Internally, we have in excess of 10 kilometers of roads within the property, the majority being 2WD accessible (weather conditions apply). There are parts of the property which are only 4WD accessible. Our campsites are placed to allow you to be as isolated as possible - away from other campers (you may see others as you drive past, or they drive past you). At some of our bush sites, you will be able to see other campers, but they are not close by. Additionally, we anticipate our Fire Danger Period for the 2025/2026 Summer Season will commence in the coming weeks. We have not toggled the Fire Ban on as we do still allow campfires, however campers MUST adhere to CFA guidelines at all times. On days of Total Fire Ban (TFB), no fires, including gas stoves can be lit outdoors. In event of the TFB toggle needing to be used on Hipcamp, this will advise all guests booked on that day and to all future guests. We will toggle it off once the TFB is removed. Furthermore, we reserve the right to ask you not to light a fire regardless of TFB status if we feel weather conditions are unsafe, especially the wind element. We cannot plan the weather and the request to not light your campfires will most likely be on the day and we will advise as such. We can also accomodate for big groups and the parking area can fit camper vans and caravans with electrical hookups. Enjoy our beautiful sunsets and starry nights. Unwind by the camp fire (limited firewood provided) and soak in the serenity. OUR LOCATION Jindivick is a quiet scenic country town. Local townships include Neerim south and Drouin for your necessities. Accomodation is school portable which is placed on the top of our property, Bayview Camp is also run as a business called Bayview Camp'n Horse Trails for horse enthusiasts, we have horse riding trails and horses facilities, access behind our stables. Great for hiking enthusiasts, some great trails including Labertouche Caves and Nangara Reserve. Trails can be found on the All Trails App. We have an abundance of Wildlife on our property including kookaburras, Wallabies and wombats just to name a few. Our residents are sheep, cows and horses. Your accomodation is nice and private as our house is down the bottom of our property but only a txt away if you're needing anything or have any questions. The old school portable sleeps 7 people. There is also room for larger groups if people are wanting to setup camp, there's a camp area with crushed rock ground and a firepit with a beautiful view of the forest. We can also accomodate for big groups and the parking area can fit camper vans and caravans with electrical hookups. Enjoy our beautiful sunsets and starry nights. Unwind by the camp fire (limited firewood provided) and soak in the serenity. OUR LOCATION Jindivick is a quiet scenic country town. Local townships include Neerim south and Drouin for your necessities. Things to Explore near by include: -Nangara Reserve (access from property) -Labertouche Caves (access from the property, walk to get there through the forest) -The Garden at Broughton Hall (5.5km) -Neerim South Brewery (8.5km) -Brandy creek Winery (11km) -Noojee Pub aswell as the Noojee Falls (18km) -Mt Baw Baw Alpine Resort (40km) - Alpine Trout Farm - Little sherwood Petting Zoo -The Robinhood Inn (9.0km) On your stay you'll have the place to yourself and won't be bothered by other campers. Dogs are welcome as long as they are on leash and are not to go into the paddocks where our farm animals are. Please bring drinking water as the tap water isn't filtered and Bedding (sheets provided) Looking forward to having you come and stay :)

Great place to stay, good access to toilets and potable water, other campsites were close by which made it comfortable as first time campers. Rangers were super helpful with showing us around and even assisted us with bringing over a fire pit. Would highly recommend for anyone starting their camping journey!

We enjoyed a week in a tent at the scout camp, and are very grateful they're willing to share the place with others. Plenty of gas-fired instant hot water for the showers, potable water, and it felt safe and secure. Although on 80 acres, the allocated Hipcamp area was in the south east corner, near Hearn Rd and Park Rd. There's an urban bus stop in Hearn Rd ~250m from the camp entrance.

In the middle of the bush, in the middle of suburbia! Close to the beach and shops for supplies if needed. Plenty of space, but flat ground is limited. Heaps of ground wood to keep you warm and big fire drums to burn it in. Hot water was patchy, but grateful for toilets and showers that were there. Comms were great and were made to feel welcome, thankyou.

Loved our mini stay - quiet and relaxing. Lots of space and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Lovely and peaceful. Would have loved to extend, but had to get back to the daily ‘grind’. We did have some trouble figuring out how to get the water hot, not sure if that is a permanent issue - didn’t reach out to the hosts as we were too relaxed to worry about it! We had a fantastic stay at Bay Park. The site was spacious and peaceful, offering plenty of room to spread out and relax. The facilities were spotless and clearly very new, which made the experience even more comfortable. Our host was friendly and welcoming, and we were pleasantly surprised to find power available, even though only a water tap was listed in the description - a great bonus! Another highlight was the generous firewood bundle, which easily lasted us four nights and kept the campfire going strong. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a well-maintained, quiet escape with thoughtful touches.

Loved pur stay at the Bay Park and qlukd definitely go back for longer stays as we didnt get to use any of the kids' activities. We love the Bay Park for its easy access to the beach and shops, as well as for the huge sites and the tranquillity despite being very close to the town centre; it beats the foreshore campgrounds around the area anytime of the day! Kids love the communal fireplace have made friends during our brief stay. The shower was on the colder side; it wasnt an issue for such a brief stay, but thought we'd mention it for management review. Loved the personalised welcome where I didnt even have to step out of the car nor wait to be taken to our site.

Fantastic park with beautiful well maintained spacious grassy sites. Took our dog who loved swimming in the Golburn. Lit a fire which was great. We will be back!!!
