With the added bonus of Jetty, boat ramp and beach areas for you to utilise at your leisure. Grady's is a pet friendly Retreat and we also allow campfires. We strongly believe these few extra things are essential to create a true camping experience. The park grounds are well maintained throughout the year. The amenities are fresh and cleaned daily. The best camp spot close to Huskisson! We have grass paddock, located just 2 minutes from Vincentia market place. We have 8 acres but keep 3 acres only for campers . We are 5 minutes from Huskisson's beautiful beaches. Courtesy bus from local clubs will pick up from the front gate. Guests will have access to a portable toilet throughout their stay but will need to have their own water and all other supplies. Free use of fire pits (weather permitting & first in first served policy we have 8 fire pits) We also have firewood fresh farm eggs & bagged ice for sale. ​Sorry, no pets. Please note campsites are non powered (Caravans and RV's welcome for unpowered visits in off peak times) It is a 10 min drive from Nelligen town centre and a 20 min drive from Batemans Bay. If you need supplies you can also travel by boat into Batemans Bay and tie up to many of its wharfs for that different experience. The camping area is surrounded by walking tracks and over the Christmas period the renowned Clyde Berry Farm is open where you can pick your own fresh berries or relax on the grounds for a ice-cream. You will find Shallow Crossing is also just a 10 min drive up the River Road for an exhilarating swim in fresh mountain water. The traditional water side camp kitchen offers a BBQ and table to eat. Has power and lighting, fresh drinking water, toilet, hot and cold shower and plenty of cover. With a fire pit just outside for toasting of marshmallows this makes for the best camping spot in the region. Please be mindful this is a camping and caravaning experience, there is for your convenience a flushing toilet (bring own toilet paper) and shower onsite, in busy periods (peak times) there may be a slight wait for these amenities. This site has its own concrete boat ramp making a heaven for all fisho's and skiers. The ramp is totally safe to launch any watercraft. With water onsite you can even flush motors at the end of the day. The property has Telstra coverage for added security.

Best shade is in the morning when you want to sleep in. There is a tranquil creek on the eastern side of the camp and horses and hand reared cattle graze on the western paddock. You need to be a self-contained camper with your own camping toilet/shower, and drinking water. Bring some books, set up a hammock and laze the days away. Beaches on the coast and beautiful Jervis Bay are 20 Minutes away. The Jervis Bay region has much to offer so if you're up for adventure, bring your kayaks and snorkelling gear. Our beaches have the whitest sand in the world. Why not check out the dolphin and whale cruises and get up and personal with the marine life.The property is 3 km off the Princes Hwy. It's an area known for beautiful beaches, great bush walks, and nice local shops, cafes, and restaurants, and our camping spot makes for a convenient base camp to explore it all. Central to Mollymook, Bendalong Conjola and National Parks. We recommend walking up the hill for sunset or sunrise pics, overlooking the horses and sheep on the neighbouring farms. It's peaceful and natural, and the frogs, birds, and wallaby viewing is all free of charge :) Campers have access to potable tank water, BBQs available in designated areas, and firewood upon request, lots to fossick for down the lower area . We are also pet-friendly, welcoming well-behaved, friendly pets. Campers need to be self-contained with their own toilet and power and take all waste when they leave (can charge items if emergency).

