Clean and well planned space with all necessities. Hosts are very friendly and considerate. I would recommend this place if someone wants to camp near beach and doesn't want to carry everything.

Gisele and Vic were SO kind and generous. The space is darling, private and well-planned, and they have thought of so many details and provided many extras. I would return in a heartbeat. A short walk takes you to a beautiful beach on Lake Erie, a short 10 minute drive takes you into town (Port Colborne) which is a delight (Pie Guy! Great inventive grilled cheeses/watching ships go through the canal/ cute shops.) The hosts anticipated needs and went above and beyond. From setting out firewood to providing a bocce set to having a nice bbq with side burner set up in the outdoor kitchen area - they thought of everything. One of our nicest experiences with a vacation rental.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin! The cabin is very clean well maintained and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic just a 1 minute walk to the beach.
One of the highlights was the complimentary bikes and kayaks. While we didn’t get a chance to use the kayaks, we really enjoyed riding the bikes along the scenic trail into town. It was such a relaxing experience watching the ships pass through and exploring the area.
The cabin also has board games for indoor entertainment, and there was plenty of firewood provided for evening campfires
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway

We had such a wonderful stay with Gisele and her husband! 😊 They were incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived and truly went above and beyond to make sure our family had a great experience.
One of the sweetest surprises was finding a little bed set up for our 5-year-old son. 🛏️❤️ We never expected that thoughtful gesture, and it immediately showed how much they care about their guests.
The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. 🌳✨ Everything was clean and comfortable, and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. We loved being so close to several beaches 🏖️ while still being only a short drive from Niagara Falls. 🌊
If you’re looking for a quiet family-friendly getaway, this is it. Gisele and her husband are exceptional hosts—kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making your stay memorable. 😊 We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I took my mom to this place after years of vacationing in cabins around Wasaga Beach, and she kept commenting on how luxurious she felt staying at Gisele and Vic's compared to our previous experiences.
The cottage is cozy, welcoming, and exceptionally well maintained. Every detail has clearly been thought through. Gisele and Vic made sure we had everything we needed and more, including bikes and kayaks available for guests to use. They even had the fire set up for us on our first night, which was such a thoughtful touch.
When we return, and we definitely plan on returning, we'll be packing much lighter because so much is already provided. The grounds are spacious, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing.
The beach was even closer than we expected and was a wonderful alternative to some of the busier beaches in the area. The sand was beautiful, the water was crystal clear, and it was already a perfect temperature for swimming in early June.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm, comfortable, and worry-free getaway. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to come back.

This was our second time at this cabin, and we will definitely go there again! We are bikers so it’s an excellent location for us - got off in Niagara and biked on trails both ways. The cabin has everything you need, plus board games, badminton, pétanque and kayaks. A really nice beach at Lake Erie is two minutes away, though chilling on the cabin’s patio is also relaxing - there’s plenty of birds singing around and you often hear the waves from the lake. You can cook on the Barbeque or go to the nearby towns for lunch - we recommend I Love Sicily in Chrystal Beach for their sandwiches and ice cream. Enjoy!

Had an amazing stay here! Gisele and Vic provided us with their kindness and hospitality and gave us space to explore the space and town.
There’s ton to do here: biking along the trail, kayaking (if weather permits), and enjoying a sunny afternoon at Nickel Beach.
We’d definitely recommend this place for anybody who wants to escape the city and experience the peace and quiet. Also, if you’re into vintage shopping, check out Willows End Salvage.

We had an amazing stay at the cozy cabin! The beach was just 5 minutes away, making it perfectly convenient for watching sunrise and sunsets. Traveling with our 14-month-old, we felt completely safe and comfortable and the space was very baby-friendly. Gisele and Vik were thoughtful and welcoming hosts, making sure we had everything we needed. We made so many wonderful memories as a family and would love to come back again!

We had an amazing stay! The property was spotless, private, and beautifully maintained. We loved the thoughtful touches throughout the cabin—it truly had everything we needed. Gisele and Vic were wonderful hosts. The cabin was cute, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beach, just a two-minute walk away, was absolutely beautiful. The kayaks are fun and the perfect way to get out on the water. The firewood bundle was amazing—packed with plenty of wood, kindling, and paper, making it the best value you’ll find. The area is peaceful and quiet, yet close to lots of nearby attractions. A perfect getaway spot!

Gisele and Vic were lovely hosts! Gisele gave us a warm welcome and let us know about all the fun things to do when we arrived. Vic very kindly started a fire for us in the evening while we were away. The cabin itself is also gorgeous. There's a bunch of fun things to do on and around the property.

Our time at Gisele's cabin was very nice. Gisele and her husband was so hospitable to us. They were kind by giving lots of wood and kindling for our campfire after we bought a bundle of wood on the Hipcampers app. They were very helpful telling us where to go for a restaurant to eat. We had alot of fun kayaking and riding their bikes on the hiking trails. The washroom was very clean and the cabin. I will be coming back next year for sure with a friend or my husband. You will enjoy your time just like us. Thank you Gisele and your husband for all your help during our stay for the weekend of August 29 to 31, 2025.

