We are also only an hour away from the beach for any day trips planned. Great spot to stop for the night on your trip or stay for a weekend and take in the peace and quiet. We are easy to pull into and can cater for all size vans. Roads are all freshly gravelled and well maintained to cater for 2wd access also. Toilet and Water provided but respect us by taking your own rubbish with you. Beautiful little stream with rapids and rock holes to keep yourself cool in summer. More than welcome to bring hiking shoes, mountain bikes to go explore. As long as you respect the farm rules and if the gate is shut you shut it behind you. No 4wding is permitted on the farm. Animal feeding is an activity we provide with food available to buy for the animals. Firewood is also available to purchase on arrival Dogs allowed on leash, please respect all the other campers on site and generators are welcome to be used but need to be turned off at a respectable time. We are a 1.3km walk away from Mullumbimby town centre with a range of cafes and eatery's, two supermarkets, banks and other services and retail shops. It is about a 15 minute drive to Brunswick Heads with its beautiful river, estuary and beaches, and about 30 minutes to Byron Bay. The Showground hosts a number of events throughout the year. We are an adult-only, clothing-optional, 50-acre farm. We are secluded and situated on a quiet road with forest screening. We have creek with a swimming hole and sandy beach. We offer several flat, well grassed campgrounds, some with fire pits. We offer access to off-grid power. We also offer a series of internal walks & running tracks through the forested parts of the property. In addition, we offer a trained masseur who will massage in the forest or near the creek. We offer arts courses: life drawing, basket making and cyanotyping. We can provide escorted tours of local sights including galleries, natural sights and a local commune.

The owners large homestead is visible, they are happy to share their property and surrounds as offered. THE LODGE is suitable for small groups or family get-togethers in our comfortably furnished, rustic, four bedroom farm lodge that sleeps ten. TV fridges, washing machine, linen, towels. Just BYO food and clothes. CAMPSITES: 2 Exclusive spacious separate camp sites near the river - Cubby Waterfront site, space for group 1-3 Caravans, tents, campers, coasters etc . Mango Tree River View Site space for group 1- 2 Caravans, campers. SKIPPY Bush Camp 2 open field - short Stay for self contained ensuite caravans only. Not riverfront, tap water only, no other facilities. 3km all weather private road. A secluded private property with open spaces, unfenced river and canals, farm animals and wildlife close by. Kangaroos are regularly around the buildings, in the yard and can be grazing up to the door at night. Town water, grid power, Telstra WIFI is available in the area but not provided. Dog friendly, secure available if required.