Just a 5 minute drive to Woollamia boat ramp & 7 minutes to the paddle board ramp you will enjoy the beautiful calm waters of Currambene Creek for your boating, canoeing, fishing & paddle board needs. Or if a keen fisherman you can head out into Jervis Bay & through the heads for all your sports fishing. The township of Huskisson is only a 9-minute drive with award winning cafes, clubs, pubs, surf & speciality shops for campers to enjoy. Huskisson offers dolphin & whale watchers tours & spectacular views of Jervis Bay & surrounding beaches, fishing adventures, paddle board & boat hire. There are 2 breweries Jervis Bay and Flamin Galah with a selection of homebrewed beers, Wines and Cocktails with live music most weekends and permanent food vans on site and Huskisson now has Buds Tavern a 1960 retro pub which is dog friendly but no children on premises. Jervis Bay offers pristine beaches with Hyam’s Beach boasting the whitest sands in the Southern Hemisphere, however there are many to choose from. St George’s Basin offers good fishing, boating, windsurfing and paddle boarding options or great for the toddlers for swimming and family picnics. Local tourist magazines and maps available at shed. A local RSL Club also offers the service of a free Courtesy Bus, however there is an array of restaurants available in the evening from Japanese to Stone-grill, and daytime local cafes in particular Five Little Pigs is worth a visit. Bush walking, mountain biking, rock climbing are all within an hour’s drive for those more adventurous campers. Booderee National Park is just a 30-minute drive & history buffs will love the ruins of Cape St George lighthouse where you can soak up the cliff top views of the Pacific Ocean. A short 10 mins drive to Vincentia Marketplace for all your grocery, fresh bread, beverages and speciality stores.

There is a lovely deep swimming hole with sandy area that all can enjoy. Shallow sandy areas are along the river, great for younger kids. Bring your kayaks, fishing gear, small tinny or SUP! There is a small boat ramp. We have eight beautiful, peaceful, spacious, riverfront, campsites ready for our guests. Just a short drive to the best south coast beaches of Broulee and Tomakin. Located halfway between Batemans Bay and Moruya, and 5km from Mogo. Great for shopping, eateries and Mogo Zoo. You can even frequently hear animals from our campsites! Campers need to bring everything and remove everything, leaving no trace. Bring your own supply of water. Firewood can be purchased by the wheelbarrow load, please add to your booking if required. Otherwise, BYO firewood. We have nine portaloo's available for use, they are situated throughout the property. Dogs are welcome if controlled at all times and do not chase livestock. We have two Border Collies, so we are dog friendly for friendly well-behaved dogs. Please note, if we do not have availability, please get in contact with us anyway as we may be able to accommodate you by opening another site.

'Elouera Vale' Farm

Elouera Vale is a working farm located just outside Mittagong NSW. We breed and train camels for sale, especially into the Southern Highlands. Camels are excellent for weed control and co-grazing with cattle. 'Elouera Vale' also breeds Belted Galloway cattle, Dorper and Wiltipol sheep and donkeys. Our property covers over 140 acres, 80 acres cleared and pasture improved and the rest consisting of forest. The Chain O Ponds creek runs through the property and makes for a lovely walk. You will probably get to see kangaroo, wallaby, wombats, echidnas, koalas and lots of bird life. The lush green hills abound with walking and cycling trails. You can head to the spectacular Nattai Gorge via the Box Vale Mine walking track, an easy 4.4km circular walk that follows an old railway line through a tunnel to breath-taking views. Enjoy a picnic in the magnificent Lake Alexandra Reserve or hike up extinct volcanic peak Mount Gibraltar. The closest shops are approximately a 15 minute drive to the Mittagong Town Centre where you will find all the shops, cafes and restaurants for your needs. It is well worth a visit to ‘The Shaggy Cow’ cafe, one of our favourite foodie spots (don’t forget to mention Elouera Vale). While you're here please try the Cool Climate wines. The region’s rich soil and high altitude are ideal for cool-climate wine growing. Visit cellar doors in the hills and valleys around Mittagong, including Centennial Vineyards. Enjoy a pleasant wine tasting experience at Centennial (don’t forget to mention us). The Camel Cottage offers a luxe off-the-grid escape for couples just one hour from Sydney but feels like "miles from anywhere". The Gums Cottage is a fully contained, off-grid modern getaway, surrounded by the magnificent white gum trees that are its namesake. The serene setting and stylish interior of The Gums provides all the essentials for a picturesque and peaceful country escape. The White Gum Forest Retreat offers campsites nestled in a white gum forest, not far from a beautiful trickling creek. There is access to toilets and a small dam near campsites for water supply for showers where required. For a truly memorable experience we recommend hiring our function space, White Gum Forest Functions, which is available for day visitors as well as guests staying overnight in our cabins and campsites.
