Goulburn downs is a working sheep station on the Goulburn River between Echuca and Sheparton .

 All sites are separated by distance so your camping by yourself .

Four sites can be accessed with a 4wd and can fit off road  vans and camper trailers and have river views

The horse camp can fit large horse floats/vans 

Activies include hiking/fishing/boating/canoeing/push bike riding/horse riding/ swimming /bird watching in the lagoons and you are welcome to watch or participate in any sheep work happening in your stay.

A four wheel drive is recommended for all sites atm

All camps have a fire pit /fire wood and trash cans provided. 

No toilets are provided.

Tooranie Stay

 Our 300-acre off-grid property backs onto the Barmah National Park. This forest, together with the adjoining Millewa forest, forms the largest River Red Gum forest in the world - it's majestic to explore. Our property is just 500 meters from the Murray River. From your camp, roughly a 1 kilometre walk through the forest. On our boundary is Backwater Creek, which fills with water when the Murray River is up. 

NOTE: Creek is often dry. It has water in it after environmental flows of the Murray. This can happen several times a year and the water lasts a few months. If you have any questions about water levels please ask before booking as it might be dry when you're here.

We're located just 5kms northeast of Moama, where you can hop aboard a paddle-steamer, visit waterside wineries and soak up rich riverboat heritage. 

We offer a few large, beautiful, basic bush camping sites (the best kind!) in amongst  50 acres of bushland, with 100's of meters and trees between you and other potential campers.

The rest of our property is used for cropping and sheep. 

Campers must  take out what you bring in.  

Big Bama and No 3 - you'll need to be fully self contained. There is a dump point in Moama. 

Toilets can be hired from Central Hire in Echuca.  They can deliver it for you.

Mobile and internet is usually reliable,  though with long weekends and summer school holidays the service seems to disappear!

Pattison Pastoral Farm Stay

Minmi is a 4200 acre irrigated stud and commercial beef cattle farm. We have some beautiful redgum gullys ideal for a quiet camping getaway. 
We have some amazing birdlife on our farm such as pink cockatoos, red-rumped parrot, blue-faced honeyeater, black banded dotterel, wedge-tailed eagle, and many, many other species. There is a family of babblers that may greet you at the front gate and there are a large number of blue wrens in the homestead garden that if you sit still may sit on you.
Guests are welcome to explore the entire farm or have a guided tour. Guests are welcome to have morning tea in the large homestead garden.
We will provide firewood and collect your rubbish and recycling. We are only 70km from Deniliquin, home of the Deniliquin ute muster, and only 50km from the DTE Confest alternative lifestyle expo site.

Koonoomoo Camp

We have a lane way to pitch your campsite. Set up camp and then venture out and see the local sites. We live right next to the tourist site of the Big Strawberry and close to the Murray River. It's a great place to explore and see the bush wild life. It's just gorgeous in our little spot of paradise.This site is suitable for self contained campers, leave no trace.Situated in the centre of 'the food bowl of Australia', Cobram Barooga and it's district area are renowned for their magnificent climate and variety of available attractions and activities.The Cobram Barooga area is home to some of the most picturesque sections of Australia's mightiest river, the Murray. Visitors are captivated by the lifestyle, with wide sandy beaches, towering gums and native bushland blending together to form a recipe for a unique holiday destination.

Jandar Farm

Our farm features large open areas with pockets of remnant vegetation that are ideal for walking or horse riding. We are located 4km from the township of Finley for all your supply needs and 20 minutes from the Murray River and the town of Tocumwal. 

For horse lovers who love to holiday with their horses, we have stable facilities and horse yards available to agist your horses if required. 

Our campsites offer plenty of room for caravans and campers.

While you're here play golf at our world class courses, lose yourself in the history of our wartime aerodrome, which, at the time was the largest in the Southern Hemisphere. Drop a line in at Australia’s largest river, the Mighty Murray, or simply relax at any of our wonderful coffee shops situated throughout our towns. 

This campsite welcomes self-contained campers with your own camping toilet/shower, and drinking water. There is access to a picnic table for meals.
Relax around the crackling campfire as you gaze at the stars. 

Not too far from here you'll find the the Blow Hole, a deep hole situated in a granite outcrop amongst the open grassland and trees. Rumour has it it's 25m deep and if you stand on the south side you can hear a hollow sound, which indicates there might be a cavern underneath.​

Well behaved pets are most welcome.

RiverLyne

Our property features 4-5 acres of Murray River frontage and river vistas. We are located a convenient 5 minutes from the township of Moama. 

Our private, riverfront secluded campsites are large and clean. All 6 sites are riverfront.  They are relatively flat, level grass/dirt areas with gum trees peppered throughout the site for shade in summer. 

We can accommodate any type and size of camping vehicle and 2WDs. Park your caravan or pitch a tent and relax.

For fishing and watersport enthusiasts there is access to a boat ramp. From camp there is sloping bank access to the water, steeper in some parts.

Guests will have access to a toilet, fire drums and cut your own firewood is available.

Please read the Campground conditions of entry:

VERY IMPORTANT- this campground features River Gum Trees. 

Take care when choosing where to park and camp. Always look up and do not park or camp under overhanging branches, assess the site first. River gums can drop branches without warning. We will not be held responsible for loss, damage or injury from trees falling it is an act of nature not of negligence. Your site assessment and safety is first and foremost, and please if, you’re not happy with the safety of area please let us know, all monies will be returned to you. We cannot tell when or if a limb may fall from a tree, it can be caused by heat, wind, lightning, rain or age.

 - Access time after 1pm, and Depart time before 11am, unless organised with manager/owner. Please message us.

 - All camping rubbish must be placed in skip or taken away

 - Campfires permitted in fire drums only, and only outside of fire ban season.

 - Firewood can be cut and collected from 2 large piles at the campsite. 

   -Bring your own chainsaw to cut firewood

 - For your safety you must stay in fenced area of the campground.

 - Guests are welcome to use the toilet on site.

 - Please note there is no dump point on the property for your camping toilet. Please dispose of your waste at the local dump point in town or take home with you.

 - Boat launching from Boat ramp YES

 - No pets Allowed 

 - Cars- 1 permitted per site.  Please advise if more car spots are needed.

 - Site= 1 van/ camper or Tent per site unless organised with manager/owner

      No firearms are to be brought onto the premises.

 - We are a family friendly campground.
