Welcome to Airtree Resort, where we are redefining the concept of a traditional caravan park. Unlike typical parks, we offer huge sites where you will never have the problem of hearing neighboring vans snoring! Our spacious caravan area provides ample room for families, couples, or small groups, and also plenty of space for all your bikes, golf clubs, fishing boat or anything else you bring to enjoy your holiday! Plus our best advantage is that kids stay FREE! You’ll love all of our unique facilities, such as the outdoor shower and bathhouse. For ultimate relaxation, indulge in our hammock lounge, where you can spend your day idly swinging and reading a book in a comfy hammock. Additionally, we have an undercover rotunda fire pit area in our main campground, perfect for cozy gatherings and bush fire cook ups. The kids will love our unique nature playground, the interactive animals and the swimming pool. The golf driving range is also a hit and the sauna is to be enjoyed for a relaxing treat. Our huge recreation room complete with pool table, darts, air hockey and a commercial kitchen also helps in the entertainment stakes. Our resort is designed to cater to both families, couples, and small groups; offering plenty of green grass and access to all resort facilities. When we travelled Australia we often paid an extra $25 – $30 per night for our children and we thought this was over the top – so with us kids stay FREE, making it perfect for families on a tighter budget. While we have only four powered sites, we have abundant space for unpowered sites and camping spots. Our goal is to create a unique, intimate, and boutique experience with a farm stay ambiance, ensuring that overcrowding is never a concern. Fantastic property for families, lots of things for kids to do, well thought of property, sufficient space so camp sites are not squashed in like sardines, maintained to a great standard with super friendly hosts.

Airtree Resort (Unpowered)
We had a great time at Airtree (family of 5). Really well run with a great mix of things to do (pool, golf, animals, games room). Great location for exploring the region (towns, Murray beaches, wineries, cycling). Lovely hosts and staff, thanks Shane and Julie.. hope to see you again.

A HUGE Thank you to Scratcha & Julie for hosting us! Truly a great place to visit with amazing people. Our kids enjoyed the nature playground, swimming pool and LOVED!! Max ( The very welcoming chihuahua ) We were welcomed as strangers and were fair-welled as friends. We Will be back soon!

Just had an awesome week at Airtree. Shane and Julie are the best hosts and are doing so much to continually improve the property. Super clean amenities, amazing new pool, power and water, it doesnt get much better and without the crowds. Will be back again definitely. Thanks Shane & Julie
