Could be great depens
Overall great experience with great and friendly hosts. Those looking for a secluded getaway won't find it here as the owners are avid water skiers that love practicing during the day/night and the bunkie happens to be situated close to the dock and the hosts hangout spot.

Bunkie on Privately Owned Ski Lake
I've been to 4 hipcamp locations so far and by far this is the best one I've been to. The water is so clean , the scenery is beautiful, the hosts are very nice. The cabin is clean and beds very comfortable. 5 stars. Next time my family will be taking water ski lessons. Watching the host water ski was like Watching the Olympics. I recommend this location to couples and families alike. Thank you for a great stay.

We had a great time. Beautiful small lake, caught some fish (and released) with our young kids. We will definitely be back!

Not private but a beautiful setting
The owner is extremely nice. The cabin is not private. The boat dock basically in front of the cabin space had non stop people boating and water skiing literally every day and night for 3 days. There were people jumping from thier boat in front of the cabin with music playing so loud it was pretty annoying over by the fire we were trying to have. It's hard to swing in a lake that has boats and water skiers all day and into the darkness. It has potential to be a nice stay but it is very far from private.

Sun, fun and birds
The views were beautiful. A wonderful calm and peaceful little mini vacation. We were lucky that the bugs didn't bother us :). The only thing was the portable toilet was far for someone with mobility needs, but we made it work and loved our time there. For a bird lover, it was amazing to hear and see a variety of birds. The host was great too.

Nice quiet & fun getaway!
Great place to relax and swim! the little cabin was so cute! We went on some really hot days so arriving and seeing a window AC, I was super happy! the pull out couch and bunk bed were surprisingly very comfortable my family and I slept great! We also got to see a bunch of people water ski, so that was a nice little show! There was a little town and grocery store about 10 mins away which was great if we needed anything we forgot. The hosts were very nice and friendly, and even let my daughter go out on the boat with them while they did their water skiing.

We loved staying at T’s pond! It’s just a hidden gem! And it had everything we were looking for! The kids just loved the sandy area, and it was nice they were able to use the toys.

This is one of the best mini getaway we have been to.
It's better than camping in a tent.
There are alot of bugs so bring bug spray. Other than that, Teresa was awesome, and a great host. We will be coming back for a longer stay.

Friendly & welcoming lakeside cabin
Teresa was very friendly and welcoming. My wife and I had a great time and we got to see some water skiing while they were giving lessons during the day. The area is a little buggy so bring bug spray and be carful of ticks. The lake was nice to going fishing in and enjoy a campfire next to at night.

Blissful Halloween Getaway
A lovely get away for the people who love nature. The stay had a nice heater & pullout couch for our cold Halloween night. The bed linens were clean and felt fresh. The water was beautiful & cleaner than expected which beats Lake Ontario any day. The host left us some firewood to use which we thought was super considerate. My only wish is that there was cutlery in the cabin and that we had access to the wifi a day earlier while we wanted to enjoy a scary movies in the cabin.

Great short trip with the family
Me and my family had a great time at Teresa's cottage. Communicating with her was easy. She was very friendly and her response was very quick. The cottage was clean and cozy, just enough to get a good night's sleep. The lake was nice to swim in and the kids were kept busy with the trampoline. My kids fell in love with her sweet dog. You can get jet ski lessons with her as the place is a ski camp. Lots of beaches nearby to check out, just have to do some research. Would stay there again and maybe next time get some lessons for the kids.

Bunkie on Privately Owned Ski Lake
My friends and I stayed here with our 3 dogs, it was a wonderful time spent out in the sun. There are many activities to do here such as swimming, water sports (at additional charge), trampoline & a firepit. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing get away just don't forget your bug spray & sunscreen!

Really great place to stay- and so close to the city.
Teresa was really great and responsive. We had a relaxing evening barbequing and hanging out around their lake. When we arrived, we got to watch the hosts water ski which was super cool (they can give you lessons for a really good price!).
