5G/LTE cellphone service is good for Bell, Rogers and Telus networks. We have 3 outhouses on the premises and an outdoor hot shower.
FREE Firewood can be gathered on the forest floor or pay for on-site pre-cut wood. Outhouses are close to campsites....but not too close 💩
Port Rowan is only 12 minutes away by car, most amenities can be purchased only 1 minute away at the local Busy Bee gas station.
We are situated in the middle of a Recreation Hotspot! Our site is within 3 minutes of paddling the Big Creek, 3 to 10 minutes to several A+ hiking trails, 15 minutes to amazing freshwater beaches of Long Point and Turkey Point, and the area is abound with cycling trails, motorcycle routes, geocaching, boat launches (we have room here for your boat!), cider/wine tours, and more! We are the perfect basecamp for everything the Long Point Bay area has to offer
We have some great watering holes nearby like burning kiln winery, hounds of Erie and Charlotteville brewing company.
Birders Paradise!
The ‘Long Point Birding Area’ in Norfolk County is one of Canada’s premier birding locales. With over 400 species of birds observed, Long Point looms large as one of the most exciting places on the continent to observe our rich birdlife.

There is a small cabin and two camp sites to choose from.
Site 1 is best suited for tents and small campervans, less than 18' or so (though people with small trailers like tear drop campers have been fine).
Site 2 has a much larger flat area that can hold RVs up to 30'.
Cabin available for those that want to sleep in a cozy bed and have a warm fire :)
Outhouse on the property, which is just a pit toilet. It is a working farm so will likely have various equipment around at times as well as workers at certain times of the year. You’ll likely meet our very friendly and very energetic Bernedoodle, Bernie. If you prefer to keep him out of your campsite just let us know and we can keep him closer. Otherwise, he thinks he has the run of the place! Please check to see if campfires are allowed (live in a high-risk fire zone) and firewood is available with an extra charge. If you need anything to better enjoy your stay, just let us know!
Our property is located in Peachland, BC. Positioned midway between Kelowna and Pentiction, it is the perfect location to draw from both population centres and is well-positioned to act as a hub for popular wine and other agri-tourism activities. This beautiful spot was re-forested with pine a number of years ago, and was sectioned off from the surrounding farmland, which is now maintained by the mennonite community.
It is 8 1/2 acres of wetland and forest, with a mown perimeter, and cool places to tuck into the forest for the night.
The current owner was a special educator, and now is slowly turning the land into her homestead.
There is a beautiful, spa quality outdoor shower next to a tidy and 'fancier than most' outhouse, a strawberry patch as well as wild alpine strawberries all over the property, a big dog and a small indoor cat keep her company.
Here is what the land offers:
-Bunkie in the Forest: A sweet 8x8 ft. space with new bunk and mattresses as of April 2023
-Strawberry Fields bunkie: an 10x12 space with a loft with a queen memory foam mattress and a main floor with a full futon and a small table
-Campsites: Meadow, Forest and River spots. Close to each other, but you'd never know it! All three are chill and serene places. The property backs onto a ten-foot swimming hole in an otherwise shallow part of the Saugeen River.

The Point...
The main shared area "The Point", is the peninsula that the main roadway ends at (where the BBQ, kayaks and canoes are), this is a shared area for us and our guests to enjoy. The Point offers a large picnic table, a propane BBQ, comfortable seating, a large rock perfect for sunbathing, and a river view. It's an ideal spot for swimming and launching canoes, kayaks, or paddle-board river excursions, thanks to its shallow entry and rocky bottom. Adventurous visitors might choose to paddle upriver, around an island, and return through the remaining historic canal. For a more strenuous workout, consider paddling up the canal to the Grenville lighthouse and then drifting all the way back to camp with the river's current. Enjoy this historic, lazy river experience!

