RVs welcome up to 35 feet. There is a portable toilet on-site. Campfires are permitted within local regulation. There is a local public beach and the boat launch is a 5 min walk away. Spend some time with family and enjoy a campfire and a bbq. The site has a play area for volleyball or soccer or any other fun you can think of!In the area, you can enjoy biking, swimming, boating, hiking, and many other activities! We have a half acre lake front lot with privacy. We have access directly to the lake from the lot and a laneway for a small boat as well. There is fishing, paddle boarding, boating, hiking and walking on these quiet roads in the wilderness. The Bay of Fundy is down the road maybe 2-5 min. If you want peace and quiet then here it is, a nice fresh lot on a lake out in the middle of no where. We DO NOT have any any of the equipment (kayaks, paddle boards and fishing equip) there you must bring your own. There is no washroom or electricity yet, so please be aware of this.

Just a short drive off of the 103 brings you to our secluded 2 acre wooded property suitable for trailers or RV’s up to 30 feet. We provide a level trailer pad with 8x16 deck and picnic table. Your site is exclusive and overlooks a small lake with access for canoes or kayaks. The lake has trout and bass in it and abundant wildlife including a couple of beavers. You are not far from the Rail Trail which is great for cycling or hiking. Some great restaurants are close by such as the Seaside Shanty. Book a visit to the Sensea Nordic Spa in Chester while you are here or just enjoy the serenity of your own little paradise. There is a fire pit but please bring your own wood or purchase nearby. No water or toilet facilities provided. Pump out and fresh water can be provided by a business close by if needed.

The Bunkie is a cozy space, located on the famous Cabot Trail, in the corner of our main property, between the sacred towns of Margaree and Cheticamp. Beautiful view of the majestic ocean and rolling mountains. There are neighbours and general sounds of town. Includes kitchen amenities, comfy bed, pull out couch and pellet stove. There is a compost toilet in The Bunkie and spring mountain fed water is provided for drinking, wash up and rinsing (no running water). Basic cooking utensils, mini fridge, cook top, blender, George Foreman Grill, coffee maker and kettle. Coffee grounds, tea and oatmeal flakes provided. Guests have full access to our private back lake and trails through our forest, where they are able to swim and have access to our canoe and kayak. We are a 2-5 minute drive to ocean and multiple beaches and trails. And a 10 min drive to Cheticamp town-shops, cafes, pubs, live music, and The Cape Breton National Park. Parking is on the grass on the left hand side of The Bunkie.

The Ship Wreck

It includes a converted 29’ sailboat, a large open air cookhouse including a wood fired pizza oven and propane fridge and stove and a wash house with composting toilet and gravity fed sink. Little Lake Retreat

This is a sweet little property of approximately an acre, though the whole lake is undeveloped. The site is treed with mostly mature trees and overlooks Little Robertson Lake. The lake is close, but the shoreline is not extremely easy to access. This campsite is private, but not remote. It is located close to a byway and you can drive in. There is not too much traffic on the adjacent road which leads to several white sand ocean beaches and trails along with Keji Seaside National Park and Thomas Raddall Provincial Park. All within a few minutes drive.
