Penn Meadow Farm is a beautiful 145 acre, family farm, nestled perfectly into the Chiltern Hills area of outstanding natural beauty. We’re just a 5 minute walk across our grassy fields to the oldest free-house pub in England (The Royal Standard of England)
Say hello to our resident alpacas, sheep, pigs, pigmy goats, flock of 250 sheep and of course our lovely boarder collies.
We aim to be a very relaxed spot to be able to rest for a few nights and maybe enjoying a nice camp fire in the evening.
The site includes;

To ensure everyone’s enjoyment and safety, please follow these rules:
Supervise children: Always supervise your children and ensure they do not wander off alone.
Clean up after yourself: Dispose of all waste properly in the designated bins and leave no trace behind. Wash any items you use and return them to where you found them.
Respect other campers: Be courteous to fellow campers and respect their privacy and space.
Pets: If you bring pets, ensure they are well-behaved, kept on a leash or have impeccable recall, and cleaned up after. Do not allow your pet to enter another camper's space.
Quiet time: Maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. All music must stop by 10pm, and noise should be minimal after 10pm.
Campfires: Penn Meadow Farm allows fires; but must be kept off the ground in BBQs or firepits. Fire pits are available to rent from check in. Never leave any fires unattended and ensure they are completely extinguished when finished.
Cars/vehicles: Cars and vehicles can be on the field but should move minimally and always under 8mph. Car stereos should not be used for music entertainment.
We do not typically book Large non-family groups unless they are seeking a calm and peaceful stay. These groups must have authorization prior to the visit.

What a little Derbyshire gem: back to basics Whitehouse Farm Campsite is a simple site in a most scenic setting five minutes’ drive from the pretty village of Tideswell.
The site’s central location in the Peak District National Park means it’s a top spot for those who want to ramble or ride bikes – several circular trails leave from Tideswell and the traffic-free Monsal Trail is a five-minute drive away. And there’s plenty more activity if you require it too, as activity centres nearby can sort you out days of horse riding, abseiling, climbing and caving.
All this activity isn’t mandatory, of course – this is an equally fine location for days pottering off to local pubs, pigging out on pudding in Bakewell or taking a leisurely stroll around the Chatsworth Estate, 20 minutes away.
And if even that’s too much, you’d be welcome to spend some time loafing about on site: there’s heaps of space here, and as facilities have been kept quite minimal (just showers and toilets) there should be a good serving of peace and quiet to go with it all.
Guests are welcome to light up a barbecue or campfire for cookouts and keeping warm; Tideswell’s the place for supermarket supplies, and it’s also handily got a fish and chip shop and a couple of pubs for days when your firelighting skills aren't up to much.

If you like the sound of having farm shops and ice cream farms nearby, as well as access to lots of walking and cycling trails, Stretton House Campsite should be a fine pick for you. It has a strict no noise policy after 10pm, meaning that you should get a peaceful night's sleep too.
This site is in the grounds of the 400-year-old Stretton House surrounded by the Cheshire countryside with handy transport links nearby and outdoor activities in no short supply… that includes things like alpaca walking, golf or Manley Mere’s watersports haven (a 20-minute drive away for the latter).
You’ll have your pick of two fields, both with car parking by the pitch free of charge and dogs allowed. The facilities include separate male and female toilet blocks, pay per use shower block, mobile phone charging facilities, free wifi and chemical toilet disposal and a drinking water standpipe. You’ll have permission to start up a barbecue or firepit too (subject to the correct safety measures).
When you’re ready to get going, the friendly owners will be willing to help out however they can and suggest possible days out, which may include fishing or walking at Pickmere Lake (10 minutes’ drive), visiting an ice cream farm (within 10 minutes’ drive of the site) or going to the local golf course (five minutes’ drive).
For food, there’s a farm shop just two minutes’ walk away from the site where you’ll be able to get your hands on local produce. Pubs aren’t far away either – there is one pub five minutes' walk away, and another 15 minutes' walk away.
Festival goers are very welcome, and the Creamfields Festival site is five minutes’ drive away. Please respect the quiet hours (no noise is permitted after 10pm) and environment, as the owners' home is on the grounds (and stick to the field's facilities only).
No waste accepted onsite. All rubbish must be taken home at the end of your stay.

We offer a selection of bell tents or you can bring your own tent. The camping is set across 2 fields and extends to 12 acres. We have a maximum of 30 tents so it is never crowded.
Come and meet the alpacas, sheep, pigs, goats and horses!
We also have a small fishing lake which guests are welcome to use for a small donation. We restocked last year and there are carp and several species of smaller silver fish. It is ideal for beginners and children. Any children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Setts Wood Farm is perfectly positioned to explore Tenterden and the surrounding villages, and is less than a 20 minute drive to the historic town of Rye, with the beaches of Camber, Dymchurch and Littlestone just a few minutes further.

We have a family friendly Quiet campsite in the heart of Lancashire on our family run farm. Our site is situated in a species rich meadow field with large mown Pitches surrounded by wild flowers and meandering pathways linking the site together.
The member of you're family who book the pitch must be 21 or over.
We are surrounded by a young trees &woodland with the back drop of the Pennines. We offer both glamping and traditional non EHU camping on our site, with lovely hot showers, clean toilet facilities, fresh water point, pot wash area, phone charger lockers, communal freezers, elsan disposal point, microwave, coffee/hot chocolate machine, and our little honesty shack with all little camping essentials to might need whilst staying with us.

