Horses sometimes graze the paddock and poo is picked up but if you're lucky you might find some remnants! No wild party groups, please! We want you to have a fantastic time but please respect the peaceful surrounds, our neighbours and our family, so please keep the noise down after 10pm. Camp in a semi-sheltered paddock on our 25 acre family farm "Ennsivale", on the outskirts of Sandy Point. You'll be on the doorstep of the most beautiful beaches, fishing, vibrant local towns and Wilson’s Prom. Wake up to birdsong, go to sleep to the sound of the waves, and spot a koala if you’re lucky. With a flush toilet, a cold bore water shower, an outdoor fridge (old but works fine!), a power point for charging devices, and access to a drinking water tap, you’ll be very comfortable as you explore the local area. We love it here and we know you will too. You'll have the paddock to yourself (unless you book between end Dec to mid Jan, when it's a shared site - see listing) but you'll be close enough to the action to see the comings and goings of our multigenerational family who live here as we potter around the farm, veggie garden and orchard. Say hi! Say g'day to the curious chooks and friendly dogs and enjoy the top-notch "equine views" from your site with three lovely horses in the next paddock. The camp site has a large flat area and can accommodate most vehicles. The ground surface is level, but grass is a bit rough and expect some sticks and twigs and holes around. Horses sometimes graze the paddock and poo is picked up but if you're lucky you might find some remnants! No wild party groups, please! We want you to have a fantastic time but please respect the peaceful surrounds, our neighbours and our family, so please keep the noise down after 10pm. Sorry but no pets, as we have stock, horses and our own dogs and they may not mix well.

Tarwin Lower EcoStudio is not far out of town and the Tarwin River (4 kms), for boating, paddling and fishing. Excellent stay. Great location some 15k’s inland from lovely Inverloch. Great views. Easy access to the property and ideal for any 2WD’s. We have a MH and had access to both power and water if required. We didn’t bother. We were met by the engaging host Adrian who kindly showed me around. What a gem of a place. Manicured lawns in a large fully fenced paddock with a new camp kitchen, hot shower and seperate very clean toilet. 4 sites in total. Lovely dam to the rear of the property and walks back on the roadway overlooking the ocean to the distance. Adrian supplied a great fire pit, kindling and wood at a cost of $25 per night. Overall a wonderful stay - well worth a visit - you won’t be disappointed. Will definitely be back.

We had the most relaxing, enjoyable weekend tucked away in the cabin. Very private, warm and with the amenities you need: comfy bed, tidy bathroom, cooking supplies. We enjoyed both cool evenings and rain at night - which was pleasant thanks to the cosy wood burner - plus blue sky days which made for great exploring and spotting wildlife, also close to the inlet and Venus bay. We were welcomed with freshly harvested strawberries from Jo which was a delight!

Loved our semi private camp site overlooking the water. We were able to go for lovely beach walks, and ride our bikes on the beach at low tide. Our dog loved his time there too. The staff at the park were all very welcoming we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we will be back for sure.

Caitlin was an excellent host — friendly, welcoming and quick to help with any questions, but never intrusive. She struck that perfect balance of being available when needed, while giving us full space to settle in and enjoy our weekend. She even brought us fresh eggs, which we cooked over the campfire for breakfast — thank you so much! The location is fantastic: only a couple of minutes’ drive from the beach and township. While there’s a road that runs alongside the property, it’s a quiet one, and we weren’t disturbed by traffic at all. Facilities were just as described. Having a toilet and shower on site was great. We brought our own camping shower for hot water and it was easy to set up in the shower recess — but anyone more hardy than us would probably be totally fine using the shower as-is. The fridge was a real bonus for food storage, and the undercover area made cooking and meals easy — especially handy on a very wet day. The camp area itself was lovely and well-kept, with short grass and views across the horse paddocks. We were also thoroughly entertained by watching the chickens wandering around during the day. The firepit got plenty of use too, and grabbing firewood from Sandy Point township was quick and simple. Overall, we had a brilliant stay and are already looking forward to returning. Thanks Caitlin and hope to see you again soon!

Great setup and it's convenient to the little children and all families. It's close to bike tracks, fishing spots, bistro and general store. The landscape is very beautiful and well maintained and situated close to a river on a hill. We loved our experience there and plan to go back. We recommend this camp site to anyone thinking of trying it out. Not forgetting the top service from care-takers and Munster (dog) were absolute fantastic and they would attend to anything big or small to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

It is truly a beautiful rural setting with the convenience of a camp kitchen toilet and shower which have been beautifully designed and built . The area to camp is fenced off but that guest stop the magnificent views. Cows were neighbours plus a koala in the tree near us . Lush grass to camp on. The hosts were great and we had Adrian the farmer deliver us our fire pit and kindling and wood each night . We were able to top up the wood from the stockpile. It’s only about 15 minutes to the beach and we also had lunch at the tarwin lower pub which was only around a 10 minutes drive . Wonderful stay

Fantastic glamping experience and Tama is an excellent host! The kids loved the activities too including crafting and Trails with Tails. The hot tub is nice and we had fun swimming in the river. Also enjoyed the beautiful farm animals especially the peacocks. The camp kitchen with fridge is handy. The farm animals make noises at night which some people like and other may want to bring ear plugs. Highly recommend!

Our visit to Sandy Point Farms was really nice. Caitlin and her family were very welcoming and supportive throughout the entire stay. My kids really enjoyed exploring their farm and we even saw a couple Koalas in the trees. The site was clean and protected from the wind. Lots of regional attractions were just a short drive away. A great option for those looking to camp and explore the South Gipsland coast.
