Not what I expected from other reviews, Over all it was a good night , we arrived to a wagon to transport our belongings which was super handy , the rocky terrain was a bit of a challenge in some areas but manageable.
We arrived to water being available with a pump , we used it for hand washing only there was a out door shower however the There something floating in the bladder so we did not use it , I took my own drinking water
We also took our own fire wood
The listing states there are power banks and lanterns, the lantern was dead and the power banks had less then half a charge and the indoor lighting system isn’t great only one light in the middle of the yurt was working
I recommend taking your own lights and power banks .
The outhouse had only half a roll of toilet paper and the compostable toilet is sat on a very high surface with a small stool to get on with
We did not see the host or hear from them .
We didn’t hear or see the other guests as well
We only stayed one night so it was ok for the inconveniences , over all we made the best of it and enjoyed our time together
But I don’t think I will rush back any time soon
A bit disappointed as I had high hopes based on reviews

We stayed at Glampanee for New Year’s Eve, and the experience could not have been better. Billy was the best host and went above and beyond to make our stay special. I won’t go into detail, because I don’t want to spoil the little surprises that turned a great stay into an incredible one! With a delicious dinner in our bellies, the wood stove keeping us warm, and the rain falling on the roof, it was as cozy as could be. If you’re considering staying anywhere, stay at Glampanee!

This was a amazing yurt and I would definitely book again. It felt like a rustic home in the middle of the woods. It was fantastic to just show up and have everything ready for you and all the amenities of home available. a wagon was provided to us so it was even easier to bring our stuff down to the yurt. Firewood was provided and ready for us as soon as we showed up. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates, cutlery, glasses to.
This was incredibly private and secluded. All you could hear were the sounds of nature. Owls, birds, coyotes it was magical. The stars were so bright and there was no light pollution. 6 satellites in 30 minutes and a few shooting stars. It was neat seeing them from the sky light in the yurt.
The bed was comfy and large enough for two people. We did bring extra blankets as it was cold, we definitely needed them. The yurt was super clean and cozy.
I would highly recommend staying here for a wee getaway. It is so close to PEC and makes a trip there more worthwhile.
We will definitely be back soon

Welcomed with a big smile and a handful of fresh vegetables! The yurt was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Campsite felt very private and peaceful. More amenities than anticipated such as a BBQ, utensils, dishes and lanterns.
Great site, highly recommended.

we had such a nice time at the yurt on Billy's land. everything was comfortable and easy to access. we even were given some fresh cantaloupe from his garden!

I really enjoyed camping on Billy’s land! Everything was well kept and clean and the space was very pretty. It was a great spot to set up a campfire and relax and I would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Billy's yurt. He was very welcoming and gave us a rundown of things to do in the area. The yurt was spotless and had all the amenities needed for our stay, along with extra touches that made it that much more comfortable. We will definitely be back!

We really loved the Yurt wherein inside it was spacious, comfortable and very nice bed to rest the whole night. As well as, the small sky light ceiling that was so cuteeeee!
I would really recommend this if you want to unwind!

Absolutely wonderful stay in Billy's yurt. Had everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Yurt is beautiful and spacious and grounds are well maintained.
Hosts were incredibly kind, receptive and made us feel right at home!

The site was very charming, the yurt was very clean and stylish, and the amenities worked well and added ease to the "camping" experience. Billy and his wife were very kind and willing to help in any way they could. My partner and I were very pleased with our experience as their first guests.
