Off-grid, private setting on the mountainside at 950 meters elevation with spectacular views of the Valhalla Mountain range and Slocan Lake. Enjoy an unbelievable natural light show at sunset, featuring vibrant reds, oranges, and purple-blues. We offer a minimalist, newly renovated Bluebird school bus experience, which includes freshly baked bread or pastries from our on-site artisan bakery. The bus features a kitchen with basic cooking pots and utensils, a French press Tea, salt, and pepper. Inside, you will find a double bed with linens and pillows, a sink with cold running water, and dish soap with towels. Bring a sleeping bag for blanket please and your own towels for shower. Outside, there is a large deck with a BBQ and furniture, a fire pit, and a hot outdoor shower. We provide bins for garbage, compost, and recycling, along with a cooler; please remember to bring your own ice. There is no electricity at the bus, so please bring a headlamp. A private outhouse and the hot outdoor shower are located near the bus for your convenience. While we do not offer internet access, there is excellent cell reception if you have data on your phone. Slocan Lake and Silverton can be accessed in just 5 minutes. There you will find ice, a laundromat, cafes, a grocery and health food store, and the lakefront. A 10-minute drive takes you to New Denver, a beautiful mountain town with access to endless world-class mountain biking, hiking trails, and mountaineering opportunities, as well as various water activities. There is truly something for everyone and every level of fitness. The bus sleeps two people but you can set up tents if you want to camp with more than 2 people. There is ample room and parking. Please bring Ice, there is no electricity or heating inside the bus. However we will have a place to charge your phone etc available for you. Dogs must be kept on leash and outside, please no dog hair in the bed so other guests can enjoy the same cleaninness level as you. We do have excellent cell reception but we do not offer internet access. If you have data on your phone you will have internet, that's how we do it. Slocan lake and Silverton an be accessed in 5 min, there you find a laundromat, cafes, a grocery/ health food store. Mountain View Sanctuary

Bus is cute, has everything you need, mountain views are just oh my goodness. The hosts are very nice and offered us baked goods (that where amazing). And where very willing to help out with anything. Very peacefull and enjoyed our stay ten fold.
