Our most popular pitch is our beautiful SSSI woodland.
There are only 25 pitches available. We have a mid wild pitch on the outskirts of the woods, lovely grassed area between trees. Our top field is perfect for motorhomes & caravans.
Plenty of space to breath and relax. Located on the stunning heathlands of the Sutton Heath. We are surrounded by beautiful woodland walks, including the Sandlings walk and just 10 minutes from the river Deben.
We have a bus stop at the top of the track and Melton train station is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive. There are access points onto public footpaths, leading to Rendlesham Forest. A famous site for UFOs! Sutton Hoo is a stone's throw away. Bring your bikes and explore the area on wheels.
There is water access and portaloos. We do not have showers yet. Blue/grey waste must be taken away. LEAVE NO TRACE

Welcome to our low-impact, off-grid campsite nestled within a working permaculture fruit and herb farm. Here, a small flock of sheep graze as part of an ongoing project to restore a wildflower meadow. The land is alive with colour, birdsong and butterflies—and you’re invited to experience it at your own peaceful pace.

Only two pitches are available at any time (up to 8 people per pitch). Each pitch has:

Retreat into the woodland strip at the top of the field—perfect for hammocks, hammock tents, shade in summer, quiet chats and listening to the wind through the trees. There are some hammocks already up for campers to enjoy..

Left in peace for many years there's been no modern chemicals or poisons on the land, meaning we've got bluebells, dormice, Red Admirals and shy woodland Jays for you to spot.

We are a family run farm situated in the beautiful Frome valley. The farm has a range of interests from the traditional Jersey milking cows to a community of workshops used by local craftsmen. The cafe serves cream teas from Easter to the end of September and pizzas are sold in evenings during the summer months.
Ours is a small family run camp site with the River Frome on one side, next to the medieval buildings of Stowford Farm. The river is suitable for fishing, boating, swimming and paddling. Historic Bradford-on-Avon is only a 5 minute drive and the City of Bath 15 minutes. For those who enjoy more rural pleasures, 200 metres from the campsite Farleigh Hungerford boasts the only river swimming club in the country, and you can become an instant member for a very small fee.

Just a great campsite, especially if you're into music and like to have free space to pitch. The Orchard is amazing but you do need to like life around you and I don't mean the wildlife type. Great for big groups. The Barn / club has amazing lighting (lasers) and sound system & a sand dance area + a heated swimming pool with fire pits. The restaurant does fantastic pizza / food with Tuscany vibe, lovely helpful staff and decent showers / toilets.

What a superb camping site! We have stayed on lots of sites and this was one of our favourites- huge pitches, clean and plenty of toilets/showers.
The local walks and ideas were fab and I can definitely say that I have never stayed on a site with a camel before!
The owners and staff were all amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you for creating a space and experience for all to enjoy!

We loved Snelling Farm! Such a great space to camp on. There were quite a few others there but all spread out so never felt busy.
The kids played for hours on the tyre and rope swings and the hay bale play area provided hours of fun. A central point where parents could see the children and know they were safe!
So warmly welcomed by the team and the little shop on site open twice a day helped us with essentials like Purbeck ice cream as well as chipolatas and logs for the fire.
Great position for local attractions like the Tank museum and monkey world.
Really felt like we were miles from anywhere!

Great large showers with perfect temperature water. Probably the best composting loos I've used!

Such a gorgeous camp site will definitely return! There were lots of tents and campers around the site but still felt very calm and peaceful and plenty of space to pop up my tent :) The cafe was an added bonus and the drinks were lovely. The views from the site were amazing, only had to walk 30 seconds to the edge of the cliff and you had the most amazing view. When I arrived the staff gave lots of recommendations and help with the area. I took a walk to the pulpit inn which is about 20 minutes away and had a lovely dinner. Again I had an amazing experience and will definitely be back :) thank you!!

We had a lovely hot Bank Holiday weekend, shaded by the woods where we could hang our hammocks and keep cool and relax. We loved having space in between the other campers, and the portaloos were immaculately clean.

I loved camping at Tomkin's farm. The site is surrounded by beautiful countryside and there were lots of interesting meadow flowers, insects, birds, and animals to be seen in the area. The llamas, alpacas and bactrian camel were fascinating for the children and the llama behaviour in particular was of deep interest to the girl in our group.
The showers and toilet facilities were in good shape and water was good and hot. Signage for drinking water and women's only toilet could be clearer.
The footpath to the local pub was easy to follow and the pub itself was good.

The campsite is lovely and situated in beautiful countryside. Facilities are good, although signage around the women's only toilet and the drinking water tap, could be better. The showers are very hot, and the one cold shower was very welcome on the hottest days. It was lovely to walk to see the alpacas, llamas and camel - the latter of whom was very sensibly staying in the shade. The walk to the nearest pub is very pleasant!

It's a very pretty campsite, with spacious pitches and clean facilities. There weren't many people and were quite spread out - brilliant that everyone respected the 10:30 quiet time.
We brought our own SUP and were able to enjoy the river.
The shady "fairy garden" saved us when it was really hot! Debs and Hannah were always happy to help and it was easy to get hold of them, nothing ever seemed too much trouble.

We arrived here on Saturday afternoon and didn’t really know what to expect.
We were greeted at the gate and given instructions on the layout of the camping. You can choose from an open field to full on forest camping.
We stayed 2 nights and it was so peaceful, I can’t wait to go back.
