Went at the end of the season and there was nobody else there, it was very peaceful and the lake is beautiful. Hosts were super accommodating and friendly, will definitely book here again!

Simple clean but nice site. Bathroom v clean. Has wifi. Friendly dog and chickens provided great entertainment for the kids. We rented the canoe which was a real highlight. Would recommend.

A perfect site for camping! Thanks to Carmen for her welcome, and to her friendly dog Molly for her company at dinner and who garded at night. The chalet for the toilets is very nice and clean. A hot shower would have been nice but we were warned before our arrival that it didn't work. We recommend!

Great spot in a quiet, peaceful location with beautiful views to wake up to. We planned to do more but ended up mostly chilling around the cabin (highly recommend the outside daybed!) and walking my dog to the river. Ren was really accommodating for my reactive dog, left the lights on for us as we were arriving late and provided some yummy home grown vegetables. Would love to stay again!

We loved the camping there! The two hosts were super nice people and we ended up chatting quite a while while they showed us around. The campsite is very nice too: the pit toilet has a water bucket to wash hands and soap. Each campsite has a picknick table. There was only one other guest that night, so it was relatively privat. Would absolutely recommend.

Weekend Trip to Haylmore Creek Farm

Carmen’s campsite, HayLmore, is amazing. There is a washroom with a flush toilet and sink which is kept clean. Behind the bathroom building is a double sink, for dishes, dish soap included. Can and plastic recycling as well as a place for garbage- please keep garbage to a minimum as it’s a regular size garbage bin and there are other campers. We stayed a ponderosa which to me is the most private spot, and I’ll definitely stay there again. We had a 20’ pick-up with slider camper. Molly (the dog) keeps to herself these days as she’s getting a little older, but she still loves pets. Carmen sells her eggs, tomatoes (or veggies of the season too). Thank you Carmen and Molly☺️🙂😎

I love the place , my family enjoyed our stay for 2 nights. The site was very spacious for a big family. Ms. Katie was very accommodating and response quickly to my inquiries. The only thing disappoints us was our fellow campers near the lake, they were not respectful about quiet time they were shouting and singing loud with their loud music until 2am for 2nights. They even had bonfire even if there is a FIRE-BAN during the 2nd night. But over all we enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

We had such an amazing time at Anderson Lake! The Yurt was cozy and comfortable, the outdoor kitchen made cooking so easy and scenic, and the property was absolutely breathtaking! It is totally worth the drive and such a cool way to experience the area! Absolutely book the sauna, and bring your paddle boards if you can! Can’t wait to come back next year! :)

If one of the Dome tents is booked, I block off the other so you'll be the only ones on the whole gravel pad area. The road is a gravel road in winter would require 4x4. Otherwise we've seen many EVO cars (Prius Hybrid or fully electric Kia Niro) and even fancy Teslas and BMW sedan's on this road.

It can be muddy and bumpy while the road awaits its winter repairs. We are one hour outside of Kamloops on a maintained public gravel road, however AWD or 4WD recommended during late fall to late spring. We have no minimum stay but highly recommend two nights. Do not use google maps to find our place - it can be very confusing. Google maps may show coming to our property from Savona but the easiest drive is from Kamloops. Please use the directions that get emailed to you just before your stay. To get here head to the Kamloops airport then follow Tranquille Criss Creek Road. We do not recommend traveling this road in the dark if you are not familiar with it! Wonderfully private! Come give our land some love as it recovers from the 2021 Sparks Lake forest fire. Acres and acres to hike, mountain bike and snowshoe. Surrounded by crown land there is no lack of space to explore and easy access to forest service roads to quad and bike. Many lakes near by for fishing and kayaking. Wildlife galore! There are wild flowers and plants so come forage and explore. Disconnect from the busyness of city life! Coming soon - guided hikes, foraging and information about local medicinal plants and a soon to be Apothecary on site! Detailed directions available after booking!

Situated on a mountain plateau overlooking beautiful Anderson Lake there is a rugged beauty to this land. Through a quirk of geography, our land is remote and wild while only being a 3 hour drive from Vancouver. Located at the beginning of the Highline Road popular with adventure seekers, this property is about a 10 minute drive from the Anderson Lake boat launch in D'Arcy. The lake is a fisherman's dream known for its rainbow and bull trout. Paddle boarding, hiking, biking, and motorized sports are among the activities enjoyed in the area. Upon ascending the initial gravel road climb, you will be greeted with fantastic mountain and lake views. Pines, cedars, firs, birch, and aspen make up the forest cover while junipers and wildflowers find their home in the clearings between the trees. Hot during the day and cool at night, the views truly glow just before sunset and then again as the moon rises to cast pale shadows on a land free from light pollution. The property is still under development, so please excuse the mess as we build out our off-grid spa and amenity spaces. Currently we only offer a compost toilet, but stay tuned for a further refined experience that will include access to water, showers, 6 person hammocks, and trails. At this time we do not allow fires due to local fire ban, but CSA approved propane fire pits will soon be available for rent.
