The description is misleading. While the surrounding forest is lovely, the camp sites are next to a fairly busy road (approx 20 m) and off the driveway for the airbnb. The visual ammenities shown in the pics are mostly for the Airbnb and the sites are way closer to the building than they describe - like 100m.

We had a fantastic stay at Forrest View. Great location, close to everything, easy to find, responsive hosts and so much more..... . It was our perfect getaway for the Christmas holidays. Thank you very much!

Overall it is a great campsite - lots of privacy due to large space and only 2x sites. In comparison we found the price per night only for a grass field on the higher side (but that’s your own choice). Alex was super friendly and helpful! :)

My parents and I booked both sites for our vans, both over 21". We ended up both parking on site one with plenty of space, the sites are gigantic and feel very secluded. There is a locked gate to the property, unfortunately we didn't have the code prior to arriving which caused a bit of stress turning a caravan around on lights road is not recommended as it is very narrow and windy. However, once we messaged the host he was very quick to reply with the code. New sites will always have teething problems and it really wasn't an issue in the end. We loved the resident peacocks that came to visit daily and there was plenty of room for the kids to run around. The location in Lights Rd is excellent with great beaches, wineries and attractions very close by, not to mention a beautiful drive into Denmark town! A bit on the pricey side however we stayed NYE and NYD so that's to understandable. We would not hesitate to book again.

Beautiful camping location, lots of space (at least 50m from the nearest camp site), nice grassy area and shady trees nearby.
Great location only 5 mins from Lights Beach and 10 mins from town.
Loved it, and Alex was a great host!
