Self Worth Warriors Retreat

The Self Worth Warrior Space is a wonderful place to connect with yourself, your partner, your family and nature. Our beautiful space has a section for families and a separate section for couples, both areas have a camp kitchen shower and toilet facilities.

Set on 43 acres with a dam and beautiful scenery , our sites are fully self equipped sites.

The glamping yurts suit two people (sites 1-2-3) have access to hot a shower and toilet with bedding provided, camp kitchen with camp oven gas bbq, 80 litre fridge, usb charge ports and comfy kitchen table and chairs.

The Boiling Billy Bush Camps

The Boiling Billy Bush camps offers 4 newly etched spots under the shade of tall gums and classic wattles all tucked away at the rear of my 42 acre property. 

  Being situated a short 12 min drive to Agnes Water / 1770, 17min to Deepwater NP and Eurimbula NP less than 2 min around the corner you can believe you'll not be short of activities and adventures from bike riding through Canoes and even dive the Great Barrier Reef. 

Currently only available to fully self contained campers each site has ample room for vans, camper trailers, busses or just the classic set up of a 4x4 and swag. Each site has a flat area to set up on with access to a beautiful 1.5km bush walk around the property. 

 So if your interested in visiting this unique corner of the globe and capturing unforgettable memories and wish only for your own private slice of bush, fresh air, cosy camp fire and a cuppa from the Billy can, then just let me know. Parker and I will be only too happy to answer your questions and give you some hot tips on the less advertised must see's in the local area ;-)

Just as a FYI side note:

Where possible I tend to prefer bookings from singles, couples or families but will consider groups should other bookings line up favourably. Your well behaved furry friends are also welcome. Please note, however, I have three friendly pooches that may visit from next door and I too have my pup (Parker) who is always keen to meet new play mates. Also, as this property is un fenced I would ask that dogs be kept on a lead at all times for the safety and comfort of other campers and the safety of local wildlife. Children under 12 and your furry friends also camp for free.

Collie Farm

283 acres of mainly level bush with camping sites in various locations, either in a remote bush or by the water (dams).  6 kms of bushwalking tracks with abundant native wild and bird life. Designated fireplaces and firewood available. 

All campsites except the Safe Haven are physically separated and reserved for a single group (either travelling alone or in company with others).  The Safe Haven can accommodate up to 4 caravans/campers with a communal central fireplace by the water.

A seasonal summer stream normally runs through the length of the property from January to May.  During this time access to some of the walking trails can be restricted.

All sites can be left unattended and secure by visitors for day trips to surrounding areas such as Agnes Water, Seventeen Seventy, the Boyne Valley or various National Parks located within 50klms.

Your hosts are always present and ready to assist in any way they can.

Dogs welcome.

River Run Farm Camping

River Run Farm Camping is situated on the banks of the beautiful Mary River within the spectacular Fraser Coast region.

The historic Maryborough town centre and the quaint village of Tiaro is right on our doorstep for anything you may have left behind or if you just feel like a country pub meal and a cold beer.

We offer large grassy mowed sites both powered and unpowered, river front and tree shaded areas with some having their own fire pits.

Fully equipped large camp kitchen with microwave, television, fridge, dart board, BBQ, communal firepit and power points to charge your devices and a Playground for the Kids.

We offer the best hot showers with beautifully clean toilets; our amenities even contain a washing machine and a kid’s bathroom with a claw foot bath. A Dump point is located at the front of our property.

River Run offers: farm animals, swimming, excellent fresh water Fishing (Bass, Barra, yellow belly, prawn and silver perch), boat ramp, bike track and kayaking

River run has an amazing variety of bird life due to the large body of fresh water and pristine habitat creating a great environment for spotting native animals including wallabies, achidnia and platypus, which have been sighted at the boat ramp.

We are pet friendly too as long as your animals remain on a leash and are under full supervision at all times.

 Book a horse riding adventure with Hucknall Horses only 10mins away or drive on up to Hervey Bay and go whale watching or day trip to the incredible Fraser Island or Rainbow Beach.

Barambah Beauty

Tiered, shady camping area with access to a creek embankment for swimming and canoeing. Bush camp at a fresh water creek - enjoy the bottlebrush, kingfishers and dragonfly's. The property does have cattle on here and so use of load off road equipment is restricted to certain areas and with prior acceptance. Site speed limit is 30 Kmh once off the local main road. Fires permitted within local regulations and need to be contained and controlled.Please note the fourth grid on this road is our boundary, there is signage to indicate this. Please respect our neighbours right to privacy.Well controlled animals restricted to camp area or owner. All animals must be contained or tied up at night.

1770 Eco Camp, Agnes Water

Eco Style camping nestled in 42 acres of bush land in the Agnes Water Hinterland. 

We offer a variety of different site options. Currently we have Powered sites for you to rock up in your choice of accomodation or our custom styled Eco Tents which offers a very comfortable option for those that don't want to bring their van or tent. 

We also offer modern amenities including showers, toilets, camp kitchen, walk trails, swimming holes, and much more.

Paperbark Bush Camp (15 yrs & over)

Paperbark Bush Camp (for over 15 year olds)  is a private bush camp set in Natures Paradise in the bush. It's beautiful tranquil place to escape and catch your breath. Only 3km drive to the beach. You can often, hear the waves at night.

