Valley View is 42 acres of farmland located in the Wombeyan Caves area of NSW, 30 minutes from the caves. The property has fantastic valley and mountain views and abundant wildlife. It is located in a quiet, secluded area only 15 minutes from the historic town of Taralga, where you can enjoy the local cafes, hotels, club and stores. With an elevation similar to Katoomba NSW (1,000m) the winters can be cold. Valley View is accessed via Goulburn NSW on Wombeyan Caves Rd, the last 2.5km being dirt. In wet weather access is only by 4wd. Always check up to date weather reports. There is no mobile reception on the property. No fires or hunting are permitted at any time. Dogs are welcome, but there may be livestock on the property so owners must be responsible for their animals.
