Bollygum Dell is a hidden little pocket with a rich natural and cultural heritage situated at the foothills of the ancient Porongurup Range just 40 minutes north of Albany Western Australia. It is also a working farm featuring passive animal handling, sustainability and regenerative farming practices. Conservation, sustainability, biosecurity and ecosystem recovery is our focus. If you are a fully self-contained traveler and looking for an exclusive nature experience then we welcome you. 2WD access. Come, be seduced by the swirling mountain mists, the mysterious freshwater lagoon and surrounding wetland or the unique biodiversity of this hotspot within a hotspot. There is plenty of reasons to linger longer in Mountain Country including a visit to the Porongurup Range National Park, the Stirling Range National Park, Twin Creeks Conservation Reserve, as well as checking out the many wineries, bars & cafes. Sorry, no pets (biosecurity requirements). Please ensure your vehicles & boots are free of mud to prevent the spread of Dieback. Campfire's and open-flame cookers are not permitted.

Plenty of shade with lagoon access close by. Great summer spot with big shady Marri trees (make sure you don't park directly under trees though) and shelter from hot northerly wind. A winter creek runs right alongside or watch the mists swirl over the Porongurup Range. Private and exclusively yours!  Maximum of 3 vehicles per site. $25 first person, $15/person thereafter. Fee includes all 'Day in the Dell' activities of fishing (including 'Keep your Catch'), canoeing (BYO rod, lures, flies - no bait - canoe, life jackets) and exclusive access to private trails. *Please note that this is a Day Pass only and not an overnight campsite booking* Activities include picnicking, fishing, canoeing, birdwatching and bushwalking in designated areas. 'Keep your Catch' fish included - limit of 2 fish/person/booking. No bait - Lure or Fly fishing only! BYO fishing gear to catch freshwater Reddies. $25 first person, $15/person thereafter. Fee includes fishing (including 'Keep your Catch'), canoeing (BYO rod, lures, flies - no bait - canoe, life jackets) and exclusive access to private trails. Buggy Tours Optional. Children must be accompanied by at least 1 adult at all times. Saturdays 1pm to 5pm. Optional extra Summer Sunset Buggy Run at 5.30pm. If you are not the fishing or canoeing type of person you can request a private Buggy Run in place of those activities (no need to book it as an extra in that case).

What a great and private location. Loxley is a fabulous camp host, easy to talk to and was happy to show us options to set up. We had to make a couple of changes to our booking and Loxley was able to accomodate our needs. Great location close to attractions in the Porrongorups. Beautiful lagoon to sit by for our sundowner. Definitely going to return and highly recommended.

The Marri Grove campsite was simply beautiful!! Stunning views of the Porongurup National Park range, beautiful shady trees and the luxury of green grass and camp table. Loxley was a great host- very welcoming and friendly.

Beautiful scenery in a quiet and private location, very close to both Porongurup and the Stirling Ranges. We were immersed in the surrounding wildlife and felt the utmost gratitude for the privacy and substantial space that the site offered. Loxley is a fabulous host coming to say hi and making us feel welcome. The entire family enjoyed the buggy ride and fascinating discussions with Loxley about exploring and protecting the wildlife. Planning to be back here soon!

Very beautiful land with a welcoming owner. We had good time there and definitely recommend a visit if you are looking for wilderness near Albany, Porongorup, Stirling Range

My Partner and I camped at the Marri Grove Campsite. It was one of the nicest campsites i have stayed at on my travels. Lots of Room, beautiful views, a lake, and a lovely little walk trail. Loxely was very helpful with my questions and warm and welcoming. I highly recommend.

Loxley was so friendly and welcoming. We loved our night but ride. An infectious love of nature. Going to sleep and walking with the croaking of the frogs and songs of the birds was delightful. The location was convenient to sights in the Porongurups. Thanks Loxley.

we loved the place near the water. we had the entire area for ourselves. the sound of the frogs living in the pond was amazing. the trees next to our camp were nightquarters for a flock of carnabies. Unforgettable and can fully recommend.

Marri Grove is a great site for a self-contained Camp in the Perongerups. Loxley is a great host, very welcoming and the site is quite private. Lovely views and central to all the main Perongerup features. Highly recommended.

Great day out - Day in the Dell pas
Day in the Dell Pass
We booked the day pass to fish and kayak on the lake. Wonderful day out and the booking process was super easy. Great communication from Loxley with lots of maps and instructions sent ready for our arrival. We would have stayed also but dogs not permitted, but anyone wanting the have a relaxing day fishing and kayaking in this area will love it. Beautiful property.

Stunning, secl Porongurup vista's

This was our first time using Hipcamp & we couldnt be happier. Loxley welcomed us on arrival, gave us some local info, showed us to our beautiful, secluded spot with stunning vista's of the Porongurup ranges beyond the estates lake. We had a slow trickling creek & lush forest backdrop and sheep to welcome us home after a days hiking & perfect spot to drink in the sunset Great location, just 5 minutes to Porongurup village which has lovely little tea rooms & close enough to stirling ranges for a trip. We will definitely be back to explore more of Porongurups walks and without doubt will be looking to rebook this tranquil oasis

There are a lot of water birds and wrens at the location, I caught a Redfin. Very nice place and nice roads in.

I recommend this beautiful camp spot, only a short drive to great holes in Porongurup and Stirling ranges, recommend you do the eco buggy tour with Loxley, very interesting

Lovely location next to the forest, overlooking an open field. The forest track and lake were very fun to explore. This was one of the smaller sites at bollygum Dell, but we had a big group with lots of tents and we all managed to fit.

We stayed 3 nights at Marri grove camp , no one else to be seen from our site , a beautiful lake near by , Loxley the host was great , if help is needed she is more than willing . there were some sheep near by , they were no bother . this spot was perfect . thanks Loxley. Cheers Kim & Donna.

Lovely host, Noce spot tucked away from the hustle and bustle, Great to use as base camp and explore the delights of the South West. Other than a few noisey birds for morning wake up call.
