Mates and i tent camped at the site and it was beautiful. Host was communicative and helpful. Only heads up is maybe bring a jerrycan of diesel for the generator incase it runs out like ours did. No real towns nearby and had to throw away our refrigerated food, but it’s all part of the experience haha

Weekend Trip to “Clear View” Farmstay and Camping

Great camping experience on the Parson’s farm. Generous sized camp sites, some beautiful native scrub to wander through, dogs allowed on lead, provided a fire pit for a camp fire, and some truly special sunrises and mornings that make everything golden. Also, the stars were incredible and there was a decent amount of privacy. Communication with host was easy, they were responsive and provided clear directions. Porta-potty on site for a toilet, but also a close dump point at Mount Barker visitor centre if you have your own. Under an hour to Albany and Denmark in either direction and a great access point for heading to the Porongurups and Stirling Ranges National Park. It was a pleasure staying here, had a great time and would do it again! Cheers.

Weekend Trip to Nunijup Farms

It was amazing!! ... the place is absolutely beautiful and peaceful (except for the dogs barking at night! hehe) .. you can do water activities, have a little fire next to your camp (when the shire allow it) go for walks, or just relax and sleep. There are several wineries closed by and Denmark is just 1.5hrs away. The owners were really nice to us and very helpful too. We will definitely come back! B&D

Lovely spot. Kelly was very easy to deal with and really helpful. Plenty of room and great location near town but felt semi rural. Dog kennel next door was a sometimes a bit noisy at night (one howling dog) but generally ok. Area is completely grassed and fantastic outlook over a lake and beautiful parkland. Plenty of room for 2 vans in the area we were.

Wow…what a GEM of a camp site. Parked up over looking the beautiful lake on a wonderfully landscaped property. It was peaceful and very relaxing. It was so close to Albany where you can explore the nearby walks, beaches, cafes and sites. I would highly recommend staying here.
