Our walk the neighboring farm (105 acres) Eagles, cockatoos, black cockatoos, kookaburras, magpies, rosellas, king parrots, Gang-gang cockatoo, honey eaters can be spotted most days and lyrebirds if you’re keen to go looking. Small playground with swings, slide, monkey bars and sandpit. Taxi service - The Graceful-Goat to get you around to the local eats and wineries. The Kinglake market is on the 4th Sunday of each month 10-2pm - Except December which is the Sunday before Christmas - twilight 2-7pm - No market in January. Polly's Paddock is a quiet camping area on the Mornington Peninsula. We are a couples only camping (adults only), no children, for safety reasons with a dam close by. Only 15 minutes from Mount Martha village and Mornington, restaurants, amazing wineries, weekend markets, cafes and golf courses. We are 10 minutes from swimming beaches and 20 minutes from surf beaches. This is a 5.5 acre block, consisting of the host’s residence, garden and parkland. Polly's Paddock is half of the block. We offer 2 flat caravan sites, both with drinking water , 1 with limited power , the other no power. There is a site with a glamping tent set in the garden. The 6 metre round tent sleeps 2, with a queen size bed, linen provided. It is carpeted, has a fridge, kettle and BBQ. Just pack your toothbrush, clothes, food and drinks. All 3 sites have the use of a shared composting toilet. For a refreshing experience there is an outdoor, open air hot shower overlooking the dam. Close by is a spacious shelter/shed with tables, chairs and a rustic kitchen area with sink and heater. Well behaved dogs are accepted on the caravan sites, but we ask that you please discuss with us prior to booking. Dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times, wild ducks and the properties own poultry wander here. No dogs on the glamping tent site. Campfires are allowed during the cooler months, left to the hosts discretion for safety reasons. We supply a fire pit. BYO wood. No fires apart from in the fire pits provided are to be lit. A wood-fired pizza oven, located in a separate undercover area, is available for use. Lovely bushwalks, motorbike, and horse tracks are located close to the property. World-class surf breaks are within a half-hour drive, with Bells Beach being the most iconic. Torquay is home to surf shops and eateries — Rip Curl, Billabong, Roxy, and Rojo are all within walking distance of each other. You’ll also find great local breweries such as Four Pines and Bells Beach Brewery. Torquay and Anglesea both have vibrant arts scenes — the Ashmore Arts hub is located in Torquay, and Anglesea is home to the Arts Shed. The Eagles Nest Gallery in Aireys Inlet also hosts exhibitions by local artists. Markets are held regularly on the foreshore in Torquay and Anglesea, and there’s a weekly Farmers Market in Torquay.

The 6 metre round tent sleeps 2, with a queen size bed, linen provided. It is carpeted, has a fridge, kettle and BBQ. Just pack your toothbrush, clothes, food and drinks. All 3 sites have the use of a shared composting toilet. For a refreshing experience there is an outdoor, open air hot shower overlooking the dam. Close by is a spacious shelter/shed with tables, chairs and a rustic kitchen area with sink and heater. Well behaved dogs are accepted on the caravan sites, but we ask that you please discuss with us prior to booking. You’ll also find great local breweries such as Four Pines and Bells Beach Brewery. We enjoyed a week in a tent at the scout camp, and are very grateful they're willing to share the place with others. Plenty of gas-fired instant hot water for the showers, potable water, and it felt safe and secure. Although on 80 acres, the allocated Hipcamp area was in the south east corner, near Hearn Rd and Park Rd. There's an urban bus stop in Hearn Rd ~250m from the camp entrance.

Despite the plots being properly prepared (dug in, lined and covered in astroturf) not all of them were flat, so we moved onto another plot. Facilities were clean and showers hot. We had a fantastic stay at Bay Park. The site was spacious and peaceful, offering plenty of room to spread out and relax. The facilities were spotless and clearly very new, which made the experience even more comfortable. Our host was friendly and welcoming, and we were pleasantly surprised to find power available, even though only a water tap was listed in the description - a great bonus! Another highlight was the generous firewood bundle, which easily lasted us four nights and kept the campfire going strong. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a well-maintained, quiet escape with thoughtful touches.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The property is beautiful and peaceful. No other campers in sight and there was plenty of space for the kids to run around. Our host was very hospitable and keen to make our stay comfortable. The kids got to feed the horses and we saw/heard all sorts of bird wildlife. The facilities are also excellent and have everything you need. Torquay was only 30 minutes drive, so convenient and we booked a table at the Blackmans brew pub for dinner one night.

Loved pur stay at the Bay Park and qlukd definitely go back for longer stays as we didnt get to use any of the kids' activities. We love the Bay Park for its easy access to the beach and shops, as well as for the huge sites and the tranquillity despite being very close to the town centre; it beats the foreshore campgrounds around the area anytime of the day! Kids love the communal fireplace have made friends during our brief stay. The shower was on the colder side; it wasnt an issue for such a brief stay, but thought we'd mention it for management review. Loved the personalised welcome where I didnt even have to step out of the car nor wait to be taken to our site.

Eveyone was well spaced out, bathroom and toilets were extremely clean, grounds were immaculate and everything was so well thought of. Jemillia was very responsive and helpful leading up to our stay. The dam is great for kayaking, swimming, fishing. There is plenty of room for footy, cricket, volleyball or just relaxing. Our farm is home to our 5 pet cows, 12 sheep, 3 Goats, 6 horses and chooks. Kangaroo, deer, echidna and wombats are seen roaming daily. We grow our own fruit and veggies, make preserves and also have bee hives. We are opening our farm up to share our country lifestyle. Only 45 minutes from Melbourne CBD making it a perfect location for corporate functions, brand launches, small private functions, photo shoots, film productions. The downstairs living zone is spacious and an absolutely fantastic area for the kids to play or for those wanting some peace and quiet, complete with a large smart TV Adjoining this room is a kitchenette with a microwave, small fridge, crockery, utensils, kettle, toaster, and coffee pod machine. This is perfect for a couple of families or couples sharing the house providing a fully self-contained area allowing the ultimate in privacy. It also has a laundry with a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, and ironing board. This property is truly unique, offering ocean views from the front of the property and then you step out the back into a tranquil bush setting.
