Nestled at the foot of Mount Currie in Pemberton, BC, just 30 minutes from Whistler. Wake up to snow-capped mountain views stretching across your entire horizon. Spend your days tending the garden, hiking trails right from the property, mountain biking through the valley, or watching helicopters lift off toward the glacier peaks. End every evening soaking in our cedar hot tub or wood-fired sauna beneath one of the darkest, starriest skies in BC. This is a real, working farm. We grow vegetables, tend flowers, and live the seasons honestly. You might also meet Josh — our 3-year-old Samoyed, who takes his role as farm ambassador very seriously and will likely be the first to welcome you. We have three types of stays: a stargazing glamping tent, RV hookup sites with mountain views, and open-sky tent campsites. Pemberton sits in the Pemberton Valley, surrounded by Coast Mountains and glaciers. Within a short drive: • Joffre Lakes Provincial Park — world-class turquoise glacier lakes hike (25 min drive) • Whistler Blackcomb — skiing, mountain biking, and alpine activities (35 min drive) • Pemberton Valley Golf Club — 18-hole golf course with mountain backdrop (10 min drive) • Blackcomb Helicopters — glacier and mountain flightseeing tours (departing from Pemberton) • Pemberton Bike Co. / local MTB trails — cross-country and trail riding throughout the valley • One Mile Lake Park — easy lakeside walk, swimming, birdwatching (5 min drive) • Lillooet River — fishing, kayaking, riverside walks • Nairn Falls Provincial Park — waterfall hike along the Green River (20 min drive) • Local farm stands and Pemberton Meadows — fresh produce and scenic valley drives Come as you are. Absolutely beautiful spot, lots of space for kids, thoughtful details with multiple sets of seating and tables around sites. Lovely to be able to swim in the pool after hot days, and the sauna was a great surprise! Completely loved the outdoor shower. Would definitely stay here again.

The property itself is fairly large, but 1-4 campsites are basically on top of each other in the same field. Each has a wooden cable wheel doubling as a table and some assorted lawn furniture. The sites themselves could use a bit of space throughout the property and a bit more privacy. I’ve been to state park camps with more space and privacy. There is also no shade until the small poplar trees mature in 3-4 years. The campground itself is also on a fairly busy road, so there is some road noise. The dahlias were pretty.

Beautiful views. A ton of potential. Bathrooms are a pretty far walk. The communication could use some work. They screwed up our booking and made us move all our stuff after we were set up on the site we had a reservation confirmation for. They also have a site #1 for tent camping and a site #1 RV camping, and a site #2 tent and site #2 RV, etc. which causes unnecessary confusion but was not the issue causing us to move. They could use the infinite amount of numbers to make more unique identifiers for each site and save some confusion. Site itself was small with little privacy but met our needs.

A basic field not a working farm as advertised. Would be good to mention momma bear and cubs next to camp site with bushes* It was fine, too bad these places monoplolize on limited camping choices near Pemberton. A positive was Lee, who was a pleasant caretaker, informed me of the bears. Also only 2 km to town of Pemberton.

Our First Camping Experience in BC

This was our very first camping trip in British Columbia, and we left with wonderful memories. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. We forgot to bring bug spray, and they generously offered us theirs—thankfully, the mosquitoes didn’t eat us alive! 😊 The mountain views were absolutely beautiful, and the surroundings were peaceful. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized. If you’re looking for complete silence and plan to sleep in a tent, keep in mind that you can hear some traffic from the nearby highway at night. I’m very afraid of bears, so I found myself listening to every little sound while sleeping in our tent. We stayed at Site #4, which is closer to the forest. Next time, I would choose Sites #1–3, as they are more centrally located and I think I would feel more comfortable there. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this place. Thank you for making our first camping trip in BC such a memorable one!

The secluded location (there are only two campsites; the rest are glamping facilities) with the view and the tent site on the lawn was nice. However, the highway is too noisy, and cars drive by even at night. Attention for mosquitoes. Unfortunately, the restroom wasn’t clean. Mr. Li has been in charge of operations since a month. He gave me a warm welcome and was very helpful, so I felt comfortable right from the start. Thank you very much.

Beautiful location in front of Mt. Currie. Simple but with all the things you need with clean running water and clean (pit) toilets. Very friendly host with even friendlier dog :)
