A shady bush retreat. On the edge of lots of motorbike tracks, approximately 20 minutes from Tarra Bulga National Park. Half an hour from the pristine beaches of Ninety Mile Beach. Lots of bushwalking to do and exploring the Mullungdung State Forest and surrounds. Property has 3 sheds, one is a bathroom, one is a kitchen and the other could be called the lounge room. Kitchen has small combustion oven and general kitchen set up, ‘lounge room’ has large fire to warm those cold nights, keep you out of the rain and even big enough to park your motorbike in at night, bathroom has a toilet and a bath/shower. Either sleep in the shed or bring a tent.

The original house use to be at the top camp site but was burnt down in the 1960's. A small cottage was then built and lived in for the next 10 years, while the original owner made mud bricks by hand and built the house, that is currently our home. All built by hand more than 42 years ago! Here, you have several fantastic camp areas to choose from, some with access to amenities, some for self-contained campers. We've also recently started offering the mudbrick house for rent! Lake Glenmaggie is a controlled lake and its levels are determined by the weather and farming needs. 4 large Unpowered sites are available, campers will need to be self-sufficient on these sites. There is a camping toilet on the property. A fire pit is supplied, if you would like to purchase a create of wood for $25.00 please let us know and we will deliver this to your campsite.
