The Bohemian Beach retreat was just the cosiest place! We absolutely loved our time here - you can tell a lot of love has gone into this place over the years and it feels like home. The outdoor fire pit and bath were highlights. Note the toilet and shower are an outhouse and if its poor weather it can be a wet trip there and back. In saying that - not a negative for us.

We had such a beautiful weekend staying at Mike and Sheena’s Boho beach retreat, it felt peaceful and welcoming. We loved that our dogs could come along with us — it made the weekend feel even more special having them there. The space itself was perfect — simple, cosy, and had everything we needed. It was so nice to switch off, unwind, and enjoy the quiet by the beach. The fire bath was such a highlight — sitting in the warm bath in the rain was pure bliss. We left feeling relaxed, reconnected, and already talking about when we can come back.

We really loved staying at Michael and Sheena's place. We were looking for a place to have a cosy weekend away with a fire bath and fire pit. On arrival everything was set up for us, fire in the pit and under the bath. All we had to do was fill up the water and light the fires. It was a lovely romantic getaway. Falmouth is a lovely destination with long sand beach, lagoon and rocky boldery Shaw line to explore rock pools. The accommodation had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable and warm. The place was nestled in between to house but we had plenty of privacy. We could watch the stars, listen to frogs in the evening and drids during the day. As a bonus, Michael and Sheena had a cd player and plenty of cds to listen to which were right up our alley. Lived our time here, Michael was a great communicator and checked in with us.

This cozy retreat has the lot for a romantic escape. Multiple fire pits, bathtub, comfy bed, kitchen with the lot and plenty of garden. Beach at 5 min walking. No doubt I'll return.

Another beautiful weekend at Mike and Sheena's place - and Bill the mini schnauzer absolutely loved scampering around the dog-friendly beaches in the area! We love staying here and will definitely return.

Bohemian Beach Retreat
We loved it!! So private, and Falmouth is an absolute treasure of a spot.
Hosts were absolutely lovely - generous, thoughtful, communication was clear and concise. 'Boho' was clean, warm and so well thought out. The extra little things like the fire being set, and then covered with plastic (it was raining when we arrived), so the wood was not wet and easy to light that set our hosts apart. Thankyou so much Mike and Sheena for sharing with us.

Had a lovely chilled weekend at Bohemian Retreat,Michael and Sheena have provided everything that you need. The outdoor bath is amazing and private.
The beach and lagoons are worth exploring too.

The space was very well crafted and had a homely warm touch. Beautiful location comfortable and the perfect size for a weekend getaway! The fire heated bath was such a delight! Highly recommend to stay here for a bushy, beachy cosy retreat!

We loved setting up base here to explore the Eastern coastline of Tasmania. A sleepy pocket and chilled setting that we loved getting back after a full day's activities to relax by the fire.

Lovely little shack near the lagoon and beach. Everything you could want. Had a lovely relaxing feel and the outdoor Woodford bath was a treat! Dog friendly too :)

Loved the seclusion and privacy. Lovely beach nearby and the use of the kayak to explore the lagoon was a highlight, with an abundance of bird-life around the lagoon. The accommodation had everything we needed and while rustic everything worked well and there were numerous thoughtful touches. Mike was extremely friendly and helpful and prompt to respond. Directions and instructions were clear and useful information about walking tracks etc nearby made it a delightful stay.

This little place is beautiful and relaxing. Everything was set up and ready to go (including the fire & the dog bed). My two pups enjoyed sniffing the safe yard. Looking forward to a return!

This site was my first ever Hipcamp experience. Quiet and safe. Sheena and Mike were just a text away if I was in doubt of anything. Boston (dog) and I enjoyed the night and Bostons nose found the locals coastal walking track. Thankyou very much

This place is the perfect place if you ha've a free week or weekend to get to the coast and explore. Heaps of great surf spots, fishing and general beach vibes. We ran out of time but could have easily doubled our holiday time as the area has so much to offer. Beautiful and charming shack with lovely hosts that had everything so well planned out to make the stay very easy and comfortable.

Our stay at Mike and Sheena's Bohemian retreat was such a peacful experience. Surrounded by lush greenery, we felt completely at peace. The beach is just a short walk away, with beautiful crystal clear waters. At night the Milky Way stretched out above us, we got to relax in the awesome fire bath under the stars and had the most magical campfire evenings. Mike and Sheena were super attentive, making sure our every need was met. Our little pooch also enjoyed every minute of it. Can't wait to go back and experience that tranquility all over again.
