You can explore endlessly on this raw outback property. Discover secret hideouts, come and enjoy a swim under our flowing waterfall (for those brave enough to during the winter months!) and simply relax and soak in pure wildlife beneath a million stars in the night sky. Binghi Station is designed for the 4x4 enthusiasts. In other words we strongly recommend access by 4WD only as the entry 6klm driveway is very rugged and bumpy in most places due to heavy rain fall past 12 months. Please ask for more details if necessary should you have any concerns based on your equipment. Its an ongoing maintenance. Its the 4x4 adventure. We would rather talk it down than up:-) Currently we do not recommend SUV AWD type cars due to there lower profile and vulnerability to bumps and ruts. It is doable many do it all however about driver confidence and add another upto 2hours to trip :-) We recommend parking up the top driveway and having a preplanned lift down. BE WARNED The driveway and some tracks are rough suited for 4x4 adventure enthusiasts that like to use there pride and joy offroad gear for what its intended. ps One thing we can say you will never get bogged on our driveway no matter the rain fall as its very compacted despite its authentic rough character. The Secret Gorge site is suited to tents, camper trailers and smaller length caravans. All our other site locations are suited to off-road 4WD caravans and camper trailers. Binghi Station - an extraordinary place to make some truly wonderful family memories. :-)

We have moved our camping area to a new position on “Jindalee”. This area is in a sheltered glade with views out to the north. There is a clean pit toilet with hand washing water. - bring your own drinking water. It is a large open space suitable for even the biggest rig. We have camp fire areas and offer a supply of wood, more wood can be purchased off Bob the caretaker. We are 40kms from Gibraltar Range National Park, pet friendly, and offer secure camping and a place to leave your pets so you can explore the area. We offer a pet minding service during the day for a small fee for those who want to visit the National parks. There is a bitumen road to the boundary and then an all-weather gravel road to the site. Our camping sites are grassy and have a lovely view. We offer campfire pits and free wood - limited amount collected beside each fire pit. More firewood can be purchased from Bob, our Caretaker.

"Glendawn" is a small farming/ cattle grazing property with many beaut spots for camping. There are 2 sites with access to power and a few others without. It's a great place to get away but not too far from town. Fire pits and some firewood provided. We have a powered site in the old Woolshed. The Woolshed has had some modifications. It has a camp kitchen, hot and cold running water, toilet & shower. There is a fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, gas BBQ, outdoor fire pit, chairs, power and lighting. Large central area indoors. Its a delightful spot in the paddock to enjoy being "in the country". The woolshed itself is 2WD accessible. In the winter months its really quite cold overnight. There's a great outdoor firepit and I provide firewood for $10. There's a patio heater too and its 8kg gas cylinder costs $30. I will provide the first one. This venue has been popular for families 'plugging in' their vans and for others to roll their swags out either inside the shed or under the stars. Privacy and peace and quiet in abundance here. We also have unpowered camping in the paddocks. There are a few places with shade near a dam, by the old hayshed, or on a hill with views over the valley, excellent sunsets and a clearing for camping, 4WD accessible. Children under 12 stay for free on unpowered sites!

We have a stunning 640 acre cattle farm nestled in the hills of the Northern Tablelands, overlooking the Wellingrove Valley. Redbank has many beautiful places and things to see, including two natural gullies full of native birds and wildlife, native woodlands, four beautiful dams and wild fallow deer. Redbank also has about 140ha set aside under Biodiversity Conservation Trust. This is a "no drive" area but always open to walking. There is a map available to show where everything on the property is located. Redbank features diverse terrain, from secluded forests and woodlands to open undulating paddocks with excellent views and sunsets. A campfire is allowed, however it needs to be kept at a reasonable size, especially during fire restriction periods. Please keep the fire within the allocated fireplace provided. At times we provide guests with firewood when we are able, but they are permitted to use nearby timber collected themselves. We have multiple campsites available, however we realise that you may want to be independent and camp in a unique place! We understand this, however we will direct you to a spot which best suits the campers' and their vehicle type, as some of our tracks are 4x4 only. We limit numbers of groups to the number of campsites available. In this way, we protect the environment and wildlife. We will be here to help you decide on the best campsite on arrival. There is some access to water (not necessarily drinking), but you will need to bring your own shower. There are no rubbish facilities or showers and limited access to toilet facilities. Pets are welcome but must be kept under your control at all times as we have cattle on the property. We have a friendly Maremma guardian dog who can turn up unannounced. He will most probably lick you to death.

