The space Little Creek Farm is uniquely positioned to accommodate larger groups. Each cabin when hired allows for additional guests at an affordable per night fee to bring their own self sufficient camping equipment or caravans and set up together. Additional camping guests are only allowed in conjunction with cabin bookings and there are only 2 cabins available at any time so space and privacy are a guarantee. Contact hosts to arrange additional guests. Potential caravan available to hire with cabin as well. Other things to note When hiring a cabin, additional guests are welcome in their own caravan/camping arrangement for additional of $12 per person per night (kids under 12 are free) any guests set up seperately to the cabin booking - regardless of how many are booked in the cabin - would be subject to the additional cost. The cabins have been set up as fully off grid therefore are only able to support their own power needs. This being said, they are not able to constantly run the air con from battery alone. Fans are provided and able to be used constantly but we ask the air con to be used sparingly and if needed can be used in conjunction with the generator occasionally if needed to boost the solar for a while. Additional caravans/campers associated with the cabin booking must also be self sufficient and cannot connect to cabin power or water.

This campsite is located at Captain Creek. 15kms from Agnes water 1770. on 40 acres with a seasonal creek. We have a lovely natural bush setting with privacy. Suited for off grid campers. You will see kangaroos and lots of bird life to watch. Our region is well known for surfing, however Agnes Water and 1770 are also home to calm inlets tailor-made for stand-up paddleboarding and kayaking. BYO paddleboard or explore the coastline and waterways by kayak. You can even paddle past Captain Cook’s landing point and on towards the headland to watch the sun set over the ocean (a rare sight on Australia’s East coast). Follow the trail or take your mountain bike along boardwalks and across stepping stones on the 1.5 hr, 3km Red Rock Trail. You can start your adventure at the end of Springs Beach and head south along rocky trails peppered with pandanus palms all the way to the far end of Red Rock Beach. This campsite suits self-contained campers who bring their own camping toilet/shower. There is access to drinking water and a picnic table for meals. Plenty of space for bushwalking or sit back around camp fire or just read books. There are some great mountain views to be seen while walking around and site seeing, and Eurimbula National Park is close by. For boating and fishing enthusiasts, the beach is just a few mins drive away. We're located close to Agnes Water for all your shopping and supply needs. Pets welcome.

On our 4-acre property, expansive dams and a creek grace the landscape. The property is frequented by kangaroos and a variety of birds, creating a natural and vibrant atmosphere. Revel in the tranquility of the campsite, with the added bonus of spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Abundant large shady trees provide a pleasant setting only for self-contained caravans and RVs. (A Dump Point is conveniently located just 10 minutes away.) If you're in the mood for more activity, a short 4km drive takes you into town, offering beaches, shops, and restaurants. The town of 1770, a mere 10 minutes away, beckons with opportunities for fishing, boating, kayaking, and more. Keep in mind that campfires are permitted only when there is no fire ban in place and should be confined to designated fire pits, unless you have an off-ground portable fire pit.

"The Windmill" set in the beautiful coastal town of Agnes Water. Agnes Water, not only being the last surf beach further North, it's host to two National Parks. With great fishhing and so many outdoor activities, Agnes Water is a paradise for the keen outdoor enthusiast, not to mention a safe haven for families to unwind and create great memories which last a life time! "The Windmill" is set on a 4 acre property which consists of a beuutiful 3 bedroom home set amongst our beautiful gardens, available for guests wanting the creature comforts. This property is host to three permanent residents, an onsite care taker who resides in one building, and the cottage occupied by our onsite massuese, not to mention our community Red dog who is very social......... so pets with the same mentality are very welcome! This property provides our guests local produce grown or sourced from local farmers. Fresh, filterred drinking water can be purchased on site. For our onsite campers........at this stage of the properties development, we ask all to be self contained for sanitary and power needs. The property offers many shaded areas and a beautiful swimming hole to cool off in the warmer months. Here at the windmill we cater for all social events, with the appropriate communication we can organise a day of fun with workshops ranging from blacksmitthing and permiculture, to brethwork and meditation events, to couple retreats.........Bookings are essential, limited space and conditions apply. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHECK IN TIME IS FROM 11.00AM TO 5.00PM. CARAVANS and MOTORHOMES MUST BE FULLY SELF CONTAINED. MAKE SURE TO FILL YOUR WATER TANKS BEFORE ARRIVAL. GENERAL WASTE BINS ARE PROVIDED. EXCESS RUBBISH OR LARGE ITEMS ARE NOT TO BE LEFT FOR US TO DISPOSE OF. SMALL CAMP FIRES ARE PERMITTED OUT OF BUSH FIRE SEASON. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN PORTABLE FIRE PIT. We are a family built and run property set amongst tropical gardens on 15 acres with a pretty small private lake. Our quirky communal building has lots of power points, hot showers, flushing toilets, free Wifi, pool table, dining areas, fire place and we now have a pool-side cafe, boutique and massage on site. We are pet friendly, "ONLY ONE DOG PER SITE" and must remain on leads or runs whilst on the property. Please note that animals are not permitted in any of the undercover common areas or swimming pool enclosure. We are a short 2 minute drive to the new Agnes Central shopping center, 5 minutes to Agnes Water town centre and local beaches, and a 15 minute drive to the beautiful town of 1770. Our property runs on rain water and On-tap drinking water is available in the camp kitchen. If you are looking to escape from the crowded caravan parks, you will love our piece of paradise.
