So please respect it and enjoy it as we do. We have 5 designated campsites positioned around the property. Within the designated sites, there are camp spots that we rotate. Please check with us to see what ones are open. We need to rotate the sites and rest them. This is how we keep them well-maintained and looking amazing. We are a working small rural property so with that comes seasonal tractor work/trucks and an element of busy, depending on what projects are on the go! Real taste of rural life while being smack bang in the privacy and serenity of our buzzing property! Private gate access for self check in and checkout. The large campsite is located alongside our 14 acre dam with a pontoon and dam banks to explore. The site is flat and mowed, with easy access from the road for caravans. The dam is perfect to launch a SUP/ canoe out on, float around on floaties and spot some turtles or eels. Great to swim in/ try your luck with a fishing rod, but NO JUMPING from the pontoon as water levels vary and submerged debris/ trees etc. (common sense swimming in dam and water sources.) The pontoon is perfect for evening sunsets (or a sneaky proposal, which has happened a few times already!) ** Please be very conscious of deciding to camp with children in close proximity to an open water source. Safety is our highest priority. The recent addition of our feature windmill makes for gorgeous photos and country feels. The campsite is bordered by seasonal crops. We also have Cattle that rotate through different paddocks on the property, depending on feed and crop cycles. (Not all guests will have cattle about sorry kiddies!) **Pets welcome, but to remain under STRICT supervision. Not to chase cattle or wildlife. ** Our property is also home to the local remote controlled airplane club. Guests will be able to see them fly around of a weekend. You can watch from the campsite but we ask not to walk through the paddocks or approach the club. During weekday stays (and some weekends) you will have the pleasure to see fighter aircraft, KC-30s and the impressive C17 Globemasters doing some low flying and pass overs as we are just on the edge of the Amberley RAAF Base circuit area. This campsite suits self-contained campers who bring their own camping shower, and drinking water supply. A basic long drop outhouse is set up for guest use. Fire pit and picnic table for use. Firewood able to be purchased as an extra. Please leave no trace and take all rubbish with you. An information email will be sent a few days prior to your arrival containing all your checkin and checkout information. Perfect for a place to hideaway and relax for a staycation (40 minutes from Brisbane) or a base to explore the surroundings. LOCALS GOUGE: - For families, the Ewenique hobby farm is located roughly 500m up the road. Weekend Trip to Haigslea Bush Camp

We shifted from the Wallaby site (tucked away nicely) to this one for our 2nd night & they both have their perks! This one is right by the dam with limited tree cover but provides the ability to see/prepare for passerbys (for those traveling solo &/or with Dogs) & swim without needing to leave camp! We ducked out to the vacant camp site (the possum site?) to have our post-swim Zoomies hehe Love the trails to keep pups fulfilled!! Didn't feel like we would bump into anyone! 👌✨ Camp area is behind the Horse yards etc at the back of the property, so it's safe & quiet. Love this space!

Libby’s Hipcamp was very quiet, private and relaxing. The running creek with a little beach access is also a great touch. Only negative was the amount of flies, but that won’t stop us going again. Thanks again Libby for letting us stay on your beautiful property!

This was our 3rd time at Libby’s beautiful property. It’s always well maintained and just the most perfect place to unwind within the large site areas. This time was extra special for us as Libby’s cattle were in the area right near our site but fenced off from coming through to our camp. It was great to get close to them, such beautiful healthy cattle and the little ones are so cute. Thank you once again Libby for sharing your beautiful property with us. It’s our favourite place to spend time in the Scenic Rim and only 1 hour from home. ❤️

4 nights at Pointro Bunkhouse and Campground

Camping at Pointo (Lake Maroon) was perfect. It's a such quiet spot and the sites are a fair distance apart. Getting our small boat on to the lake was easy. Having a few kangaroos around was a bonus. I can imagine overseas visitors loving that aspect! We will definitely be back 😊

Lovely host and great location. We stayed by the lake and it was peaceful and relaxing. Only 45 - 60mins away from Brisbane it’s a great get away and we will be back! Ps. The horses are so friendly also which is amazing

We absolutely loved camping with our van in area B. We had other campers there at the time and they were all so wonderful. We all had a great time on the kayaks. I definitely recommend camping here.
