Campfires are permitted as long as it's not in fire restriction periods. Firewood will be provided at your site free of charge.There is no rubbish or recycling service in the countryside or on farms. Please wash and take all glass, plastic, and metal with you.  We recommend you prepare for a ‘garbage-free’ holiday, with lots of Tupperware and unpackaged food. You are welcome to leave food scraps for happy chickens and compost. You may also leave burnables, such as paper and cardboard, for our bonfire.As we are a family-oriented campsite, we do appreciate knowing the names and ages of the guests we are welcoming onto our property. When booking, please let us know the names of all guests in your booking party. We look forward to welcoming you to our little slice of paradise!

My partner and I had a wonderful time at the Love Shack, one of those places that makes you want to extend your stay and come again. The scenery was beautiful and the amenities were plenty! We camped on the grass with a tent and it rained our last night but the ground stayed solid and not muddy, helpful for when we were packing up. Will definitely return again hopefully with friends this time!

The Love Shack was absolutely exquisite in every way shape and form. Charming, cosy, warm, and delightfully secluded. It was everything we had hoped for and more. The space had an enchanting atmosphere that made it feel both magical and intimate. Kate’s thoughtful touches were evident throughout and genuinely appreciated, adding a layer of care that made the experience feel even more special. Although we had planned to explore the nearby national park, we found ourselves not wanting to leave the environment at all and just simply soaking up the beautiful energy of the space. It truly was the perfect weekend escape. Thank you so much, Kate we’ll definitely be back!

Weekend Trip to SIBA Retreat Centre
Cabin 4 was a great experience. My wife and I had a fantastic time in the seclusion and serenity. The cabin itself had all of the necessary inclusions, and the wood stove provided excellent warmth throughout the night.. The toilet block is a close stroll The highlight would have to be seeing the stars from the back porch and waking up to the views of mountains and frost on the pastures. George was fantastic and nothing was too hard. We had a great stay and will definitely be back when we are down there next.

Such a beautiful spot! My friend and I had the perfect weekend away, she was very comfortable in the “love shack” and I stayed in my RV out the front. sitting by the fire inside was magical and toasty warm. I happened to meet the lovely hosts as they were heading out and they went out of their way to help me out with an issue I had. I can’t wait to stay again maybe with a big group!

I loved the Love Shack at Tarra Valley! It is super well equipped, very cute and cosy, Kate was an amazing and attentive host. The Tarra River is a must visit, as well as the National Park. I recommend 100% staying at the Love Shack

We loved staying here at the "Love Shack", the location is beautiful and so peaceful. we had a small group that setup tents in addition to the Shack, brought a couple of kids and dogs and they had an incredible time, the lawn games were a massive hit. The location also is perfect, close to hiking beaches, main town of Yarram with a beautiful backdrop when at the shack. the setup is fantastic, bbq each night, then relax by the indoor or outdoor fireplace. Kate was fantastic and very friendly and helpful when called on. Thank you Kate for a wonderful space and time away from Melbourne.
