This Vail property is friendly to all pets and horses and has wonderful trails for hiking, riding, ATV, and biking. Dirt space is semi graded and partially fenced with access from evening sun trail and a multi connection electrical pedestal and full service water hook up and septic intake. This space is private but shares the property with a house on east side that has its own fenced off yard and is the address of property and rented out separately. Sniper rifle range roughly 200 meters available on preserve with metal plate targets at set distances. Message for details. 4x4 or ATV/horse needed for access. Our four acre property has a small guest studio and two dry campsites. Belmont Road is a mile long dirt road, but passable with any car or bicycle. The area is considered suburban ranch, so other homes on 3-4 acre lots are visible. Our land abuts Saguaro National Park West, 1/4 mile past the Belmont Trailhead. It is the only camping area on the readily accessible eastern side of Saguaro NP's west unit.
