Accessed via 3.5km of rough dirt track - not recommended for low vehicles or low towing vans. The track is rough BUT easily driven by all vehicles - just drive slowly. Dogs welcome, firewood is easily gathered by you, and often in piles by your campsite. Campsites are NOT near water. They are near a dry gully, with an **** unfenced dam.**** We have a beautiful swimming hole at the property entrance, in Boggy Creek. Near The Hut is the gate to take a walk up to Sugar Loaf (500m return), where you can see amazing grass trees and place a rock on the cairn. Look for the wallabies that live up there. Our family live in the recently completed straw bale house on the property, which sits well below the camping sites. The property has a fully functional camp kitchen with a large deck as well as a bathroom with toilet and shower. Due to the slope the tent sites are not suitable for camp trailers (the tent sites are flat but there is nowhere flat to park a car next to it) and the tent sites are not suitable for vehicles. Therefore we can only accommodate people with tents/swags.

We have lots of native plants on the property and have a spring fed dam on the property which is a beautiful spot to relax at twilight and try to spot the native wildlife. Our horse property is located only 20 minutes from Benalla or 30 minutes from Wangaratta with plenty to do in the surrounding area. From the property there is access to the Silo Art Trail, King Valley, Victorian High Country and a number of Sate Parks full of beautiful walks. Pets are welcome off leash but please be mindful of the horses, cattle and wildlife that are on the property.We have a portable toilet available for your use and fire pits available as well. Wandi Farm is a small scale produce farm under development. It is set on 3 acres on the eastern (sunny) side of the beautiful Wandiligong Valley, just 5 minute drive from Bright. The property is on the side of a hill, which provides spectacular valley views to the north. Our family live in the recently completed straw bale house on the property, which sits well below the camping sites. The property has a fully functional camp kitchen with a large deck as well as a bathroom with toilet and shower. Due to the slope the tent sites are not suitable for camp trailers (the tent sites are flat but there is nowhere flat to park a car next to it) and the tent sites are not suitable for vehicles. Therefore we can only accommodate people with tents/swags.

Great set up, four spots to choose from all have their Plus side. Hosts great have prepared all the areas well. Fishing is good, caught many cod all undersize and released but good fun. Town not far but away from lights and noise.

Weekend Trip to High Country Paradise

Our family stayed the weekend and had a fantastic experience! We were warmly greeted by the friendly host and her lovely dog, which made us feel welcome straight away. The campsites were spacious and peaceful, with plenty of room to spread out! The creek was absolutely gorgeous- crystal clear and such a beautiful spot. Plenty of wildlife too! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, scenic getaway. There’s also a glamping tent for anyone wanting more luxury. We can’t wait to return in warmer weather to truly take advantage of the stunning creek. The only area for improvement would be the toilet block which could do with a tidy and stock up, but this certainly didn’t change our experience overall and we’d definitely return!

Exceeded my expectations! Absolutely beautiful spot. I camped for 2 nights with my sons aged 6 and 18 months. Perfect mix of swallow water swimming for the boys and deep water for adults. Caught a couple healthy looking fish as well. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you Sally!
