𝗜𝗱𝘆𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿-𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝘀𝗲𝗮 𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝘀, 𝗰𝗮𝗳𝗲, 𝗯𝗮𝗿, 𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗺 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽, 𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱. 𝗢𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝘁𝘀... Situated on 160 acres within Exmoor National Park, campers are encouraged to take advantage of our relaxed, rule-free approach allowing you to pitch wherever you fancy. Sheltered corners and wide open spaces are aplenty suiting everyone from couples to large groups. Panoramic sea views greet every patch of our working farm while CAMPFIRES and DOGS are actively encouraged. If the views bring you, it's the inclusive facilities that'll keep you. Two blocks contain 10 toilets, 7 unlimited hot showers (try these!), laundry, washing sinks, fridge/freezer & a microwave. There are also freshwater standpipes in each field and a chemical disposal point. However, sometimes a shower doesn't hack it. That's where our converted stone Barn Café comes in-complete with Wi-Fi & charging points. Open all day every day, 'The Barn' provides an oasis away from the elements, where you can enjoy everything from breakfast in the garden to dinner by the woodburner. If DIY campfire cooking is more your style, we also have a fully-stocked farm shop onsite providing all the essentials & much more too! Drinks? There's only one choice... a pint o' Caffyns cider. Homegrown on our 3000-tree strong orchard, located next to the campfields, our apples go from picking to pinting without leaving the farm. From sweet to scrumpy varieties there is no better way to try this land's fabled beverage than in our cider bar. For the adrenaline junkies, onsite horse riding allows you to sample Exmoor's scenery from the saddle. Catering to all experience levels, from beginner to advanced, our range of rides (1hr-3hrs) gives everyone the chance to explore with a discount given to those staying with us! Wandering through Caffyns acreage will introduce you to some of the other friendly farmyard 'locals'. Goats (Hint: Goat Cafe?!), alpacas, chickens, turkeys & sheep are all dotted throughout the farm on the way down to the South West Coast Path on our farm's perimeter. The nearest beach is a 20min walk away (Lee Bay) while Lynton & Lynmouth are 45mins.Pick your spot! Our 160 acres provide a setting and position to suit everyone; from sheltered corners for cozy couples to wide open spaces for larger groups. You are able to park by your tent/motorhome with a perimeter road providing access in and out of the fields while check in/check out is flexible. (Check in - 8:30am till 11pm/ Check out till 8pm). Wherever you pitch is within easy access to the inclusive facilities onsite. Our amenity blocks are within 2/3 minutes' walk of any pitch which includes a toilet/shower complex (all unlimited in use!) and a separate block next door with laundry, washing sinks, fridge/freezer & a microwave. Other onsite services, including the bar, restaurant, farm shop, horse riding & reception, are all within 5 minutes' walking distance from the camping fields. The orchard joins onto the South West Coast Path on the edge of our land allowing easy access to an abundance of spectacular hiking trails in either direction. The nearest beach called Lee Bay is some 20 minute walk away from the pitches.

Really well kept site. Staff were very relaxed and accommodating. There's a bar/cafe and they brew their own cider. Apparently the carrot cake is also excellent according to local knowledge. I'd definitely go back if I'm ever in that part of the country again.

Excellent campsite with loads of facilities. Great little shop for essentials, fresh eggs, and a cafe with meals and beer and farm made cider on tap. Lots of variety of animals on the farm safari for little ones to see and horse riding available. Water in showers was hot and good pressure, lots of space for free camping spots, however ground isn't particularly level if you are fussy

We really enjoyed our stay — lots of spacious pitches and plenty of room to spread out. The toilet block was great: clean, roomy and with lots of lovely hot showers. The views are beautiful and the walk down to Lee Bay is gorgeous, although we didn’t realise dogs aren’t allowed on the beach, so worth knowing in advance. Lynmouth and Lynton are only a short drive away too, which was ideal. The only downsides were that the barn wasn’t open for evening food during our stay due to the heat and how busy it was, and we were surprised there were no recycling facilities on site. Having to take all rubbish home could be tricky if you’re staying for a week. Overall, it’s a good site with great facilities and lovely surroundings.

This was my second visit to Caffyns farm and I’m pleased to report that it is still as fab as it used to be. Great pitches, spectacular location, lovely staff and fellow campers, clean kitchen and bathrooms, a useful shop, a cafe with nice cakes and cider, horses, goats, an orchard, and last but not least, Bosun the hound. Thanks all. Will be back.
