We have a half acre lake front lot with privacy. We have access directly to the lake from the lot and a laneway for a small boat as well. There is fishing, paddle boarding, boating, hiking and walking on these quiet roads in the wilderness. The Bay of Fundy is down the road maybe 2-5 min. If you want peace and quiet then here it is, a nice fresh lot on a lake out in the middle of no where. We DO NOT have any any of the equipment (kayaks, paddle boards and fishing equip) there you must bring your own. There is no washroom or electricity yet, so please be aware of this.

You can be at the Bay of Fundy within 15 minutes. We are a 4 minute drive to the Annapolis Valley Exhibition grounds. With so many beaches, wineries, orchards, restaurants, trails and waterways nearby - you won't run out of things to do! Enjoy your morning coffee while the sun rises over the North Mountain, and if you're lucky a sighting of the deer that frequent the property. After a busy day spent exploring the valley, enjoy gazing up at the milky way (star gazing is incredible here with some of the darkest skies in North America) next to a crackling campfire. What a gorgeous spot! Our site was huge, and was right on the lake! There was even a canoe with life jackets that we were able to use if we wished!! We were able to see two bald headed eagles soaring above the lake, absolutely beautiful!! The night sky was amazing, we could have stayed out all night looking at the stars…We were personally greeted at the gate, and taken to our campsite which was a sweet touch! We’ll be back for sure!

I was so fortunate to find this listing last minute as being near Keji was one of the reasons for our trip to NS. Patricia met us and showed us the site in person which was very helpful. It was way more luxurious than I expected! A foot pump sink to wash hands! Electric pump for 5 gal water jugs! A jackery type battery to charge things! The lake was right outside the door and there were sitting areas and fire pits as well as a grill. I wish we could have stayed longer as it was a bit rainy and we didn't have time to enjoy the lake. Everything was nicely organized and even in the 40s (fahrenheit) one night we had enough blankets. Would love to come back!

Weekend Trip to Owl's Hollow Eco-Therapy Glamping
If you’re looking for someone to get away and be purely immersed in nature, this is the spot. It was so peaceful for myself, my partner and our 2 dogs. The road getting to the cabin made us a little worried about getting there as it’s very narrow, windy and gravel, but we are so glad we did it. Karen, the host, had everything we needed there, from roasting sticks, to camp cots. We got out in the canoe and swam around the very peaceful lake. Even though there was people staying at the other accommodations there, they were far away and we had lots of privacy. Thank you again for everything and we will definitely be back.

Cathie & Richard were very responsive. Cathie met us at the site and provided an overview of the property. The site was straightforward to get to. It had a great layout, well-maintained and very clean. Lots of space for a Class C RV. We appreciated the direct access to the lake, fire pit, firewood, and the large cleared area with a gravel pad. There is a porta-potty if you need it. We went during the weekday, and it was quiet and very serene. Surrounded by nature galore. What a peaceful place. The location was close to some great freshwater fishing lakes (Mushamush, Church Lake) within a 20m drive. Would stay again.

About

Step foot onto one of the most hotly contested pieces of land on the entire continent which became Canada’s first administered National Historic Site in 1917: Fort Anne. The land on which Fort Anne now stands is part of the traditional homeland of the Mi’kmaq. In recent centuries, a succession of Scottish, French, and English settlers clashed over this prize on the banks of Nova Scotia’s Annapolis River, often drawing the Mi’kmaq into their conflict. Fort Anne was the site of thirteen attacks, seven change of hands, and the ratification of the Treaty of Boston. Today, visitors can walk the earthen walls, explore the 1797 Officers’ Quarters Museum and soak up thousands of years of Canadian history. Learn more
