Escape to our working farm just 1.5 hours north of Sydney CBD, located near Lake Macquarie and the gateway to the iconic Hunter Valley Wine Region. Our boutique property features an equestrian centre, art studio and rustic farm-style accommodation. Settle into the Stables Studio – a cosy retreat where from your window, you can watch the farm activities and unwind with breakfast on the viewing deck. Expect a simple, down-to-earth experience surrounded by bushland and wildlife. Kangaroos and wallabies often hop by as you relax and take in the peaceful country atmosphere. What’s Included: Stables Studio with basic kitchenette (no stove) Separate, clean bathroom with hot shower Fresh tank water – clean, delicious, and great for filling bottles before you leave! Tea, Coffee, milk, cutlery, plates, cups, bread board, small microwave, toaster, kettle, washing up using hot water heated in the kettle (no hot water system in cabin), linen, towels, access to separate bathroom (50m walk away) with hot shower. The bathroom is separate from the sleeping quarters, around 50 metres across the lawn. The kitchenette includes a bar fridge and kettle, but no cooking facilities. Water for dishwashing can be heated in the kettle. Hot showers are available in the bathroom (no hot water in the kitchenette).
