The Rockcliffe vineyard was originally an apple orchard. In 1990, the first vines were planted, and in 2007 we built a "State of the Art winery", which is located on the property. Rockcliffe is now the biggest winery in the region. We sell wines all over the world and in Australia. We focus on producing small batches of high-quality wines, all of which can be tasted at the Rockcliffe Cellar Door. We welcome self-contained travelers to come and stay for 1, 2 or 3 nights maximum. On booking your site, you will be amongst the vines on one of our levelled bays which are allocated on a first come basis. It is important you have your own toilet, as we do not offer facilities here outside of our cellar door hours. Overflow camping is also available in the paddock across from the winery, suitable over summer when it is dry and we are running our summer music events over the weekend. Please get in touch to enquire about this. The place is very quiet, being in a rural setting, but only 4km from Denmark town. If you are a cyclist, this is an ideal place to stay. We have a mountain biking track that goes around the vines, paddocks, and through the forests, all of which are part of the beautiful Rockcliffe property. The camping areas are a very short walk to the cellar door where you can taste all of our delicious wines or treat your children to Gelato and Fudge. We also offer Cheese Platters, Pizza's and Fries. The kitchen is open from 12-4pm for lunch Sunday through till Thursday and from 1-7pm for lunch and dinner Friday and Saturdays.

The track through the forest to the main campsite is about 3.5m wide, it can get a little slippery so caution is needed, a 4WD is recommended if towing a camper or caravan during the winter months. 2WD is ok in summer months. There is one transportable long drop toilet near site 1. There is a fire pit for cooking but other from that you have to be self sufficient. There is access to drinking water up at the house. If the campsite is unavailable or you don't won't to drive through the forest, you are welcome to set up camp on the green pastures with great views but there are NO amenities there and you would have to be completely self-contained. Absolutely beautiful views, level sites that are so well laid out with lots of room and very easy to reverse into. Coffee, milkshakes, ice-coffee, cheese cake and burgers are all amazing- we stayed 3 nights so made the most of it. Staff are fantastic and polite. Would definitely stay again if we came back through

I'm counting down the days untill we can go back here 10/10. Dean the host is such a good bloke very acomdating and welcoming he made us feel like were at home. We camped at the camp spot near the dam there's only one camp spot down there so it was very private it was so peaceful and beautiful amongst the massive karri trees and rolling grassy paddocks. The birds and wildlife sounds made it felt like we had a relaxing calming sound track on constantly.

What an unforgettable first camping experience. For two days, my wife and I felt as though we were the only people on the planet. Surrounded by Blue Wrens, we moved through four gentle seasons each day and enjoyed nothing short of a transcendent escape into nature. Our host, Dean, is an impressive and genuine chap. He welcomed us warmly, guided us to our campsite, and even lit our fire to get us started. Hearing his motivation for sharing this place was equally comforting—he simply wants others to experience the significance and beauty of the land he so clearly loves and cares for. With Dean’s confident assurance that the Karri Getaway would look after us, he headed back to his home, and for the next two days we had something I don't ever remember having - solitude. Not once in 48 hours did we hear anything but the sounds of pure, peaceful, undisturbed nature. I foraged, chopped and debarked wet wood to make a campfire, baked a damper, set up and packed down camp in the wet one of the “four seasons” that rolled through each day. We lay beneath the stars—along with what I’m convinced was an unusually large number of satellites—and by the time we left, we were already planning a longer return in 2026. Considering the value of this place, the booking fee feels negligible. If you can make it to this spot, you should absolutely experience this place for yourself.

We loved our 2 night stay at NewFarm Denmark. Beautiful grounds with lovely views. Awesome facilities + special mention to the Women's bathroom, it was the best 👌great sites with power/water hook up. We would highly recommend!

We got a LOT of rain, and even so, the camping spot manages well, no mud, no pools, just endless green grass and wonderfull views. We will be back.

Loved this place so much! Staying on a vineyard and only steps to the cellar door made this an enjoyable experience. I'm a solo female travelling in a caravan and managed to reverse into the space on my own. Not sure what some of the past (males) are whinging about 🤣 just take it nice and slow! Special mention to Sue at the cellar door for keeping me entertained.

Loved our stay, loved our outstanding platter and wine tasting. Communicating with Gemma about our arrival was very easy and flexible. Only a handful of sites so didn't feel too crammed in. Very nice to have the bathrooms to use.

Nice quiet camp, mowed, friendly team up at the cellar door and quiet! Only consideration is the slope in the paddock is steeper than it seems in the photos. Happy camping!

Great views over the paddocks, sites are not too close together. We had a yummy pizza and bottle of wine at the cellar door. I love that you’re dog friendly, staff at the winery very friendly and nice places to bush walk close by.

Great camp. Only 5 sites. Very peaceful backing onto the vineyards. Bonus that for $30 is a wine tasting and cheeseboard for 2. Lunch options are delicious.

Weekend Trip to Stunning Rockcliffe Vineyard

Stayed for 2 nights, place was picturesque and people were lovely. sites are on a hill and they are cut into the side. we have a 10 meter caravan so it was a little tight. other than that lovely.