This cattle and sheep property in New Valley, half an hour south of Inverell, is raw and beautiful, with New Valley Creek running through it, swimming holes, and waterfalls. If you are looking for a natural wonderland, where you can enjoy Australian bush camping at its absolute best, this is it. The property is so spectacular, that parts of it have even been featured on TV's Farmer Wants a Wife. The terrain is rugged and hilly, but the host has created easy access to several excellent, grassy camping sites some exclusive to one group at a time, others around the large dam but still with plenty of space. They all have good road access for even 2WD, provided they have good clearance. The creek and rocks are stunning and will provide hours of fun. Fishing tours are run on the property at an extra cost, it is strictly catch and release and must discuss it beforehand with the host. We do not permit hunting as we want our guests to have and enjoy the tranquility and space. Please note, that our Farmer Wants a Wife site has a long-drop toilet and designated fire ring, however, our other sites are for completely self-contained campers only. If you are visiting during the shearing season, you are welcome to come and check it out for an insight into farm life! Pet friendly, but only small breeds, and must be kept on a lead at all times. Please discuss bringing your dog with the host before booking. Campfires are ok provided you BYO firepit, and they are kept small and manageable. There is plenty of fallen timber you are welcome to collect for firewood. Strictly no cutting down of trees. No campfires during fire bans, or when conditions are not favourable. Whilst fishing tours are possible on the property, you must discuss your interest with the host prior as there are important rules around this and is , it's strictly catch-and-release only. We do not allow hunting of any description so that our visitors can have a quiet and relaxing stay without interruptions. Just five minutes up the road is Green Valley Fun Park with a huge playground, jumping pillow, animal walkabout, museum and 18 hole mini putt. So plenty to keep kids entertained both on and off the property!

The native flora is beautiful, too. In town you will find shops and suppliers for all your camping needs. While you're there, check out the heritage architecture, great cafes, interesting shops. If you're up for an adventure further afield, the nearby national parks are perfect for outdoor adventures, from bushwalking to swimming and you can take the Boonoo Boonoo Falls walking track to a waterfall that drops 210 metres into a gorge, and enjoy eye-popping panoramas in Bald Rock National Park. Llandillo is a picturesque 700 acre property located 11 kms from Emmaville, and 55kms from Glen Innes in the northern New England region. It has 2kms of Severn river access along its southern boundary, which offers great fishing and wildlife watching opportunities. We run a small sheep farming enterprise on the northern more open half of the property, and the southern part running down to the river is natural bushland. Activities include fishing, bushwalking, mountain biking, fossicking, bird watching or getting to know some of our much adored farm animals. We offer accommodation in our a two-bedroom cabin. Our homely cabin offers a tranquil place to stay and enjoy the sounds of birds singing in the trees. Our cabin includes one double bed, two single beds and two double lounges that turn into sofa beds. We have a friendly old Wallaroo who lives around the cabin. Many other wallaby’s and kangaroos can be seen from the windows. It is a great place to relax reading a good book, catch up on well deserved rest or use as a base for outdoor activities. The cabin also has a large firepit out the back where our guests are welcome to have a campfire or cook a meal over the coals. Firewood will be supplied. There is a picnic area with a large open firepit and toilet just meters from the waters edge. Many unique animals have been seen at the river, including spotted Quolls, Platypus, fireflies, Deer, Goats, Kangaroos, wallabies and many species of birds. Guests are able to walk the entire 2km of river fishing or just enjoying the free flowing water. Nine times out of ten Murray Cod are caught along any part of the river on our fishing adventures. BYO fishing gear. Catch and release is appreciated however if guests would like to keep one to eat, they are welcome. Thankyou for reading, we would love to see you at Llandillo soon.