What a gem! Very comfortable, and beautifully styled little cottage/bunkie. You can tell a lot of care went into it.
Stay here and you'll be a 3 minute walk (literally) to a quiet beach/picnic spot. The towns are a short drive away for supplies, but far enough away to enjoy quiet, secluded activities like lounging on soft grass under tall trees, cooking on a campfire and clear stargazing.
Gisele's hospitality was wonderful! Before we even arrived, we felt very welcome. Highly recommended if you're passing through the Niagara region.

Vic welcomed us when we arrived and was so nice. We happened to book on a rainy day, but everything still turned out great. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. The hosts are so kind, and the place itself is beautiful, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. It was fully equipped with everything we needed, and everything, including the washroom, it was very clean. Would recommend this place!

Really enjoyed my stay and ended up staying an extra day. Cute, clean and has everything you need. Also close to a nice sandy beach as well as parks and volleyball nets. The hosts are lovely people and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Gisele and Vic are the most welcoming people you could imagine! The cabin was clean and cozy, perfect for our long weekend trip. If I could give them 100000 stars as a review I would! Generous, welcoming- all around amazing! We will definitely be returning to do some more exploring! Perfect reset in nature, but close enough to stores etc. if you need anything!

My girlfriend and I stayed at Gisele’s in August of 2025, and I can whole heartedly recommend this to others. I’ve travelled the world, and hospitality like this is rare. The care that Gisele and Vic put into this cabin/bunky make it a truly rare gem. The thoughtfulness of every detail is something that is incredibly hard to find.
The accommodations are immaculate and the convenience is wonderful. You are steps to the beach, there are beautiful bike trails to take advantage of, and the property is quiet and beautiful.
I’m approaching 40 now, so the idea of traditional camping is starting to sour. This is the perfect in between from camping, and the full expense of renting a cabin. Keep in mind that the bunky is beside their home, but they are respectful and there is plenty of privacy. The bonus this brings for having power and bathroom amenities makes it well worth it.
We’ll definitely be booking here again.

I would highly recommend staying at this wonderful little cabin retreat!! It has everything including a lovely wooded and private area, a fire pit, BBQ, sink/washing up area, a deck and covered gazebo, a hanging lounge chair, plenty of seating and table, a separate bathroom/shower and even a little shed with an extra fridge/freezer and room to store my bicycle and keep it dry. I also appreciated the extra amenities such as pots and pans, BBQ utensils, lighter, badminton racquets, balls and net, dishes, cutlery, coffee maker and complimentary tea and coffee. The little cabin was quaint and very comfortable and had a/c, a fan, a heater, a mini fridge, a Murphy double bed with good mattress and the possibility of a fold out cot for extra sleeping space. Gisele is a wonderful hostess, friendly, helpful but also respectful of her guest's privacy and very willing to lend bicycles or kayaks. I also loved the area including the beautiful beach just a few minutes walk away, the lovely neighbourhood and the bicycle trails just a short distance away. You could easily bicycle to Port Colborne, the Welland Canal and various beaches around the area. I loved my time there and will definitely be back!!

Me and my spouse recently stayed at Giselle's place and we had a wonderful time. It was our first time to try cabin camping and we had fun! The cabin was very cozy with air-condition, well-equipped with comfortable bed, small ref, dining table/chairs. The place, inside and out was well-maintained, very clean and private. They have composting toilet (clean and odorless) and shower. Everything we needed were provided. We enjoyed our bbq and played badminton. The place is near Crystal Beach.
Giselle was friendly and helpful. She always replied to my inquiries.
So if you're looking for a quiet and secluded get-away, we're recommending Giselle's place. Just 2 hrs away from Scarborough. Thank you Giselle for the nice experience.

We stayed at this cottage for 2 nights and our experience was really good. The area is so beautiful, close to wild, a 4mn walk from the lake, 10mn drive from downtown. We enjoyed kayaking, beach, badminton and Port Colborne is cute. It was so relaxing. The hosts are so welcoming, and we could ask them anything.

Hey,
Kelly and I loved staying at Giselle and Vics tiny cottage. AC, comfy bed, bbq, covered deck, firepit, washroom. People make the visit as well. They showed a lot of class and were professional in their approach. They are just really nice people! They charmed us! lol Steps away from the beach, less than 2 km away from the Reeb house on hwy 3, and a 15 dollar uber from Port Colborned. Great time! Thank-you!

Cabin close to Lake Erie and Trails
The time we spent here was wonderful! The hosts are kind, responsive, and will make your experience memorable.
The yurt is lovely, clean, and well appointed. Mornings and evenings watching the wildlife and having campfires were wonderful family bonding time for my family.
Drinking water is provided as well. The washroom facilities are everything you need, clean, and comfortable.
Can't wait to visit again!
