Found the place quite easily following Stuart’s instructions. On arrival, we picked a flat area and set up camp. Stuart was very easy going and took us around to feed the highland cows. (Kids loved it.) Campground is peaceful and spacious and a bonus to be close to Tea Gardens. Would recommend and would love to return sometime in the future.

Wide open space some of it on a slope but loads of flat areas and easy access. Its a pretty basic field and obviously not "lawn" grade grass its a cow field/paddock without the cows in it but fine for the most part. Stuart is a really friendly easy going bloke who helped us out when we arrived in the dark and because of that I would stay there again without thinking twice about it. He feeds the highland cows and lets you know what time of day he will do that so you can go up to the field they are in and interact if you want to and ask questions etc otherwise you are left alone to come and go as you please - perfect!

We loved our stay at Highland view escape! We had 2 young kids with us (4years old and 10 months old) so wanted to make sure we were somewhere safe and comfortable. Within 10 minutes of arriving Stuart came down and introduced himself and gave us a rundown of all the activities we could do before the sun went down. We went for a walk over to the dam, got to jump in the little boat and kayak’s, had a look for some yabbies then got to walk up and feed the beautiful highland cows with carrots Stuart and his wife Nicole had prepared for everyone. We would 100% recommend staying here. We can’t wait to visit again. This is great for families, close to beaches (10-15min drive) and perfect for a cosy stop over as they are just off the highway. ALSO - the sunset was stunning.

Paddock with Dams, easy to access, only 2.5 hours from Sydney, we found the site easily, just follow Stuart's instructions. Stuart is accommodating and friendly. The site is somewhat close to the highway. Could hear traffic but aside from that it's a no fuss site. We just wanted a site where we could set up shop and head out for the day. This camping site is ideal for that.

One of the best weekends away we originally planned to stay one night but it was such a good spot we had to stay the whole weekend. The scenery on the site was 10/10 and so were the hosts. Plenty of room & activity's for everyone to enjoy. Being able to set up a camp fire made it so much better and My golden retriever had the best weekend of his life so far. Will definitely be going there again

We have just had the most amazing weekend escape. The property is amazing, quiet and peaceful and a million stars to watch at night. The cows are just brilliant and a great experience to see. It is close to the highway making it easy to find and also super close to pop into Hawksnest and Jimmy’s beach. Highly recommend to everyone. If you haven’t been here do yourself a favour and add it to your list. We will be back.

We had the most amazing weekend at Highland View. Stuart and Nicole went above and beyond for our family, always making sure we were comfortable, very accommodating hosts. Feeding the highland cows was fabulous and such a highlight. We had beautiful views from our campsite. The families Kelpies were very friendly often coming over to say hello. So close to Tea Gardens which has stunning beaches, it was a very chilled relaxed weekend. Cannot wait to come back very soon :)

We couldn’t have asked for a better first night in our caravan than at Highland View. Feeding the cows was a highlight for the kids, and cooking by the fire under the stars made it feel like a real adventure. Stuart and Nicole were incredibly welcoming and full of helpful advice — they made everything so easy and enjoyable. An absolute must stop for anyone travelling through Tea Gardens. Thanks for making our first night so special!

We spent 1 night there. We had a really good spot sourranded by nature. We used our generator and we made a fire during the night under the stars, having a BBQ! Amazing Easter night. You can see a lot of animals in the farm. Stuart is really kind. After welcoming us, he gave us a lot of advise about where to go and what experience does the area offer. Place is beautiful! Thanks to Stuart and all his family :)

We had a great time staying on Stuart's property. Stuart was very responsive to messages and helpful in arranging a more suitable camping spot given the recent rain and muddy fields. Despite there being several other campers, we were able to find a secluded area which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful starry night sky in relative isolation.

We loved our time at this camp! Not only are the highland cows beautiful to see, the host’s super friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The camping space/field is nice, views over the dam’s are lovely, lots of space for the kids to play. Peaceful watching the cows, kangaroo’s, birds and over wildlife in the field.

Our Stay at Highland View was by far the most amazing little surprise we've had! The campground is magic and spacious (plenty of room for a caravan) with two dams and gorgeous views of rolling hills. The centrepiece however are the Highland Cows! Treat yourself to the Highland Cow encounter! You will regret it if you don't! Feeding the girls with Host Stuart and his family was an afternoon we will not soon forget :) A special mention to Scout the friendly Kelpie who came and sung out with us for sunset drinks :) Weather it's a stopover, a weekend away or something longer, you will not regret staying here :) We are already planning our next trip!

We had an amazing stay here. The paddock is picturesque, surrounded by rolling hills speckled with Highland cattle. Lots of space to chose from for your site. The location is so good, only a 10min drive to tea gardens/hawks nest beaches. To top it off, the owners were beyond understanding and kind when I had to leave early due to a medical emergency. I can't wait to come back and stay longer next time to really soak it all in.