Set amongst the trees and green grassy paddocks, you can’t help but relax and unwind. There’s an array of wildlife. Thriving bird life, kangaroos, green tree frogs, goanna's. Take an easy bush walk on the property’s 108 acres, if you’re quiet you may just come across an echidna or large monitor lizard.  Watch the birds take a flying dip in the dam on a sunny afternoon and the King parrots come to the feeder every day. Bring your guitar and enjoy sitting around your own open fire place with an endless supply of wood to burn. 

Unlike the usual busy caravan parks, we offer a peaceful bush camping setting with plenty of space for you to choose where you want to park. The surface areas are all relatively flat and suitable for camping, camper trailers, caravans and motor homes. 

Amenities

We have both powered and un-powered sites with five that are powered. 

Tap into fresh clean natural spring water. Bring your jerry cans to fill up on site if you’re camping in the off-grid zones. 

There is a fish cleaning area with filleting bench and hose available for all to use.

There are three amenities buildings with a total of 2 showers and 7 toilets. Also enjoy a cool shower at one of the 4 outside showers in summer to rinse off when you get back from the beach. 

We also have a laundry room with washing machine and clothes lines. 

For the ultimate bush experience, go off-grid camping at one of five secluded camps out the back of the property completely surrounded by trees. These are quite large areas and can fit the whole family or a group with room to park a few caravans.

Fraser Coast RV Park

Hervey Bay is known as the whale watching capital of the world and is just 10 minutes from Fraser Coast RV Park. Hervey Bay has a sheltered location, and as such is the best place on Australia’s east coast to meet the majestic humpback whales with plenty of good tour operators.

We have suitable offerings for all types of RV’s, campers, roof top tents, camper trailers, caravans, tents, swags and motorhomes.

Come and visit us and enjoy everything the Fraser Coast has to offer. You will feel like you really are on holidays. A great getaway from it all, yet just a stones throw from Fraser Island and Hervey Bay and Lady Elliot Island.

We are dog friendly and also wheelchair accessible in the Bush Kitchen and Wallaby Wash House.  Bertha the Retro van and Gertrude the Gypsy Wagon are not wheelchair accessible.

24 hour security access to your own private campsite.

We have a designated area for dog lovers called Dogs Corner.
 There is a lovely paddock for the dogs to take in the country atmosphere and located right next to the 40 acre nature reserve with 4kms of walking trails, what better way to Escape, Relax and Unwind.

We also provide dog minding services! Photo updates supplied. Cost is $50 per day (add to your booking). All you need to do is supply your dog bed and food. Recently our guests enjoyed a trip to Fraser Island and were very impressed with the service provided. So if you love your fur baby and you still want to have a holiday experience, just come and stay here and we can enhance your stay by giving your fur babies a holiday too.

Boyne Waters

Boyne Waters is easy to find as it is located on the side of the Bruce hwy right where the bridge crosses the Boyne River. There is a Main Roads rest area located straight out front of our Property. The property is set on ten acres along side Boyne River. We have producing mango trees and a couple of cattle. The river and Awonga dam are well known for there fishing and Barrumundi.

FERN HILL NUMBER 1 PADDOCK

Set up camp light a fire and kick back! There is a fabulous dam which you can enjoy - stocked with fish, perfect for a paddle! Guests can enjoy a camp fire (local regulations and weather permitting) and will love wildlife watching, especially the beautiful birdlife. Hop in the car and go for a drive to the nearby hubs of Bundaberg, Hervey bay or beautiful Woodgate Beach whilst your camp is safe and sound on this property. There is lots to do and see in the area including fishing (salt at Buxton, or freshwater), exploring national parks, golf course, pubs and clubs. Snakes Down Under and Flying High Bird Park are just down the road which is great place to visit for adults and kids! There are no facilities here, campers must be self contained and leave no trace.

We also now offer a quaint donga with Toilet/ Shower with a verhanda, wood stove on the verhanda. One Queen bed and kettle, microwave, toaster and fridge. Towels and sheets provided. Over night stays are welcome. $100 a night

Howard Bush Town Camp

The property is situated in the historic and friendly township of Howard on 56 acres of land. Is it nature at its best, yet so close to town and 500 meters from Bruce Highway. 

Spend your days at the beach, fishing or doing beautiful bush walks in the area. There is plenty to see and do here with Hervey Bay and Fraser Island close by as well.

Campers are required to be self sufficient with their own toilet/shower facilities and take all waste with them on departure. We do have town water available from a tap near the main house.

We have a dirt track that runs around the property, 2 dams and plenty of fallen timber you are welcome to use for firewood.

All you need and more is within 1km and it is just a short walk to the pub. Only 5 minutes to Burrum River, where you can launch your boat catch crabs, prawns, and plenty of fish. Only 18 minutes to Burrum Heads and Toogoom beautiful beaches.

Buttler/curry chef can be arranged for $100 a day.

Gundy Pub

Gday, and thanks for stopping by Gundy Pub!Located at the Gundy Pub you will find a number of campsite, cabin and room options available. The cabins have ensuite facilities and we have 3 rooms available in the pub which all have a queen bed and a single bed. All rooms have a TV and air conditioning. Shared bathroom facilities available nearby. You are welcome to use the BBQ facilities located within the caravan park as well. We have a nearby billabong which has plenty of fish and turtles. Enjoy a meal at the nearby Gundy Pub or explore the surrounding area. Bauple Mountain is 5km away which is a great spot for walking and hiking. Mary River is down the road 4km and a great spot for fishing. The national trail runs along the river and is a great spot for walks or bike rides. We have a number of horse riding camps in the nearby area as well.We have fire drums available and well behaved pets are welcome.