In the middle of the site, we have a little tots play area, perfect for keeping you're small kids entertained.
We are a Quiet family site, with a Reduced Noise policy from 9 pm, and Quiet Time from 10 pm to 8.30 am.
Latest check in time is 8PM, unless prearranged with the campsite.
Our site has close links to the A6 and m6 J33. We are only 13 miles from the Historic city of Lancaster, the Bright lights of Blackpool and the jubilee city of Preston. 4 miles from the first fair trade market town of Garstang and 45 mins into the Lake District. There is also lots of interesting activities to do locally.

We are a family run farm situated in the beautiful Frome valley. The farm has a range of interests from the traditional Jersey milking cows to a community of workshops used by local craftsmen. Fancy some secluded downtime exploring rural coastal Suffolk? The tree-shaded pitches at Hill Farm are in a peaceful setting near the market towns of Saxmundham and Halesworth, and handily accessible from the A12, as well as to the coast and pretty villages, historical hamlets, and popular seaside towns, such as Southwold and Aldeburgh.
This is a site that welcomes families and groups of friends, and it's dog-friendly too (there’s a 4-acre woodland to the north of the site that's great for dog walking). The site has good TV reception for relaxing indoors on damp or chilly days.
The popular village of Westleton (10 minutes’ drive) has a village store, a farm shop, a garage and 2 pubs; and if you fancy a change from cooking, there is also a nice pub and a tearoom, in the Darsham village area (only 5 minutes drive or a 30 minute walk away through some lovely fields).
Back on site, there are a toilet cabins with hot running water, plus other facilities including 4 showers, a portaloo, and a washing machine, grey waste and chemical toilet disposal and recycling points. Wi-fi is nearly all over the site too.
The shared facilities at the top of the site also has a fridge and a washing up area, with a warm water tap, a nearby kettle and a plug socket for charging mobiles. Picnic tables, PIR lighting and Starlink wifi is also provided.
Please not that dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, and yes campfires are allowed, as long as the fire pit is raised off the ground and the fire is supervised at all times, with a bucket of water at hand too. Thank you for booking!

Simple and unpretentious site in a rural setting. The shower & toilet facilities are not the most up to date but they are clean and fully functional.
Most pitches have water & mains hook up with hoses & cables available to use.
A small wooded area is suitable for dog walking or for children to explore.
There is a little bit of background traffic noise from the A12 but it is not intrusive.
If you want mamucured lawns, a swimming pool & clubhouse this is not the site for you but we loved its quiet simplicity. Good value for money.

Great weekend away. Facilities are clean but only a few showers and toilets and the hot water runs out quick so prepare for a cold shower. Site is on the river next to Knighton, great location. Main field is spacious but be wary of the animal poo!

This was one of the nicest campsites I’ve stayed at. Beautiful views, proper toilets and shower blocks with hot water and enough that there was never a queue despite a full site on Saturday. There were also drinking water taps and sinks to do the washing up at. Plenty of walks nearby.
The only downside was some feral children in a neighbouring tent but that is no fault of the site managers, rather irresponsible parents that didn’t control their kids but unfortunately they seem to get everywhere!
10/10 on the site though. Would 100% stay here again.

Absolutely loved our camping weekend! 🏕️❤️ We went away for an early birthday weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The land was so spacious, peaceful and beautiful — perfect for getting away and enjoying some quality time together.
The highlight was definitely getting to do a Hug a Highland Cow experience 🐮🤎 It was such a special experience and made the whole weekend even more memorable!
Would 100% recommend staying here and we’ll definitely be back! 🌿✨

We had such a wonderful time at Goren farm. We had a whole field to ourselves which was very peaceful and the kids could run wild. The cafe serves delicious cream teas, and juice and cider made on the farm. We even were lucky enough to see the apple press in action! Julian was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We will be back!

I picked a special plot, tucked in the corner of a field with far reaching view across the valley! So pleased to have spent anothet night under canvas in this gorgeous part of the Blackdown Hills. Julian is very approachable, making me a lovely cafetiere of coffee in the morning. The plumbed in Shower and WC's are tucked into the corner of the barn, very tidy in a rustic way, and much appreciated. I hope to return again in a couple of weeks .... Thank You Goren Farm!

Lots of space, big views, a fridge and phone charging point in the middle of a field... doesn't get better than that! Clean compost toilets too. And wild flowers... owls, wood peckers and lots more. Lovley shop with farm produce, imaginative products like blackberry balsamic vinegar. Very kind farmer.

Absolutely amazing. Views are incredible and everyone on the site is so friendly. Facilities are basic but so good and clean. The showers are great it’s literally a proper shower no button pressing to use them. So much space the kids and dogs loved it. You can use fire pits and wood at a cost and Paul delivers them to your tent.

The hosts were really nice and welcoming. The site it self was really nice and peaceful with a really nice view across fields to hills perfect view with. Morning coffee. The site also had really good facilities for if you wanted to have you food away from your tent with the option of farm shop and bar ran on a honesty system. My kids loved the whole experience. Next time I will look at the weather forecast about better as it was far to hot for the kids but was amazing place for peaceful escapee. Thank you

Camping at Penn Meadow was a lovely experience, I loved that we could pitch up wherever we wanted. The checking in process was clear and relaxed. I enjoyed the beautiful landscape and access to gas stove and kitchenette was great as there has been a ban on open fires due to drought. The showers were very nice and clean. The walk to the The Standard of England pub was very picturesque and convenient. Thank you for the hospitality.