We do have a three bedroom house furnished and also has mobility issues covered as well. this site is near winery and not directly on the river as is the camping sites. Please ask if interested until I get it listed as a 'camp' site. There is fishing, and other river activities, to be done as well as sightseeing local dams and towns... and relaxing (you are on holiday after all.)

We are located just 30 minutes from Tenterfield, an historic town in the rolling New England region. Here you will find a superb wilderness. Splitters Swamp Creek runs out of the hills, crystal clear water pours over the very beautiful granite rocks - creating a stunning waterfall and a shallow pool at the bottom. It then meanders gently down the valley surrounded by timber. Visitors are welcome to walk a distance exploring the granite rock formations in and around the creek. The campsite is located in a very private location, surrounded by a mix of vegetation and tall trees. There is a variety of native wildlife around, including bird life and a variety of wallabies. The native flora is beautiful, too. In town you will find shops and suppliers for all your camping needs. While you're there, check out the heritage architecture, great cafes, interesting shops. If you're up for an adventure further afield, the nearby national parks are perfect for outdoor adventures, from bushwalking to swimming and you can take the Boonoo Boonoo Falls walking track to a waterfall that drops 210 metres into a gorge, and enjoy eye-popping panoramas in Bald Rock National Park. Llandillo is a picturesque 700 acre property located 11 kms from Emmaville, and 55kms from Glen Innes in the northern New England region. It has 2kms of Severn river access along its southern boundary, which offers great fishing and wildlife watching opportunities. We run a small sheep farming enterprise on the northern more open half of the property, and the southern part running down to the river is natural bushland. Activities include fishing, bushwalking, mountain biking, fossicking, bird watching or getting to know some of our much adored farm animals. We offer accommodation in our a two-bedroom cabin. Our homely cabin offers a tranquil place to stay and enjoy the sounds of birds singing in the trees. Our cabin includes one double bed, two single beds and two double lounges that turn into sofa beds. We have a friendly old Wallaroo who lives around the cabin. Many other wallaby’s and kangaroos can be seen from the windows. It is a great place to relax reading a good book, catch up on well deserved rest or use as a base for outdoor activities. The cabin also has a large firepit out the back where our guests are welcome to have a campfire or cook a meal over the coals. Firewood will be supplied. There is a picnic area with a large open firepit and toilet just meters from the waters edge. Many unique animals have been seen at the river, including spotted Quolls, Platypus, fireflies, Deer, Goats, Kangaroos, wallabies and many species of birds. Guests are able to walk the entire 2km of river fishing or just enjoying the free flowing water. Nine times out of ten Murray Cod are caught along any part of the river on our fishing adventures. BYO fishing gear. Catch and release is appreciated however if guests would like to keep one to eat, they are welcome. Thankyou for reading, we would love to see you at Llandillo soon.

We were lucky enough to arrive just after some pretty severe storms went through & were the only ones there. We had the entire 4,000 acres to ourselves! We took our electric mountain bikes & loved riding or walking to Sandy Falls, or even Secret Gorge, which was a little more challenging. Jump’n Rock is about 1/2 an hour by 4WD & absolutely worth the effort. All three sites are absolutely spectacular! Plenty of good camp sites at Shearing Shed Campground but as Adrian says, be prepared as none of them are level. We were OK as we have airbag suspension. Adrian, Oratai & their 5 year old twins were perfect hosts & couldn’t do enough for us. Such a lovely family, they deserve to do well. Worth mentioning the track in. Adrian is careful to state that the track is 4WD only & be aware that whatever you are towing needs plenty of ground clearance also. We have a Ford Ranger & towed a 20’ extreme off road van. The track is very well compacted, so we were never going to get bogged but some of the hills were quite rutted & rocky & we had our hearts in our mouths on the way out, with all 4 wheels spinning! Adrian tells me he has a D6 bulldozer booked in the next month or so, so that should make a huge difference. All in all, we just loved our experience at Binghi Station. Highly recommended!

