Private; fenced - though not suitable for small escapees or jumpers, and thoroughly maintained and stocked. Books, puzzles, games, kitchen gear, charging cables, etc. Headlamps were supplied as well for those midnight toilet runs 🤣
The fire bath was an absolute highlight; easy to use and so relaxing; bath salts were even supplied!
The indoor fire made everything toasty; dried wet clothing/towels and provided an amazing ambient glow.
They even had a large doggy bed inside and there was no discrimination against my larger dog. (German Shepherd)
The gas shower heated up so quickly and was also easy to use. Shower products provided too.
The beach was a comfortable 5 minute walk away, on even ground and on-leash pet friendly.
The community was quiet and very clean.
Michael and Sheena communicated great and were close on hand for any issues - though I had absolutely none!
The only downsides - likely specific to my weirdness. 😅
The kitchen sink is outside, away from the kitchen. If your like me, enjoy eating late and don't like having dishes left over, bring a basin to wash up in so your not outside washing up in the dark.
There's a taller than normal step up into the seating/sleeping area, I injured my knee the day before going and found that step challenging. Full mobility people will have no issues at all.
Overall 5 Stars, Teddy and I will definitely be returning when we next have the opportunity.

Loved our stay at Bohemian Retreat. Clean, quiet , close to beach and lagoon!
Outdoor fire bath great idea, especially being there in cooler weather.
Definitely recommend to anyone wanting a quiet getaway and being able to take furry family member added bonus!
This BoHo tiny house was absolutely delightful , Michael has thought of everything to ensure a comfortable stay including a super comfortable and cosy bed. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised.
We were toasty warm within moments of lighting the inside fireplace after watching the sunrise and set each day on the most gorgeous swim safe beach only 5 mins walk from the property. It’s a mission but walking to Scamander is doable.
Outside it a beautiful big fire pit and private fire bath to enjoy the stars without any light pollution, just perfect.
We did not bring our dogs this time however, keen to bring them along another time in future after assessing the fully fenced yard. Perhaps a few spots to watch out for if you have a Houdini dog but overall it’s a pretty safe environment for a pup.
A whimsical cosy little property that is exactly as you see in the pictures for this site. I felt relaxed as soon as I jumped out of the van.

This is a great spot, with a lovely secure yard for a dog. The fires are well set up, and the outdoor bath is really special. It’s a bit rustic, with no sink/running water in the actual cabin, but as a camping spot it’s really well set up.
We would definitely book this again. It’s great value.

Bohemian Beach Retreat
We had a lovely time at Bohemian beach retreat! The little cabin is cosy and well appointed with everything you need. The outdoor bath was an amazing treat also. Our small dogs had run of the fully fenced yard (bigger gaps in the wire at front of property was large enough for one to squeeze through but not an issue once we were aware). The beach is very close and pristine!

Beautiful calm place to stay!
We had a wonderful day lounging about on the comfy bed and couches while it rained outside.
At night we bathed under the stars.

Bohemian Beach Retreat
Such a beautiful and relaxing spot. The fire bath, cosy bed and backyard really made it feel like a luxurious retreat and a comforting home all in one. Falmouth is a stunning little gem on the east coast. We can't wait to be back! Thank you Mike and Sheena!

We loved our stay in The Boho Retreat. It was quiet, relaxing and comfortable. The place has everything we need for a short getaway and we loved that everything here has their own stories. We also loved outdoor area with BBQ, woodfire bath and surrounded by native plants. Thank you Michael and Sheena for sharing this space to us!

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Fully fenced in so the dog can run free off leash. Quiet and private, perfect for recharging in peace. 10/10.
We really enjoyed the relaxed vibe at the tiny house. It was obvious that a lot of love and care went into making it a home. We instantly felt very relaxed and would have loved a rainy day excuse to stay in, listen to the CDs from the boombox, and draw/write/read. We did do a fair amount of that, but also explored the beach in Scamander and Falmouth and the mountain bike trails in St. Helens.
Michael was very responsive and helpful with any questions or issues. We really enjoyed our stay.
We had the BEST time during our stay at Mike and Sheena’s boho retreat. It was cozy and comfortable with everything we needed for us to feel at home away from home. The area itself is exactly what we were hoping for: quiet and secluded with a beautiful beach that went on for miles without seeing another soul, but still only a fifteen minute drive from St Marys for any supplies needed. What made it even more special was being able to bring our fur babies along with us. We have two very happy (and tired!) doggies from a weekend full of beach days. We would love to stay here again one day, and have already recommended it to many of our friends.
The Bohemian Beach retreat was just the cosiest place! We absolutely loved our time here - you can tell a lot of love has gone into this place over the years and it feels like home. The outdoor fire pit and bath were highlights. Note the toilet and shower are an outhouse and if its poor weather it can be a wet trip there and back. In saying that - not a negative for us.

We had such a beautiful weekend staying at Mike and Sheena’s Boho beach retreat, it felt peaceful and welcoming. We loved that our dogs could come along with us — it made the weekend feel even more special having them there. The space itself was perfect — simple, cosy, and had everything we needed. It was so nice to switch off, unwind, and enjoy the quiet by the beach. The fire bath was such a highlight — sitting in the warm bath in the rain was pure bliss. We left feeling relaxed, reconnected, and already talking about when we can come back.
We loved the way our accommodation was hidden from the road, increasing our excitement.
We loved the cabin and its atmosphere, warm and inviting.
The extra little note for our dog was a lovely.

We really loved staying at Michael and Sheena's place. We were looking for a place to have a cosy weekend away with a fire bath and fire pit. On arrival everything was set up for us, fire in the pit and under the bath. All we had to do was fill up the water and light the fires. It was a lovely romantic getaway. Falmouth is a lovely destination with long sand beach, lagoon and rocky boldery Shaw line to explore rock pools. The accommodation had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable and warm. The place was nestled in between to house but we had plenty of privacy. We could watch the stars, listen to frogs in the evening and drids during the day. As a bonus, Michael and Sheena had a cd player and plenty of cds to listen to which were right up our alley. Lived our time here, Michael was a great communicator and checked in with us.
This cozy retreat has the lot for a romantic escape. Multiple fire pits, bathtub, comfy bed, kitchen with the lot and plenty of garden. Beach at 5 min walking. No doubt I'll return.

Bohemian Beach Retreat
We loved it!! So private, and Falmouth is an absolute treasure of a spot.
Hosts were absolutely lovely - generous, thoughtful, communication was clear and concise. 'Boho' was clean, warm and so well thought out. The extra little things like the fire being set, and then covered with plastic (it was raining when we arrived), so the wood was not wet and easy to light that set our hosts apart. Thankyou so much Mike and Sheena for sharing with us.

Had a lovely chilled weekend at Bohemian Retreat,Michael and Sheena have provided everything that you need. The outdoor bath is amazing and private.
The beach and lagoons are worth exploring too.
The space was very well crafted and had a homely warm touch. Beautiful location comfortable and the perfect size for a weekend getaway! The fire heated bath was such a delight! Highly recommend to stay here for a bushy, beachy cosy retreat!
We loved setting up base here to explore the Eastern coastline of Tasmania. A sleepy pocket and chilled setting that we loved getting back after a full day's activities to relax by the fire.

Lovely little shack near the lagoon and beach. Everything you could want. Had a lovely relaxing feel and the outdoor Woodford bath was a treat! Dog friendly too :)

We had an absolutely beautiful time at this cosy, delightful place! Everything is so well thought-out - and the fire bath was a clear highlight!
