Big rig-friendly
Spacious, level camping well-suited for travel trailers over 40 ft long.
Little corner of our property where you can pitch a tent or park a van ( or horse float/horse truck) . You will be surrounded by birds and animals ( including horses). You will have access to power, a firepit and a toilet room with basin and mirror. Our property is only 4 minutes off the M1 as you travel to far away places - you may hear some traffic noise because of this - but we are the perfect spot for a night or two to rest and take stock of your next move. You must be otherwise fully self contained. There is no access to the house which is 150 metres from the campsite. There are no noise restrictions as such so music is fine, but we suggest you embrace the peace of this little spot.Conroy's Corner is just that, a peaceful corner of our property with power ( caravaners will need a conversion) , fresh cold water and toilet/sink with mirror . Easy access on a flat grassy space, away from main house, you will need to be fully self sufficient. Please note there may be visits from our dogs who are friendly and our horses are in the paddocks nearby. You can bring your own horses but horse accommodation is for maximum 2 nights. Please contact us directly if you have horses. We are on 13 acres, and only 3 minutes from the M1 so very convenient for a night stopover. Our place is very peaceful but even so, there is a supermarket in Wyee only 5 minutes away and a Westfield 15 minutes away. Plenty of bird life and it is not unusual to spot a kangaroo or a deer on occasion. Please follow the signs to the Conroy's Corner as you come in the gate. If fire restrictions permit, there is the opportunity for a campfire, which has seating and firewood available. Please check that there is not a total fire ban on the day. If authorities are notified you will be responsible for the fine cost. Other than that you will be left to yourselves to enjoy Conroy's Corner in peace.
