Mango Lodge is a totally wheelchair accessible timber cabin which has an outdoor bath. 24 hour security access to your own private campsite. Free wifi, hot showers, flushing toilets, fully equipped bush kitchen and laundry. We have a designated area for dog lovers called Dogs Corner. We also provide dog minding services! Photo updates supplied. Cost is $50 per day (add to your booking). All you need to do is supply your dog bed and food. Recently our guests enjoyed a trip to Fraser Island and were very impressed with the service provided. So if you love your fur baby and you still want to have a holiday experience, just come and stay here and we can enhance your stay by giving your fur babies a holiday too. You may be moved to a different site if your chosen site is too wet. We use Good Riddance products for the midges & mozzies during summer because it works, its non toxic + deet free. "Timeless Tranquility" is the slogan of Circles in the Forest bush camp, situated 4 km south of Childers on 236 acres of natural bush land. As the slogan suggests, this camp site is surrounded by native Australian bush land with lots of birds and wildlife to be enjoyed . You can enjoy a bush walk, read a book, ride your bike, gaze into the fire or just sit and listen to nature's beautiful sounds. The site consists of 18 camp sites, flushing toilets and two hot water showers. Enjoy a hot shower in a delux converted water tank. A fire pit with barbecue grill is also provided. No bins or drinking water is available (Non-potable bore water is available)

The peacefulness of the place. Very accommodating host. The only thing which dampen it was the weather itself but it is what it is. Light rain for most of the stay. Be careful of the local natives ( wallabies) around dusk and dawn when driving.

Weekend Trip to Hidden Camp Farm Stay

Hidden Camp Farm Stay is a mixture of beautiful Aussie bush, wandering horses, donkeys, chickens and geese. Honda the family dog came down for a visit as well. The camels were a little shy while we were there. Callan, Leah and their helpers are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. We had a unpowered site, plenty of room for our vehicle and camper trailer. Lots of space and privacy to camp whether you are, after sites up near the big barn, down near the dam or up on the grassy hill. There are two Tiny Houses as well, set out in the bush. Amenities are clean, potable water available. Highly recommend Hidden Camp Farm Stay, a place to destress, back to basics, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, to just stop and regroup. Listen to the cicadas of a night-time, being welcomed in the morning by the wandering donkeys. It is exciting to see how much work has been achieved in the 6 months, Callan and Leah have been at there Glenwood property. Cannot wait see what you guys do in the future!

Loved our stay at River Run, lovely rustic, all working facilities. The river was great for a cool off as it was very hot when we were there. Thanks Shelly for our upgrade to power, helped our old dog immensely having the air-conditioning. Would recommend this camp to all!!

My family and I loved camping, we were with our 1-year-old baby. we stayed in the place with energy and that of course facilitated our stay. the fact that we had the kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, kettle and etc. is wonderful. in addition the bathrooms are always clean and there is a shower with hot water. we hope to return soon . Calan is super kind and communicative and tries to understand in the best possible way, we are Brazilians and English is still a barrier for us and he was super kind.

The views were amazing, the owner was fantastic. Answered all questions and took the kids and us on an included farm animal and feeding tour! The facilities were beautiful the bath under the stars for the kids was awesome and the camp kitchen being so user friendly and has everything you need. The bar area/dining area of the camp kitchen is accommodating and very spacious with a playground for the kids outside. We loved our site and will come back many times in the future. The boat ramp was awesome for us as well and when not boating an awesome spot for a dip in the water !

Great spot, not too far off the main road yet lots of peace and quiet. We loved the natural bushland setting and especially the wandering menagerie of friendly animals. Callan and his team of friendly helpers have done wonders with the place since they've been there and it will only get better. We've already recommended it to many people and hope to be back.

What a gorgeous place to camp! The facilities are well maintained, there’s plenty of space for the kids to run around and we loved being able to choose any spot on the property. We took advantage of the loads of firewood, it made for the perfect night by the fire. We’ll definitely be going back again and again.

We had such a wonderful stay at Timbermill! Such a beautiful working Timbermill but still with modern, well-kept facilities and plenty of space to relax. The grounds are spacious, peaceful, and incredibly quiet — the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature. Our kids absolutely loved being able to run around freely and safely, which made the experience even more special for our whole family. Everything felt thoughtfully set up and welcoming, and we truly appreciated the calm, friendly atmosphere. We would highly recommend Timbermill, especially for groups and events, the Shed and facilities are perfect! We can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our get a way at Timbermill. This rural off grid property has plenty of room to find your own little space away from other campers or closer to the amazing ammenities if that's what you prefer. There is a nice creek and small town within a short drive from the property. If you love all the charm the Australian bush has to offer and looking for an escape from the business of more populated places I would definitely recommend this one. Also plenty of chopped firewood is available for your convenience. Will definitely be back.

This camp site is just beautiful, the grounds and amenities are pristine! The staff are very kind and helpful. The pool area is beautiful clean and well looked after, such a nice place to relax.
