Coffee, tea and Hot chocolate is always available. WIFI is available at the for an outdoor Cafe... Your devices should be able to pick up a strong signal. 5 G and 2.4...( 2 different pass words are provided) Our Farmhouse on the Ranch has been a Bed and Breakfast since 1991 You can book a guest room inside the Farmhouse...A 5th wheel trailer, our B and B. Welcome to our Working Family Ranch. Your Aspen Grove Canvas Bell is under a grove of Aspen and Pine trees. It is carpeted, and furnished with a King Bed, and all the linens. Battery lights and chargeable LED lights are provided. You have an electrical plug outlet... You have Air conditioner in the Summer and a Heater in the Cooler times of year. The fire pit and outdoor seating is close by near the Dining Area. The dining area is stocked for cooking and has a very nice propane BBQ grill. The fire pit is stocked with wood. You do have an electrical outlet in the tent. Outside your tent you will find cows and trees full of birds that love to welcome the rising sun with song. Our Tents are open from April 1 to December 1. Electric blanket provided for extra warmth in colder temperatures. Welcome to our Working Family Ranch... Your Boho Wanderer is A 16 foot circular Hidden Bell Tent, nestled in the trees... set on a platform among the fruit and hazelnut orchards at the Rockin' Robbins' Ranch. You have a King bed with all the beddings provided, bean bag chairs, battery lanterns. Your site has electricity. A fan, Air Conditioner and heater are provide in season. Chickens, cows, bee's, birds, butterflies, and other creatures share our Ranch. You have an outdoor shower and outhouse. There are BBQ grills and shared firepit... the Boho Wanderer has a porch area with picnic table that faces the sunset. Enjoy your retreat...Heater and A/C provided in season in the tent. An electric blanket is provided during cold temperatures.

A Rustic Wrangler's Wagon, 32 foot self contained 5 th Wheel trailer: Refrigerator, oven, stove, dining table. A Queen bed, sofa ..All linens are provided... and a small self contained bathroom. Basic breakfast items are stocked along with marshmallows, hot dogs, buns, and drinks for 2. A Communal Fire Pit outside your Wagon, is stocked with firewood. A covered dining area with BBQ grill ; dining tables, as well as supplies are located by the fire pit. A Wild Rose Garden is just outside the Wagon, a natural bird habitat. There are adult swings , Victorian Rose Gardens, horses, cows, chickens and hazelnut orchard. The trees are full of birds that love to sing with the early morning sunrise. They make a racket when the sun comes up! Firesides nightly at Sunset. Excellent Access Point WIFI The Ranch is a great Couple’s get away retreat. Note: During the winter the Wrangler's Wagon has heat and electricity... However water is bottled and in jugs and the toilet is a dry toilet set up during cold weather... Hot showers and indoor bathrooms are a short distance away....

This is a 12 foot bell tent that is mounted on-top of a 15' Trampoline... tucked beneath the trees. It has a Full Size platform bed and bedding. A comfy rustic beanbag seat. All bedding is provided inside your enclosure... A Firepit, BBQ Grill, with a designated cooking area fully stocked with cooking equipment and coolers are close by. There is an outhouse and outdoor shower with hot water. A help yourself breakfast bar is provided for a breakfast on the go. A refrigerator is kept stocked with ice coffee, ice tea, juices, water, hard boiled eggs, breakfast muffins, breakfast bars, peanut butter and jelly, breads... help yourself... You have a telescope on your deck for star gazing. Check in before dark for safety. You have battery lights and electricity with plugs. WIFI is available throughout the property. Our Grumpy Dragon self help breakfast bar is set up every morning with our Internet Cafe... There is an outhouse, outdoor hot shower, fir pit, and out door areas for grilling... Our Bed and Breakfast Country Traveler is a 34 ' RV. Modern set up with WIFI, kitchen with dining areas with a full size Refrigerator and Freezer are stocked. The bathroom is 2 areas, 1 with a toilet, sink, 1 area with a shower, Queen Bed with linens, and sofa living area. All areas are stocked with normal supplies and all linens... Located on the ranch close to the Bed and Breakfast November 1 to April 1, this RV is winterized. Guests have gallons of bottled water provided. Hot showers are provided in the Bed & Breakfast at the Ranch.

Boho Wanderer

Lynn was absolutely amazing! She was super friendly, would stop her busy day to answer questions or ask if you need anything, and opened nearly her whole home as well as everything outside. You can tell she takes great pride in her home and area & it she seems to constantly be making improvements. We will for sure be back! The sunsets were beautiful from the farthest point of her backyard, where a fun:unique community fire pit area is placed. The cows were friendly haha and the trees she’s planted are beautiful & not the typical UT trees. I also loved the swings that can be fun for adults as well. Our second night there a storm was blowing in, though it never rained, the wind gusts were over 20mph and our yurt was extremely comfortable and we could hardly tell from inside the wind was so strong outside.

The Aspen Grove

Lynne was a fantastic host and incredibly accommodating. She really makes you feel welcomed. The tent was very comfortable and the ranch had a delightful atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone going to the area.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. What a beautiful experience to meet Lynnellen and be welcomed in that home. The tent on the trampoline is such a funny idea, and I slept great. I fell asleep to the sound of the rain and woke up to the songs of birds. Paradise stuff. But the best part is Lynnellen being a 10/10 host. I wish I had spent more time there, enjoying and helping in that house.

The location was very peaceful, the views were stunning and the hookup was self explanatory. Our host was lovely and had a whole breakfast set up where she made us a fresh cooked breakfast. She had everything we could’ve needed and ensured we were looked after. Will definitely be visiting again.

We camped in our Class B van with our corgi. Lynn was so nice and we chatted with her for a while and learned about the place and all she was doing. She was very helpful and we felt right at home. We had a great night's sleep and Lynn made us coffee and tea in the morning and gave us eggs for our trip down to Moab.
