Open year round, Meadow Lake Guest Ranch is located in central British Columbia, 35km northwest of the town of Clinton, on the historic Gold Rush Trail. Over 700 acres, the ranch sits on the Fraser Plateau surrounded by undisturbed Crown Lands with dozens of lakes and streams that support a rich ecosystem and abundant wildlife. We invite you to soak up the spectacular scenery with its abundant flora and fauna.

Eagle Suite - Lakeview House 1

Lakeview House is a custom-crafted post-and-beam home with grand views of Meadow Lake and the Marble Range from its wrap-around deck. The Lakeview House was built in 2004 and underwent extensive renovations in 2019 to create the Osprey and Eagle Suites. These suites can be rented individually or together.
Eagle Suite is the smaller of the two suites. It accommodates six guests comfortably.
There are two bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with a single bed and a set of bunk beds (double bottom / single upper).
The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. The living room features an electric fireplace, a flat screen TV and a DVD player.
There is one three-piece bathroom in this unit, with a walk-in shower.
Eagle Suite is wheelchair accessible. There is a ramp entry to the front door. The bathroom has a support bar for the toilet and a portable shower seat to improve accessibility.
We are pet and horse friendly. This fully fenced and gated property includes an eight-stall horse barn. Please call the ranch to arrange Bed and Bale. Owners are responsible for the care of their animals during their stay.
EV charging is available at the nearby Jefferson Ranch House; guests are asked to bring all their own chargers and adaptors. Please contact the ranch directly to arrange use of this service.

Hunters Cabin 1

The Hunters Cabin is a cozy, one-room log cabin with breathtaking views. It is 252 square feet in size and is best suited for hunters, fishermen or guests looking for comfortable, humble lodgings. Suited perfectly for those looking for hunting adventures in the cariboo, or simply a quiet, glamping get away.
The space There is no running water in this unit but we do provide 5gal jugs of water. There is an outhouse 20 feet from the cabin, for your private use. There is electricity and the unit is heated by electric baseboard. There is a refrigerator, electric stove stop, and a coffee machine. Please note there is NO WIFI.
This house has one twin bed and one set of twin bunk beds, and sleeps 3 guests comfortably. Kitchen towels are provided. PLEASE NOTE* this cabin is BYOB—Bring Your Own Bedding!
There is a small kitchen, set up with a double hotplate, a microwave, and a bar-fridge, in the cabin. On the covered patio, a BBQ is available for guest use.
Guest access As guests, you have access to the immediate area around your rental home and to our range and lands, which cover up to 700 acres. Guests do not have access to our other houses, their lands, or to their outbuildings unless they receive Ranch Manager approval.
Other things to note Pet friendly. Lake Access - Meadow Lake is a 5min drive away, it is a public beach. Ask management for directions. Ranch Animals - This is a working ranch with farm animals ( please no chasing livestock or entering their paddocks or pens).

Jefferson Ranch House 1

Jefferson Ranch House is a 1.5 storey, custom-crafted, 3,050 square foot log home. Originally built in 1998, it underwent significant renovations to improve guest comfort in 2018.
The first floor area is 2,065 square feet and it features a large open living space, with kitchen, dining area and living room under a vaulted ceiling. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped with dishes and cookware and has ample work, storage, and fridge space. There are two bedrooms on the main floor: a large king ensuite and a queen bedroom. There are two four-piece bathrooms on the main floor. The master ensuite features a soaker bathtub that comfortably fits two people.
In the 986 square foot loft, there are two queen loft nooks, curtained off for privacy. The Games Room is also located in the loft of the Jefferson Ranch House. It features a bar, a pool table, a TV with satellite connectivity, a foosball and an air hockey table.
There is a covered patio across the entire front of the home with captivating views of the mountains and sunsets over Meadow Lake and the Marble Range. This section features a dining area with seating for 16 and a lounge area with wicker seats.
The house is primarily heated by the wood burning radiant heated floor. Secondary heating is provided by our wood burning fireplace and electric baseboard heaters.
Starlink WIFI is available in this house and most of our guests have full cell coverage during their visits. The living room features a ROKU TV. In the loft space, a desk with printer- photocopier is available for guest use.
Pet and horse friendly. There is a barn and a horse turn-out onsite. Please call in advance to arrange Bed and Bale. Guests are required to feed and care for their own animals.
Also located onsite is a large covered carport. EV charging is available; guests are asked to bring all their own chargers and adaptors.

Meadow Lake Roadhouse 1

The Meadow Lake Roadhouse is an historic, fully-restored, 1,500 square foot, log roadhouse. It sleeps six guests comfortably.
The Roadhouse was originally constructed in the 1860s. It then served as a saloon and stopping point for gold-hunters; later as bunkhouse for cowboys moving herds. Food and drinks were served by the kitchen while simple comforts and respire were offered upstairs in the bedrooms. In the early 2000s, the house was fully disassembled and rebuilt with the two bottom rounds of logs replaced in the hopes that this historic house will survive another 150 years.
The Roadhouse has a large covered entry porch, with views of the Marble Range. The 860 square foot main floor features a large living room, kitchen and bathroom. In the living room are a wood burning stove, a smart tv with a DVD player and a selection of movies, and the house library. The four-piece washroom of the house features a walk-in shower and an old-fashioned claw-foot bathtub. The Roadhouse kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. It has ample fridge, storage and preparation space. It is equipped with a vintage wood burning stove and oven and a modern range with stove and oven. Off the kitchen is a large deck with a table and chairs for meals outside.
The two bedrooms are located on the second floor. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom. In the second bedroom are a double bed and two twin beds. In addition to the wood burning stove, the house is heated by electric radiators.
Starlink Wifi is available at the Roadhouse and there is full cell coverage in Meadow Lake Guest Ranch area.
We are pet and horse friendly. Outside the house is a horse shelter and turn-out. Please call ahead to arrange Bed and Bale. Owners are responsible for the care of their animals during their stay.

Osprey Suite is the larger of the two suites. It accommodates up to six guests.
The 800 square foot main floor of the Osprey Suite features a large kitchen, dining space, living room, three piece bathroom and queen bedroom. The living room features a wood stove and flat screen tv. The couch in the living room is a fold out bed, to provide additional beds if needed. The kitchen has ample fridge, storage and preparation space and is well stocked with dishes and cookware.
In the loft space is the master bedroom with a king sized bed. There is a balcony off this bedroom, with chairs and a beautiful view of Meadow Lake. Outside the bedroom is an open area with twin bed.
We are pet and horse friendly. This fully fenced and gated property includes an eight-stall horse barn. Please call in advance to arrange Bed and Bale. Owners are responsible for the care of their animals during their stay.
