We are 10km from the town of Crows Nest on the Great Dividing Range. 50 minutes from Toowoomba and 2 hours from Brisbane. The hill on the property (Flat Top) is one of the highest points in the area at 660m altitude. From the hilltop, you can enjoy 360-degree views of the surrounding area, with views across the Esk Valley towards the Sunshine Coast, sunsets over the hills surrounding Crows Nest, and even glimpses of Cressbrook Dam. There are 2 separate campsites on the hilltop, one at each end. We also have 3 secluded bush campsites down in the paddocks, these are private and peaceful with no other campers within sight. They are all situated to be able to enjoy the sunset. We feel very spoilt living here in this beautiful place and would love for others to share it. It is extremely quiet and peaceful, yet less than a 15-minute drive to Crows Nest. AMENITIES Uni-sex amenity block with hot water and flushing toilets for those booked in Pepperina. Top Paddock power, Top Paddock unpowered and Paddock Camp we have gas showers (preset temperature for the safety of children). It will not be a hot shower like you have at home, however you will get clean. There are also pit toilets in the camp areas. In each camp area we have 3 x rubbish bins. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT HAVE DRINKING WATER AVAILABLE. WE DO NOT HAVE WATER TO FILL YOUR CARAVAN. Plenty of room for self-contained caravans/motorhomes and places to pitch a tent or camper. National Parks, walking trails, Wineries, Gourmet Pubs and Restaurants, Markets, two magnificent parks with play areas for children and so many other points of interest to see and discover. So many animals here! You get to meet camels, cows, pigs, alpacas, Boer goats Dorper Sheep, a multitude of chickens, geese, peacocks and guinea fowl. Miss Piggy loves posing for the camera. Sit under the stars and toast your marshmallows by your fire pit. Safe place to leave your gear while out exploring the Darling Downs and surrounds. Being in a rural area we have strict guidelines for campfires. We follow all Local Government guidelines and the QFS.
