Whether you’re swapping travel stories, sipping a glass of red, toasting marshmallows, or simply soaking up the peace — our fire pits bring people together in the best kind of way. Nestled on the banks of the Edward River, part of the magnificent Murray River system, our park offers easy access to some of the best freshwater fishing in the Murray River region. Nothing beats travelling with your best mate and sharing all the fun. We get it. We love our dogs too! Unfortunately, as much as we love our pawfectly adorable furry visitors, we can't always allow pets in our park. Your pooches are however most welcome between 1 February and 16 December (exclusion dates apply, see below). -No dogs during the April School Holidays, March Victorian long weekend, Easter and Melbourne Cup long weekend. -No dogs on any other special events defined by the park. -Good news: we do love to see your little mates over the June long weekend, July and September school holidays.

We have a 440ac certified organic farm. We run a mixed farming operation, involving milking a small herd of cows, beef cows, approx 2,000 laying chickens, a few sheep, pigs & laying ducks. We also grow about 1 acre of garlic. Our aim is to regenerate/improve the land through the careful management of animals and to be self-sufficient as much as we can. We are a family-run farm. Good access for caravans and larger vehicles. There is a compost toilet for all guests to use. Campfires permitted in winter/when restrictions aren't in place (BYO own wood). Great quiet spot not far from town. We booked quite late and last minute but Michelle was happy to accommodate us and even did a quick mow of the site for us. Level clearing amongst the trees with plenty of kangaroos and ducks around made for an excellent and safe place to camp for the night.

Weekend Trip to Red Rock Farm

Could I recommend this place? YES. Can I truly put into words how good it is? Probably not… but I’ll try. The family is so passionate about what they do. The care, love, and knowledge they have for their animals is incredible – especially seeing the kids so involved in running the place. The spacing between the sites is great, and the areas are nice and flat too, which made setting up super easy. As an avid photographer, I actually didn’t take many photos because I was so immersed in the experience and in their stories. Getting to handle the Highland cows was something I’ll never forget. An easy 5 stars from me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My kids and I enjoyed a short one night stay on Tim’s property. Tim guided us to the site over the phone, and his directions were clear and easy to follow. Although there were other groups camping on the property, the sites are a long way from each other, and it felt very private. Our site was on a delightful pocket of the Goulburn River. The access tracks to our site were sound but rutted in places, so 4x4 was definitely an advantage, especially in wet conditions like we had. In all we had a lovely time on Tim’s property, and we look forward to coming back for a longer stay sometime in the near future.

The property is the perfect getaway if you want to get away from it all. So idylic and quiet. Our host Tim met us when we arrived, which made finding the camp easy. We booked right at the last minute, not realising it was a Victorian long weekend. We stayed for 4 nights in the Horse Camp, with our schnauzer and cavoodle, who had the best time ever, as this was, super dog friendly. Literally, you have the complete area to yourself, so you can choose to be protected, by the huge sand embankment or park yourself, under a magnificent gum. Tim owns 700 acres of land that has the magnificent Murray river weaving its way through the landscape. We would have loved, to have been right by the river but it was literally a 1 min drive or approximately 10 min walk. We left our paddleboard, boogie boards & noodles for the time we stayed, on the shoreline so our “new” friends, staying right on the river, could make use of them, with their grandkids. We were very mindful to not be annoying but they were so lovely to chat with. If you need anything from the shops, Nathalia is only 18 min away & Echuca 40min. we took a drive one day just to get a delicious gelato in Echuca ( Augustus Gelatery). So so worth it! Can’t wait to return and we definitely will have Camp 1 or 2 (camp 1 probably better for solar, as camp 2 you are very shaded). Fantastic place to take your friends or family, to enjoy everything this special location offers. Thanks for sharing Tim. Highly recommend!!

What a great place. The site is level with really easy access for all size caravans. Plenty of trees for shade and open space for your solar. A great fire pit to enjoy and plenty of wildlife including koalas. The hosts are fantastic and will help with anything you need or leave you in peace. We brought our horses up and had a great time. 6min drive to Kyabram for restocking, 2min drive or 10min walk to the river The internet reception isn’t great but you will get TV reception. Thanks again Michelle.

Goulburn downs was a great find. We had 5 night s camping at the river crossing. Caught plenty of fish and had nice warm fires every night. The weather was mixed but didn't ruin our experience one bit. It was an easy to find property and Tim is a great host. Will be back for sure

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 An unforgettable weekend at Red Rock Farm! Our stay at Red Rock Farm this past long weekend was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family. The highland cattle were even more beautiful in person, and the experience of patting and grooming the calves was a highlight for all of us — especially the girls, who were completely smitten! (Jayde was even more so — she couldn’t stop smiling and laughing the whole time! 🤣🐮) We also loved exploring the property and spotting kangaroos, emus, and even koalas — such a treat! Our hosts were warm, knowledgeable, and made us feel right at home. Their son Lachlan was amazing — so friendly, patient, and happy to answer all our questions about the cattle and the farm. The evening roast around the campfire was a true highlight — delicious food, great company, and a sky full of stars. It was the perfect way to end each day. We’re already looking forward to chatting with them about getting our own highlands next year. Thank you to everyone at Red Rock Farm for an experience we’ll never forget! ❤️🔥🐮

We loved our stay at Garonelle Park, views to the bush filled with bird life and the odd koala on one side and beautiful orchards on the other. There was plenty of space between camps and only a short drive to the river for a swim when needed without the busyness of the long wkd crowds. Grassy flat sites that were great for the vans. Michelle was so easy to deal with and very fast to respond. Would definitely recommend and will be back. Thanks for a great stay.

Fantastic set up and had everything we needed for 1 night. Noel waited for us to arrive late and showed us around, even got us a light to help set up better at night.
