The property is defined by an ancient water course that cuts a 1km ravine through the property. We enjoyed a week in a tent at the scout camp, and are very grateful they're willing to share the place with others. Plenty of gas-fired instant hot water for the showers, potable water, and it felt safe and secure. Although on 80 acres, the allocated Hipcamp area was in the south east corner, near Hearn Rd and Park Rd. There's an urban bus stop in Hearn Rd ~250m from the camp entrance.

Sites are quite small and crammed in, meaning cars are parked in the road and manoeuvrability is a bit tight. Despite the plots being properly prepared (dug in, lined and covered in astroturf) not all of them were flat, so we moved onto another plot. Facilities were clean and showers hot. Access gate at the back of the plot to the brewery was useful!

We had a fantastic time here. The property is beautifully maintained, with stunning lakes and plenty of space to relax. The campsites are well spaced out, private, and spacious. it never felt crowded. The bathroom facilities were excellent. clean, modern, hot water, and with two separate toilets, which made things so convenient. The hosts were fantastic and really welcoming. Our kids had an amazing time kayaking on the lakes and exploring the bushland — such a great spot for families. We’ll definitely be back!

In the middle of the bush, in the middle of suburbia! Close to the beach and shops for supplies if needed. Plenty of space, but flat ground is limited. Heaps of ground wood to keep you warm and big fire drums to burn it in. Hot water was patchy, but grateful for toilets and showers that were there. Comms were great and were made to feel welcome, thankyou.

Loved our mini stay - quiet and relaxing. Lots of space and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Lovely and peaceful. Would have loved to extend, but had to get back to the daily ‘grind’. We did have some trouble figuring out how to get the water hot, not sure if that is a permanent issue - didn’t reach out to the hosts as we were too relaxed to worry about it! Initially staying 3 nights however weather turned upside down on the last evening and didn’t want have our gear drying for the rest of the week if we stayed the last night, great amenities and Grace and her dogs are very accommodating and kind. We had an amazing relaxing time here. Grace and her family are such warm and welcoming hosts, happy to help, share stories, checked in to make sure all is well, recommended good spots for hikes, sunsets etc. Best eggs ive had! The property is stunning , clean clear air, rolling hills, no matter the weather the energy was perfect. A very special spot, Nature at its finest, a serene escape indeed. Facilities were on point, very clean, hot showers, excelent toilets, good shade from the trees, spacious sites, plenty of privacy. Highly recommend.