Hemlock Point Campground is set on a private waterway fed by the Black River, nestled among forests and rocky ridges. The river offers a unique swimhole in between rapids, and bass fishing within walking or paddling range. Campers may also park at owners (1426) to shorten the hike to the swimhole (see trail map). Each campsite is spacious with a private driveway, outhouse, picnic table, propane BBQ, bicycles, and more. As well as using the canoe (or kayaks at Brookside) provided, campers are also welcome to hike the marked and groomed waterfront hiking trails throughout the 56 acre property, and just down the road is Mt. Moriah, a Buddhist Temple, and numerous backcountry trails, reserves, and lakes. ATV's are permitted on the road, (gateway to trails to Lingham, Deer Rock, Caniff, and Skootamatta Lakes) and friendly dogs are welcome off leash. This is a unique gelogical landscape, situated between Mt. Moriah, the Elzevir pluton complex and the Black River in an ultramafic zone, with coloured quartz veins and pillowed granite outcroppings. Mixed forest with varied species of deciduous and conifer trees - due to aerial seeding after a forest fire over 80 years ago, leaving charred stumps that can still be found from natural char preservation. Home to pileated woodpeckers, hawks, eagles and kingfishers, otters, fishers, salamanders, bass and bullhead and everything in between, either from the vantage of a hammock or on a hike in the forest this natural site won't disappoint.

Our property spans 19 beautiful acres with panoramic lake views, located just minutes from historic downtown Salmon Arm. The foreshore trail runs below the property which is great for walking or biking through the bird sanctuary and over the boardwalks
Each site includes a picnic table and a wood-burning fire pit (for use when permitted). Guests also have access to a communal outdoor kitchen area with a dishwashing station, fridge, barbecue, and smoker. Potable water, a washing machine and hot showers are included in the nightly rate. We provide clean porta-potty toilets. Trash removal is the responsibility of each guest. The sites are natural and mostly level they are not manicured.

I brought two friends who were first time visitors to Canada and they loved the whole experience!
The cabin itself was small but very very cozy (3 adults & 1 dog), and waking up to a big window facing the forest was my favourite part. The washroom was very clean, and there were enough kitchen utensils for us to cook hotpot.
It was close to a few good trails around cultus too. Really recommend this place for those who want to camp but want no hassle and a soft bed to sleep in :))

We loved everything at Murphy’s farm, beautiful camping space, surrounded by lovely/friendly dogs and animals, peaceful, quiet neighborhood, open campfire area was right under the shooting stars, the owners went over and beyond in making us feel welcomed and we truly enjoyed their piece of paradise!
Our young daughter experienced very cool environment and loved every moment of it. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Murphy’s farm to anyone who enjoys camping, animals and good company. Thank you Janie and Nelson.

I stayed at Agape Garden Camp ground with my mother and we loves it it's very beautiful. Jennie also received us with open arms and was very friendly. She prepared our Sauna and hot tube and cold plunge with care. I never thought I could take a cold plunge but I did and it felt so good afterwards. Thank you Jennie for this incredible experience!

Lovely setting, very available and helpful hosts, lots of attention to detail and amenities like access to a fridge for instance make everything easy. Super quiet and gorgeous, loved the little trail in the back, too!

A few things we will mention but really there is much more that we could say. Space glorious space. Awesome departure point for kayaking. Friendly. Wholesome laidback feel. Level camp spot. Great fire pit. A wood deck by the water. Off grid. This place hit a big chunk of our favorite things. Thank you!!!!

Beautiful location! I loved the views overlooking the lake, the amenities, and how private yet close it was to town. I had the whole place to myself and a 10/10 sleep, even with the train nearby. Will definitely come here again if I'm ever back in Salmon Arm!

We had a great time at Aaron‘s Farm. There is plenty of space and beautiful nature surroundings including ponds with ducks. The campground is very private sites but within walking distance to the bakery, shops and restaurant.
Aaron is very nice and responsive. We would definitely come back.

Good if you need a place when everything else is booked. Friendly staff, we rented boards there too. The location is not like camping on any of the beaches, but those were all booked up
