3 nights at Rickety Gate Estate

Only 4 sites …. So not busy. The sites are beautifully maintained with green grass. The scenery is beautiful and you will be greeted by curious cows! Russell is very friendly and you must pop in to his cellar door on the weekends as his wines are wonderful.

We had a lovely stay at Rickety Gate Estate! Russ was so welcoming and friendly, the property is beautiful and the wine was delicious! Will definitely be visiting again next time we’re in the area!

4 nights at Karri Getaway

What a wonderful, serene setting amongst the Karri Trees.

Really enjoyed our stay at Camp Paperbark. We had 3 cars, 6 people and 2 dogs and had more than enough room. Highly recommend staying at Wongin Mia - will definitely be back in the future.

Great little park. Suit the grey nomads, beautifully maintained grassed site with lovely trees and plenty of room. Power and water hookup and use your own toilet and shower. Hosts are lovely and friendly and we enjoyed wine tasting with Russell and his knowledge. About a 20 minute drive into Denmark with other points of interest locally. Very enjoyable stay.

Another great stay at Rickety Gate. Such large easy to get into bays. Perfectly level, tree lined bays and it’s so quiet! Amazing!

Even the drive to the property along Scotsdale Rd is breathtaking! The sites are lush, green and large, and so thought out with hard stand for the tyres which means you’re level without even trying. Plants used for screening between the sites, RAINWATER with great pressure into your caravan and power included. Do yourself a favour and head in for a wine tasting - you’ll learn more in one session with Russell than you have in your lifetime and since you have to be 50 to stay there - that’s really saying something!

As usual the grounds were amazing, green grass and amazing scenery. So quiet and amazing wine. What an amazing place. We have already booked to come back again!

1 night at Wongin Mia Cranbrook Hideaway

Absolutely lovley site, check which are 2wd/4wd pitches but they are all lovley, large and plenty of space between. Welcomed by the hosts who showed us round to our aot for the evening. Very peaceful, alittle road noise but the perfect spot to break up the journey to/from the southern coast. Lots of wildlife around, kangaroos spotted in the morning. Wish we had time for a longer stop here. There are no facilities so you do need to be fully self sufficient, but this is clear on in all information. 10/10

4 nights at Rickety Gate Estate

We loved staying here! Dean was very helpful and the campground was very peaceful, a very special place!

We just spent 4 of the most peaceful and scenic nights ever at Rickety Gate. Amazing location and the hosts Linda and Russell were so welcoming you felt like you were visiting old friends. We are already looking at dates for a return trip.

4 nights at Karri Getaway

We only stayed for the night as our youngest become sick and with the wet weather we decided home would be best. We hope to be back again to enjoy the beautiful scenes

Karri Getaway is a beautiful place, so tranquil and peaceful as you are the only guests.

1 night at Wongin Mia Cranbrook Hideaway

A true getaway, we loved the site and having it all for ourselves. The trails around the place were fun to walk and there were lots of things to discover. Also many lovely little birds that visited us at the site.

Great spot for our overnight stay en route back to Perth from Walpole. Spacious, level sites that are easy to access. We enjoyed the walk to Sunset Site with our dog. Beautiful starry night but sadly for me (I’m English) no kangaroos to be seen! We hope to return for a longer stay soon. Thank you Dale & Melissa.

We had an awesome time at the campsite. Such beautiful scenery and beautiful people. An experience we will never forget.

Amazing, amazing campsite at the bottom of a valley. 1 site so absolutely peaceful and tranquil camping away from it all. Forest, bird life and yourself. Only great for 4WD and small campers/hybrids. We will be back to enjoy this superb place
