Welcome to our 20-acre working farm between Ulladulla & Nowra, NSW South Coast—under 3 hrs from Sydney/Canberra. Authentic bush vibes: open paddocks or shady trees; a short walk to a quiet creek. Spot kookaburras, wallabies, wombats, plus our farm mates: cows, chickens, & Elmo the horse! 🐄🐔🐴 An Ideal weekend getaway or Jervis Bay stopover. We keep it peaceful, family-friendly & private—space for everyone, minimal neighbour impact. Self-sufficient: pack out all rubbish & follow Leave No Trace to protect wildlife & our land. 🌍 Booking & Site Rules 🚐 • Noisy, disruptive, drunken or antisocial behaviour? Will be asked to leave immediately—no refund. 🚫 • No group bookings—keep it mellow! 😌 • One family/primary vehicle setup per site only. • Permitted: 1 vehicle + 1 caravan/camper trailer/motorhome, OR solo motorhome/campervan. • 1 extra vehicle (car/small 4WD) OK at added cost—tell us when booking. • No extra caravans/trailers/motorhomes—book a separate site after checking with Christine. • Respect wildlife/neighbours/animals 🦉: Quiet hours 9 pm–7 am (crickets & kookaburras rule! 🌙), secure food/rubbish, no feeding/approaching wildlife. Low lights, stay on your own site. • Pets are welcome but supervised around farm animals & wildlife. 🐕 • Fires allowed in provided firepits (check danger ratings)—gather fallen wood or buy at gate $20! 🔥🪵 • Fresh free-range eggs $7/dozen—text for drop-off! 🥚🚗 We enjoy limited phone reception; 2WD is usually fine, but 4WD may be needed in wet weather. Mind wombat holes, stumps & snakes when exploring. Come for the quiet retreat or quick bush escape—we look forward to hosting you! ✨