This Hipcamp honestly took our breath away. The view alone is incredible, and the beautiful white flowers around the property made the whole place feel extra special the moment we arrived. It was really easy to find and access, and the location itself was peaceful and quiet — exactly what we were hoping for. When we pulled in, we saw a little kid feeding the horses and it was honestly the cutest, most wholesome welcome ever. The horses were gorgeous, and the amenities were spotless. The hot shower was perfect, and having a laundry available felt like such a luxury while camping. Our dog had the best time exploring the space, and we’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a calm, scenic getaway. Would absolutely stay again.

What a gem. A beautiful peaceful, private bush camp. A large grassed area beside a big dam. Open spaces and an area amongst pine trees. Take your pick. Clean toilets and a great rustic shed. Plenty of good quality wood supplied. Wonderful hosts. Kangaroos, deer, emus, and birds abound. Magnificent sunsets over the water.

It's a magnificent location, right on the riverbank. The camping area was extremely well presented. Lionel was very easy to deal with, he met us at the gate and showed us to our camping area. Fire pits were provided. Easy access to the river with our kayaks for a relaxing paddle. During our stay we observed kangaroos and goats drinking on the other side of the river. The bird life is amazing, from sulphur crested cockatoos, kingfishers, parrots and a hawk's nest right near our site where we watched the mother feeding her babies. We had an amazing holiday, Lionel is the perfect host of his little piece of paradise.

Really enjoyed our 3 day stay. Vast space, pretty scenary and solitude. Whist being isolated, the camp sites are well maintained with lots of options. Just be aware its a 17km drive in on a dirt road which is in reasonable condition. Also zero connectivity (which was a great thing!!) if this presents an issue for others.

We loved our stay at Binghi Station and the hosts really make the effort to make your stay the best they can. Though we originally booked the Jump'n Rock site, the owners gave us insight of other sites that would be better for us with our two toddlers.. luckily we listened! We stayed at Sandy falls campsite and it was perfect for the kids.. and we did a day trip to the other sites anyway. There can be a few flies depending on the weather but bring your Bushman's Repellant like we did and you'll be fine! There's lots to explore and the rock landscapes are beautiful.. definitely one to remember. Very impressed by all the sites and our hosts!

Wow! Go. Just go! If you have a high clearance 4wd and love the outdoors - just do it. Adrian's property is gorgeous! Well maintained and Adrian himself is very personable, accommodating and helpful. The Shearers Shed Campground is spacious, lovely farm views, orange trees, toilets and a shower space to hang your portable shower and the sheep are friendly. Plenty of open space for the kids to run and play and there are various trees to provide some relief from the sun - and only a short walk to the Falls. The Gorge Campground was my fave! Good amenities including a shower setup. Campsites were beautiful next to the Gorge and the Gorge itself had a lovely swing and was a great swimming hole. Serenity plus! The falls.... Wow... Heaven... The falls were running - albeit not grand in flow or height, but it did not matter. This place has its own special magic that has to be experienced to be understood. Jumping Rock Campground was a beautiful spot if you like a good view and a more remote spot. It IS stunning. For me, I like to swim alot. So it wasn't my preferred campground just for this reason as the water wasn't flowing well and access to swimming in the water holes was a little more challenging. BUT, if you are there for the serenity and the views and love elevated gorges - this is for you. Overall - MAGIC. And I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone that is a nature lover. Adrian... Thank YOU. You are one lucky man!!!

We loved our stay at Glendawn on the Woolshed site! We had plenty of space to ourselves and the Woolshed was perfect to have especially on the stormy night that we decided to stay!
